This is one of those places that you just dont run into very often. By far, this is a shining example of a business where it is all about the people. I rented some equipment from them and interacted with five different employees during the pickup and drop-off. They took the time to assess what my needs were show me different options on equipment and they made sure I knew how to operate it.They had the right equipment that I needed, it was good quality Equipment in perfect operating condition. The price was fair and reasonable. Every employee was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and treated me as if I was their best and only customer.They made it very easy to do business with them.This was at their Belton location.

We rented a tiller. The staff was very professional. Before loading, they made sure that the equipment worked and showed us how to operate it. We ended up using a smaller tiller than originally anticipated, and they credited our account before we brought it back. We will definitely use them again.

Top-notch customer service and excellent experience working with Chad, Richard and the team at Pro Star Rental!We were happy with pricing as well as the quality of the tools we used to dig holes and then later we needed 2 lifts to run cabling for a shade system.The delivery driver went out of his way to bring the lift from the road back to where we were working.We highly recommend this company as they are a pleasure to work with and helpful and friendly!

Waco store... They are great!!! They are always busy, but they always have what my husband needs. When they dont, they call their other location to find it and reserve it for him.
