Bought a used backhoe from them. Salesperson told us multiple times that they check every piece of equipment to make sure everything is working. In our case, he told us that asco in Ft. Worth would be checking it, and then they would check it at Belton as well. The day it was delivered, we were using it at dusk. Went to turn the lights on and they were dead as a door nail. Looked at the fuse and it was melted but not blown. Called them the next morning. Two weeks later someone finally came to look at it. The relay was melted and so was the fuse box. They sent a tech, and when he opened it up, the 12v power sockets were disconnected and so was a switch at the rear controls. They want to just wire the relay outside of the fuse box, let it hang there, and call that a solution. They even sent someone out with parts to tell the tech to stop looking for possible shorts because we didnt have a warranty coverage (a completely different misrepresentation). They dont care what they told you before the sale. They feel no duty to live up to their word. They only say things like well that could be expensive! Who is going to pay for it!?. Before and after the sale are two COMPLETELY different experiences with these guys. I could say more, but my advice is to not trust them.
