They found my warranty right away and were able to test the battery,remove it and replace it in less than an hour

10/10 experience. Went there to get a head light replacement. The employee there, Jacob, helped me pick out a much better product and then INSTALLED IT FOR ME. Not only did he make his company more money, he secured a lifelong customer. Jacob deserves a raise.

I have to admit that I am not really a fan of AutoZone. The stores always feel like you could get robbed while looking at any point. The other store in town is even more shady.Today I was pleasantly surprised to find friendly, knowledgeable people working that actually wanted to help.On top of that, they actually had the aftermarket items that I was looking for.

Got a flat tire outside their store and one of the employees changed it for us free of charge! Extremely grateful for the amazing staff there.

Mixed kind of review here. Justin and his staff are great, with one exception. The other day I was here and Mary acted like I was going to steal the store and was very rude. Mary was unable to help with a simple part, her lack of knowledge was shocking because this is such a great store with very experienced staff. The worst part was that she called me babe and other pet names while I was there with my wife. I do exclusively with Autozone for my personal and business needs, but after that visit I have told my employees not to get our parts there. As long as Mary is still there I will never shop autozone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Adding a little. The employees there are great with that exception. Gary and Chris have both spent time in the parking lot after hours helping me fix things. Jim is a wealth of knowledge. So dont be afraid to hit them up

My battery needed replacing. I arrived at Autozone promptly when they opened at 8am and told them what I needed. My replacement battery was instock and they offered free installation. The whole exchange took about 15 minutes. Friendly staff, quick service, no complaints.

Friendly enough but nothing special. There are at least 8 auto parts stores in Beloit, prices dont vary much. If you want quality parts and can afford it, go to the dealer and ask for a discount.

My husband and I were absolutely amazed by the customer service the gentleman provided. I didnt catch his name, but he went above and beyond his responsibility. He stayed after hours on a Saturday night to help when he saw us struggling to replace a headlight bulb. We offered him a tip but he wouldnt accept, all he asked for was a thank you. Thank you so much!

This is, without a doubt, the best autozone around these parts. The staff is amazing! My man Justin always take care of the customers. I have had to go to other spots when I was in a pinch and they dont hold a candle to this store. Most of the staff at other stores literally have no experience with vehicles, except to drive them. This IS my go-to spot for parts.

Horrible experience asked staff a simple question he put his hands up and said I dont know ..... I asked which aisle is youre guys mufflers in?????? Horrible should have gone top bumper to bumper!!!!
