Definitely in love with my new apartment! As a first-timer on moving out from my childhood home, the Madison Belmont Apartment was the perfect choice!The owner, Luis was very helpful throughout the whole process and tried his best to make any helpful idea as thorough as possible. Being bilingual definitely helped as well! Loving the peaceful mornings here and making use of all the resources we’ve got here. Looking forward to making this place home!

I have lived here for 32( yes thats right,) years!!! My mom and I left Los Angeles in 1989 when I was 11. Im 42 now, its literally my childhood home. I probably have been here the longest. I love it and it used to be called french village apartments btw. I have seen many people come and go but this place will always be my home....

I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU!!!! To Fidel in maintenance for caring so much! I work swing shift and I usually come home when it’s really dark! Walking to the door for my stair case was always a little nerve wrecking (I’m a big scary cat) I usually had to have my phone flashlight on in order to have some light because it was sooooo dark by the entrance of my building! As I was walking my dog I noticed that Fidel was installing new lighting right by the door I usually walk in through and my god was I excited that night when I came home I was soooo thankful and excited to be able to have such wonderful light and feel So much safer and confident to walk up to my building door! Thank you for doing this it might not be such a big deal to others but to the ones that come home when it’s pitch dark outside this is huge! Since Luis and Fidel have been here you can see a difference in the property it is nice to have a caring team who notices these types of things around the building! It is a pleasure living here walking into the office to load up my laundry card and always being welcomed with a warm hello and smile by either Luis or Galina and to see Fidel taking care of the details in the property! Thanks guys for doing such a good job! And making our community BRIGHT!!!

I love living here I can honestly say that at first I was a bit concerned of the level of noise that I might experience but boy was I wrong! It is so calm and so pleasant I love coming home every day! I am so happy with the management Luis and Galina are beyond helpful and so pleasant! They always go above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy! Fidel the maintenance gentleman is such a joy he is so helpful and so polite when around the property he always has a smile on his face and is always so willing to help when needed! My maintenance orders are always answered so quickly and he makes sure that he does it in the most professional respectful way! If you are in the market for a nice place to live with reasonable pricing you should absolutely stop by The Madison Belmont you will not regret it!

Zero kindness the lady from the leasing office was super unfriendly , The apartment way too old, false advertising from websites and pictures don’t matches with the apartment . Don’t waist your time going there !!!!!!

Lived here 4 years and had no issues. Recently had to call in for a service and were super thankful for the help of the maintenance staff and Larry!! They were efficient, communicative, professional, and super accommodating. Thank you Larry and staff for all your hard work, we appreciate you! Chris, the property manager is also extremely helpful and approachable. He keeps everyone up to date and always has an open door anytime we have questions or concerns.

Thanks for bringing fidel back, I am a resident of madison apartments since 2007, whenever something breaks down and I place a work order for it to be repaired, Fidel responds immediately and the office staff are very friendly

There are no security cameras, and management told me in writing that residents are on their own. Minor maintenance issues have gone unaddressed that were a nuisance before, but during the wildfire became a health hazard.Over the course of months, requests to improve ventilation and air quality in the building, and improve signage round the property to deal with smoking violations were ignored or flatly refused.It’s a shame because it was once a luxury building, but amenities like a roof-ventilated range hood were blocked off during renovation, presumably to cut costs—the bathroom fan works, at least!Note: I have edited the review to remove references to issues that were at least partially resolved. Communication was slow or non-existent on this and other issues

I lived here in 2016 for just 5 months. Not a safe neighborhood I would say as one of our bikes got stolen. The management charged us exorbitant amount of money in “Damage charges” when we moved out. We barely lived there for 6 months and the condition of the apartment when we first moved in was pretty bad already. The paint was chipped off from several places. And the rent was outrageous! Not worth the rent you pay!

We have recently moved-in, I have to say that the office personnel was very friendly and made our moving in process very easy.Raphael was very accommodating and was able to get us the right apartment in such a short notice. He sat down with us and walked me through the online application on his laptop. -- I will always be grateful for the hospitality they have showed my family and myself.

I am getting ready to contact the owner the pool has been closed way to long they dont give us a/c they never open the pool it has me broiling it is 100 degrees in my house please open the pools or install air conditioner

Terrible management. Grounds not maintained, old building, and bad nelghborbood.

My husband and I lived in Madison Belmont for 3 years before moving out to the house we purchased. The overall apartment is decent in terms of amenities and residents who live there (noise, traffic, etc). But Rafael and Galina are the best, I know they have a lot of units to manage given the size of the complex but they handle it well, and they are always pleasant. What I appreciate the most about them is that they are reasonable and flexible. I can talk to them about issues / requests and they try their best to accommodate / help me out, even sometimes it wasnt necessarily their job to do so. Rafael and Galina thank you for making the apartment living experience a pleasant one for us!

Galina was very helpfull

Saw this apartment on the way and decided to check the leasing office. There was 0 hospitality, the lady sitting at the desk did not even offer us to sit down. If she was so busy, she could have just asked us to sit down and wait. She kinda seemed like as if we were bothering her with her questions. We just left after a few minutes. If the leasing office has this sort of attitude to future residents I dont know how they handle current residents.

It’s a great place to stay. Galina from leasing office is very friendly and helpful. Service requests are sorted out within a day or two.

Galina and Rafael made the process so easy. The Madison has a friendly community management, and this is what made choose this place over any other places. For a person living miles away from my home country, i was looking to live in a place where people cared about me as a tenant. This has been my experience so far. i have been living here for 2 weeks now, and the place is nice so far. I will update my review as time will pass.

I just move here 6 months ago I saw the difference when I moved here and now especially the trash is everywhere and people who lives here don’t care about the trashed and dumping all there furnitures everywhere and the apartment looks like never been cleaned or just touch up paint but with the new maintenance now the apartments is so beautiful and and they solved all the issues right away thank you for the new maintenance Larry and Chris for being patience and solving all the problems to the management PLEASE DONT BE SO STINGY WITH MATERIALS cuz it reflects on you and the people who lives here

Poor apartment and facilities, can get better ones for the price. Bad service from the leasing office, good luck getting answers from the Russian lady.Please visit the place manually, the online photos are not even close to the reality.Closed gym for 3 months for me equipment, opens with same old equipment.

I lived here 8 years ago as a kid, and because of quarantine, I randomly searched up places on google maps. Subhanallah I was curious and searched up Belmont, and I found this apartment. So many memories came back to my mind like the pool and the pool table.

Super awesome place to live. My 2 bedroom comes with 2 parking spaces too. Staff is really friendly.

I have recently moved here from another state, I wanted to write about how helpfull the office staff was in facilitating the process. Im happy with my new home and I highly recommend this place to my colleagues and friends.

I TRIED TO GO AND SEE THESE APARTMENTS, BUT APPEARANTLY AT THE LEASING OFFICE I NEED TO SPEAK RUSSIAN TO RECEIVE SOME ATTENTION AT THIS PLACE. I WAS IGNORED BY EVERYONE; DONT BOTHER SEEING THESE APPARTMENTS OR EVEN CONSIDERING THEM.

Hope they got rid of the bed bugs that infested my apartment and they would not pay to have them removed. Cost me $3000.00
