This is an incredible apartment complex. The buildings are beautiful and solidly built and the apartment units are gorgeous, spacious, and extremely quiet. The staff and maintenance are incredible. Theres free super high speed WiFi for all residents. The Bradford is also perfectly located, in a nice part of Belmont, surrounded by a bunch of nice boutique restaurants and stores. It also has a bus stop, a big underground parking lot, and is located within minutes of Harvard Square. Living here is the best of both worlds for many people: located in a nice suburb but with almost instant access to the city. Absolutely the best.

I just moved and I must say such an amazing group of management. From the beginning to the end of my moving- in process Brendan who is mainly there in the office was extremely Kind and made sure I had everything I needed to make my move-in day less stressful. The roof top is still under construction but Im very excited for that to be finished. It has a beautiful kitchen attached up there as well for different little functions you may want to have. Im so excited to have chose this place for my new home. The interior in my home is BEAUTIFUL!! My favorite place is my walk in closet:) Very Very spacious bedrooms I must add as well. Im new to the town of Belmont but everything is still very close by and public transportation if needed is very very close as well!

I have lived in Bradford since November first 2020 and I can honestly say its the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful maintenance staff, Scott , Hans , Jeff , and the office staff Brandon and the manager Todd always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly
