These two are the most disrespectful people I have ran into that run a nail shop. He told me I couldnt eat in shop because he didnt like the smell 😒.... so I threw my nachos away. I continued to talk with another black lady that was getting her nails done as well. We were talking openly about the service I received a day prior. Inadequate. She made pay for nail that was her own mistake from the beginning. I had my opinion and he didnt like saying I talk to much. The dude name is Nom. I quote these are his words exactly These are my customers next time you come here, you talk at all. This my shop my rules. Then he went even further to call the police on me because I was voicing my opinion about the service 😒 one of his employees 😒 gave. After that she went so far to say Now I scared .... I dont feel comfortable about doing your eyes. The whole time I never ever threat to do anything to their business with the help with no one. They called Bellwood Police 2x for nothing 😑..... They couldnt take me to jail cause I did nothing wrong......Except have a very knowledgeable conversation with another BLACK QUEEN#Truth

I used to love going there but she’s very understaffed. I was always there before the nail salon was bought by her. She used to be very inviting but now comes off as rude sometimes.

Okay it deserves no stars, never will I go back. This morning I decided to try this salon since they open earlier than the ones I usually go to. Yes they are cheaper, but theres a reason for that:1. Its cash only, if you use a card its 2 dollars extra, 2. They dont use plastic over their bowls, which is more sanitary, 3 they dont put their nail tools in a sanitized machine or solution, 4. The Male tech used a nail electric file on my no chip...STOP IT, THAT BURNS, 6. He kept giving me excuses as to why this n that is done. But the women use the hand file for the no chip . BOTTOM LINE, the patrons are black n Hispanic, so therefore we get short changed. Were I normally go the patrons are white, and some blacks. They dont talk in the language, uses plastic on their bowels, sanitize nail tools, and accept all major credit cards. THEY are a little more expensive, but I rather pay more than risk getting an infection. LADIES YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. be careful... thank you!!

They are not professional and the worker wanted to argue with me about my nails. She wanted to get paid but didnt want to make my nails look nice.

This is the worst place for nails and they are not clean at all. This nail salon needs to be closed down. I will be contacting the appropriate department to have them fined and written up.

I only delt with one technician. She was not very accommodating to me. The nail tech gave me a hard time and told me that she could not do my feet because I was disable. I asked her to use soap and oil and she said no. Everything I asked was NO. She kept talking in her language while doing my feet. She was extremely rude to me . I tried to kill her with kindness. I was stress when I left there and couldnt think about giving her a tip. Poor service!

Worst place Ive ever been! The guy cut my finger with the nail file and the nails were super crooked, they offered to remove them but I was short on time. But I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST NAIL SALON!!!! SUPPER DIRTY PLACE TOO!!!
