My technician did a good job.

I got a full set and pedicure my toes are fine but I paid 55 dollars for my nails to lift just 7 days later

Went to get a certain style and he did what he wanted. Got offended when I said something about it. However the young lady that did my pedicure did an awesome job will go back for pedicure only.

The woman in the front with the iPad is very rude. And according to these other reviews, I’m not alone in thinking that.Spend your money somewhere else where the staff are happy to help you.

There is one really good worker there but I felt very uncomfortable when the tech told me she couldnt do my nails because one of the males messed up my nails on a previous visit. She was upset that she had to fix all of them free of charge. Although there was no argument or words exchanges at the time of fixing the nails.Poor attitude... Unprofessional staff, they start speaking in their native tongue about you and then when you address them they pretend as if they don’t understand. Never again. She then attempts to converse with me so that she could persuade me into getting a tip. Terrible service will never get a tip and you’ve definitely lost a long time customer. Maybe I should make a phone call to immigration.

9/7/19 I give this place 5 stars they did amazing and was able to do my short nails and was polite and was friendly and told me I was pretty If there was 10 stars I would give it to this place 100%a percent .3/10/21 I went here again for Baby blue coffin nails and I would give it a 1 because they didn’t give what I wanted they gave me another shape of what they wanted and was rushing the process of my nails and just wanted the money ... they didn’t cut my cuticles and they didn’t put layers on my acrylics and they didn’t give me the shape I wanted .

Terrible customer service. The one female tech that was closest ti the door saw me but wouldnt get off her tablet to greet me. I asked her a question about service and she had a nasty attitude. I was given one price for service and when I was picking a color preparing to sit down I was told another price that was $12 more. I walked out. This explains why this was the only empty nail shop in the area today.

Got a manicure. Lady started talking about my nails with another worker bc they are short. Then she got polish on. My finger and didn’t wipe it off. Very sloppy work. Also my hands were rlly dry after this and on one hand my skin was peeling

The lady that sits in the front is very rude. I was very polite when I asked her to turn on the fan so that I may dry my nails. She responded that very nasty and rude stating that she was busy. Another nail tech got out of her seat and turned the fan on for me. It took only seconds to do. Terrible customer service.

I use to go here for years now the service is bad they dont want to admit when they do wrong. They dont even talk with respect anymore. I came with a problem and they like well its nothing we can do heres$10 back from what I really spent. Definitely will not be back here anymore

I dont know about the salon as a whole. But I give 5☆s to my nail technician Tao She has been my nail tech. for 4 yrs now. She was originally @ another salon on the south side of Chicago by Kennedy King College. Her service is always a pleasure. She has never been rude & always does my nails & eye brows exactly how I like. and for that, I followed her to Red nails...By the way I no longer live in Chicago, I live out by Gurnee, IL and will not go to anyone but her. So yes I travel all the way to Bellwood.

Would give no stars if possible. Worst service I ever had, paid $40 for a no chip over lay, my nails were chipping after 3 days huge chunk came off after a week. Paid $25.00 for a pedicure toe nails chipped after 2 days. Cheap products, cheap paint, expensive prices. First and last time here. Buyer beware you will be upset and waste a lot of money here

I came in to get my gel overlay fixed, it had chipped off on one side of the tip. I just took the polish off the change my color and the lady by the front desk put acrylic on top of my gel. So im here now to see what shes going to do about her mistake. What a shame to find out she is the manager. Anyway she called herself fixing her mistake and still did a half ass job and shes the manager!!! But the young lady that work at the first table by the window is wonderful because she takes pride in the work that she does. Therefore shes the only one that can do my nails and feet and eyebrows in that shop.

My nails broke 1 week after getting them done. They charge excessively for the coffin nails. And they don’t put enough acrylic on your nails. They’re rude and dismissive. I won’t be going back.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences while being serviced here. Sometimes the wait is a little long but thats what happens when you want a specific person to do your mani pedi.

Nail Tec. Was Very Rude When I Asked Him To Shape My Nails Better And Also Said “Don’t Come Back And Complain When They Break.”... Won’t Be Back There At All, Nails Still Look Terrible.
