From beginning to end, it was a great experience working with this company. They texted us that they were “on the way” and arrived right on time on the day of estimate and also on the day of project. I reached-out to ProWash to have my windows and gutters cleaned. When I first called the company, they seemed like they were on the ball for scheduling an estimate and scheduling the service. Im really caught-off guard with the service I experience as I read the reviews and this seemed like a company who provided excellent services. Maybe ProWash does other services well, but residential window washing/gutter cleaning is not part of the well-done services.I am giving this review 1 stars because the window cleaning performed was subpar (streaks, smudges, numerous visible dirt spots not removed, numerous windows were not cleaned, numerous screens were not removed and cleaned, numerous tracks not cleaned, repeated requests to remove dirt that were clearly visible on windows) and the subpar gutter cleaning created quite an enormous mess (gutter contents sprayed all over the back patio, water feature, the veranda, garden areas). One section of gutter was partially cleaned, the rest was not cleaned at all. The crew bulk dumped their waste water on my crushed rock driveway which washed the gravel away so that I have bare spots. Im just shocked with the entire experience.The ProWash salesperson, Kyle, explained the gutters would be cleaned-out by hand, all the windows and screens removed and washed, and all the tracks cleaned. So first I found the use of a leaf blower in my gutters surprising. When I explained to Alex and Dustin that Kyle said the gutters would be cleaned by hand, Alex stated thats not how they actually clean the gutters. This crew was absolutely not a professional window washing and gutter cleaning crew. We just moved to this new house and I had a great window and gutter cleaning company previously at my previous house in another state. After work I went up on the roof to look inside the gutters. Most of the gutters were not cleaned at all and where it looks like there was an attempt to clean the gutters, large chunks of gutter debris were hanging on the outside of the gutters (see photos). The crew was actually going to leave until I pointed out that gutter debris was all over the patio, front entry area, and large chunks were in the water feature and garden areas. Its as if the crew had no plan for actually collecting the debris from the gutters. I had to tell them numerous times that the clean-up was not completed after each one of their attempts at cleaning-up. There is still gutter debris all over my property.Regarding the window cleaning, numerous screens were not removed or cleaned, actual windows were not cleaned, and numerous tracks were not cleaned (please see photos below).I am very unhappy with the quality and level of service provided. Please do not use this company for the services I have outlined above as it is not worth your time and money. The ProWash crew that worked at my property were Alex, Dustin, and Markie. Dustin was the person who was going to leave my property a mess from the gutter cleaning and did the terrible gutter cleaning work. I also had to ask Alex numerous times to re-clean windows and remove dirt. It was like babysitting. I would not recommend this company for window or gutter cleaning.Follow-up Sept 14, 2021: Cory from ProWash reached-out and we had a productive discussion. He realizes that his company caused me to have an incredible amount of unexpected work to correct and re-do. He offered and followed through on providing a complete refund. I appreciate ProWash addressing this head-on and working with me on a solution. I changed this review from 1 to 3 stars based on his response to this situation. I consider this situation resolved.

The gentleman that came to clean my driveway and back patio were outstanding! After 20 years of neglect, Tristan and Nate were quick to making my driveway and back patio area look very nice. Because this service was pricey, I expected more. My patio is still quite splotchy, and my French doors are now very dirty, so I’ll have the added expense of another window washing.

I have used PN ProWash to pressure wash my home and fence before. They do an excellent job and my fence looked brand new.This time they took care of our Holiday Lighting. There were still many noticable smears and marks and the tracks were not cleaned. For the $275 price tag I could have done it better myself.Update. After my concerns with the windows the owner reached out to me and had someone come out to redo them. This company truly cares about the quality of service they provide and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. There customer service is the best Ive ever experienced. From the moment they arrived, Dustin and Nathan were incredibly professional, hard working and thorough. They provided answers when asked, informed when they were moving onto the next portion of the job and stuck around a little later to answer more questions and be sure we were happy with their work. They were both very eager to say “If there’s something we missed or you aren’t completely satisfied with, please let us know and we’ll come back and take care of it.”

The two young men that arrived to do the work were courteous and helpful. They knew what they were supposed to do and listened to my concerns for a recently painted area and some large planters that needed rearrangement. They worked hard and consistently, being very careful of my home and gardens and the finished cleaning looks fantastic. I definitely recommend them to you. They took photos so I could see how much had come off my retaining walls and walkways and it was amazing!

Do not lose that guy! He came out to my property in Blaine in a couple days for a quote for a full pressure wash of the exterior of our home. Shortly after a date was confirmed for the job that needed to be done. I was at work when the two gentlemen came out so unfortunately I didn’t get their names so please add a bonus for them. ProWash went above and beyond my expectations. The gutters are difficult to reach and the roof is quite steep, but they navigated all of it flawlessly. They deep cleaned our gutters as well our glass atrium and sky lights.All employees were courteous and listened to my special requests. They had to come back again because of a few items missed, but did it without complaint. I will definitely hire them again.

When we originally looked into having our roof cleaned, the first company we contacted came by and said our roof was too steep and they couldn’t do it. We phoned Northwest Pro Wash and Corey sent his estimator Cole out promptly for an estimate. The day of the service, the crew was on time and put in a solid 9 hr day to get the job done. We had the roof soft washed, windows and gutters cleaned. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and hard working. They even cleaned our glass railing! Requested a quote just over a week ago. ProWash was able to come out in just a few days for the quote and then just a week later came to do the work. Austin and Jamaree were great. Super friendly and professional. Completed the work in about 2.5 hours and went back and touched up a few spots I noticed got missed. The whole process was easy, quick, and very well done.

PNP allowed scheduling to coordinate with tree trimmers so all was done w/i a couple of days. Crew kept me informed, and warned me the visual process that happens post cleaning, and how that maturates with time. However, after receiving their flyer in the mail, I decided to call for my free quote and am so glad I did!The initial outlay cost initially feels expensive but it really isnt when you include all of the initial work and supplies.The following cost per year is very reasonable and well worth it.They also offer various discounts on a few of their other services when you have the work completed, I chose gutter cleaning, which was perfect as it was next on my list to scheduled and done.Everyone I spoke to and worked with was absolutely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Cory and his team were great! The estimator arrived right on the scheduled time as did the cleaning crew. They did a great job and reviewed the job with us after completion to make sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. I had a couple of questions prior to work being done and phone was always answered promptly with a friendly voice on the other end. This has not been the case when trying to find a window/gutter cleaner in the past. I will definitely be using this company again!

I reached out to Pacific Northwest ProWash as I needed to have my fence stained. They responded immediately and came the next day to give me a quote. Then they schedule an appointment for a soft wash and then stain, watching the ever changing weather to make sure the days they performed the work would be suitable based on the weather. Although my fence is only 1 1/2 years old I was amazed at how much better it looked just from the soft wash. In fact, I had no idea I need my fenced wash, but will use this service again in the future. Then they conducted a spray stain and put a second coat on with a back brush. The end product is amazing. Derek and his ortnwr (I didn’t get his name due to social distancing), were professional, friendly and explained what they were doing as needed. My fence looks amazing. I highly recommend this company and this team!

As a Realtor, I hired this business to “freshen” a home prior to listing it. I had simply asked for window washing and they gave me an estimate for gutter and roof cleaning, as well as pressure washing the home and driveway. I had the estimate within24 hours of me contacting them, and then the work was completed within the next two days...and they really did make this home shine!
