Xfinity internet is about 20% as fast as they advertise and absolutely not worth the money. Avoid this company at all costs. This review is a statement on the parent company and not this particular location. They just happen to be who I have received service from.

I was more than satisfied with my experience. Tina really went above and beyond while getting me set up. She was super friendly and helpful! She helped out my nana a few times too and she loves her! 5 stars.

Nick helped make changing addresses easy. I had spent 2 hours trying to navigate Comcasts 800 number to no avail. Nick took care of it within 5 minutes. 5/5

Nick helped us by setting up an email account before we had access to our new home. Then after the sale closed we went into the Comcast outlet in Oak Harbor. Eddie guided us patiently through package selection and getting equipment. Never getting frustrated with the befuddled old man and computer illiterate wife through several hiccups in customer owned modem/router/hub selection and acquisition. I cannot praise them or recommend highly enough. They are the kind of employees every employer should wish to have caring for their treasured customers.

THAN YOU TRIP! 😁😁CS agent Trip went above and beyond to arrange the best service and the best deal possible for my 91 year old mother. He linked Trixie into the calls and she was fantastic too. Thank you both! They deserve a raise.All others calls to Xfinity yesterday (and there were several) would have been rated 1-3 stars - dropped calls, accents, confusion... Trip single handedly saved our experience.

I called to establish new residential internet service. Nick provided superb customer service. He was honest and technically competent, and only quoted for the service that I requested. He even provided suggestions on how to save money. My recommendation for those shopping for Xfinity services is to talk to the local retailers. I had a terrible customer experience when I called the Xfinity number on their national website. The customer service representative was incompetent and dishonest. I was ready to give up on Xfinity until I read some positive reviews on their local authorized retailers. Sure enough, Nick at the Bellingham site was superb.

Comcast in general, I would not give 5 stars toas weve had issues at every turn HOWEVER, Cassie at this location was stellar. After an hour on the phone with a Comcast rep it was discovered there had been a mix up at the store with our equipment causing us to have to return to the store and exchange the TV box. During the very frustrating, hour long phone call though, somehow our internet was deactivated. I called Cassie and let her know about the equipment mix-up as well as the internet. She was very apologetic about the mistake and said she would have the correct box waiting for us. In the interim, she called the Comcast tech support on our behalf and got our internet issue resolved. She stayed on the phone with the tech and my husband until we had internet access again. When I got to the store to do the exchange, everything was ready to go. After I got home and tried to set up the new box, there was a connection issue (this was all me). I called Cassie and she provided me the number of tech support. Everything got squared away. To top it off, she gave me a follow up call at the end of her shift to ask if everything had got resolved and to follow up with her if we had any further problems. Cassie, to be honest we plan on getting frustrated with Comcast anytime we deal with them and we were today but YOU provided excellent customer service. Being honest about the mistake, coming up with a solution and following through. Thank you!

Stopped at the new Xfinity shop inside Haggen to see about getting my mom a better deal—shed been paying for her voice, TV, and internet services a la carte instead of bundled. By asking about bundles, I was able to get faster internet service (with Wi-Fi, which she did not have before), and HD for $70 less per month. Points off because yall werent offering her a bundle in the first place, and I know Comcast have always been big on service bundles.

Xfinity Authorized Retailer went the last mile to get my business connected with high speed internet for my Livestreaming video studio.They literally got Comcast Business service to my location where there werent any comcast lines previously.These guys are Awesome!
