Beware of this company. I never write reviews but this company inspired me to. They provide horrible customer service and when I did cancel even after my contract expired they charged me a $330 fee to cancel service. Treated this way even after I paid on time every month for years .

This is the worst internet company I have ever had. I was a loyal customer for years because they were only the company available in my area.They made me sign a 3 three service contract and when I tried to cancel just a couple months early they slapped me hundreds of dollars of fees and tried to bill me for are the remaining months of service anyway.Do not sign up with them! This is a scam! They are total clowns with no idea what customer service is or how it should be handled.Avoid at all costs!

Do not trust their sales pitch, especially if you’re residential. They prioritize businesses. Poor customer service. Poor tech support. Zero follow-up to problems.

They will lead you along saying you can get service and their map show that they provide service, but when it comes time to get service on whidbey island nothing. Plus instead of just telling me that they couldnt provide service they just stopped responding to emails for two weeks. Great customer service -not.

GOD AWFUL! This company treats both employees and customers like TRASH. If youre a customer, they will lure you into a binding contract on a empty promise of good service, and then it will turn out that you can never get a reliable, fast connection that youre stuck paying ridiculous money for. Please do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else. You might be better off with DIALUP internet than Startouch. I know someone who used to work there, and this place is a cesspit of neglect and incompetence. They fire good employees at the drop of the hat, and care only about making profit - at the sole expense of the quality of their services and quality of their employees lives. The arrogant, toxic owner (Keith) makes bank on contracts while the employees are overwhelmed, overworked, and completely undercompensated for the amount of work they do. If you are thinking about working at Startouch, be warned that you will burn out and buckle from the amount of work they give you. They will expect you to do the equivalent of 3-4 jobs while barely paying you for one and offering pathetic benefits. What a deal! All while you work in a toxic environment full of chaos, drama, and stress - all starting with piss-poor communication and incompetence at the top that poisons the rest of the company. And apparently, at least some of the 5 star reviews were written by company employees just to make it look better. That should tell you something...

Im not even a customer and nor will I ever be one based on their technicians rude behavior on the road. The two men in their company truck cut me off in a busy intersection, I had my kids in the vehicle. Then proceeded to slow down in front on me for no reason. I then passed them to maintain the legal speed and both men waved and laughed at me. Not only did they drive iratictly on one of the deadliest highways in the state if Washington, highway 17, they in endangered my kids and me. I have called and left a message on the companys human resources message line and am still waiting for some one from Startouch Communications to return my call. If this is the mentality of their employees they send into the field to represent their company, absolutely not. They arent safe on the road let alone in your home!
