I made an appointment with the company a month before my husband and I moved into our home. I spoke to someone on 2 separate occasions to confirm the appointment. The day before the service was supposed to take place, I recieved a confirmation text that the service would take place at 8am. My husband and I were at our home from 8am till 930 am and no one showed up. I called all of the contact numbers I had to try and reach someone from the company to make sure someone was still coming. I finally got in touch with home advisor, the site I booked them through, and the company had cancelled the appointment stating that we were no longer in need of their services. (I never made this request) This was very disappointing, I was looking forward to working with a small business and supporting them.
