So bad ! Lady there barely even speaks english?? I couldnt have a clear communication of what I wanted done or what she was going to do?? She threaded half of my eyebrow off and thinned it out. Definitely not worth $15! My two eyebrows are really uneven now and I have to fill them in to make them look semi decent. The lady should be using gloves when threading eyebrows and using a disposable new eyebrow brush for each client instead of the same one it seemed like for everyone..

Messed up on my brows so bad. 😭 I swear 🤬 if I could give negative stars I would. Thined out my eyebrows when I just asked for them to be cleaned up. Uneven. I look so stupid. She just kept saying that its okay. They look so good.

Went to the shop in person to make an appt for eyebrow threading, was told to go online to make appt. tried but couldn’t navigate the online system. I then called and was just told no then hung up on. Very rude. Won’t be back!

I’m a person who trusts very little and I give my appreciation to those who work hard for what they are creating in life. Under the consideration of an artist, I’ll have to say when it comes to my eyebrows I would only trust a true artist with them. Iqbal is that. She not only handles my eyebrows with care, but she listens to what I want my eyebrows to look like on the long term. And, she makes it enjoyable! She always treats me like family and I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have her :)

I just got my brows done and i really wanted to leave you guys a great review because i am so happy & satisfied with my eyebrows today!!!Neelam did my brows and i must say she knows her job very well, She paid attention to my concerns and did a great job. The last time i came in was 2 months ago and one of the girl just went too thin with my eyebrows and i had to regrow them. I am really very happy with my service today!! Good Job! I recommend going to Neelam.

First time customer with no interest of a second visit.Took 15 minutes for me and another customer to be serviced while the Threader was off doing whatever. Multiple people came up to me and the other gal waiting confused asking where she went.Once I was serviced Im not sure of the threaders name but she was rough and heavy handed. I have been threaded before, not this location so I know what to expect from pain. But this gal just kept grabbing huge clusters of hair and tearing them out with seemingly no interest in shaping my brows. For when I got home and took a better look the shape is awful and she missed many hairs. $15 + tip later and I still have to go home and pluck my eyebrows? Ludicrous. Very disappointed as I rarely treat myself to such treatments.Ill also add that she only wiped/protected one eye from stray hairs so my left eye was full of unwanted annoying strays.

I’ve been coming here for years. But for the last maybe 3 times I’ve came, my eyebrows weren’t how they usually are. Usually you guys do an amazing job. But my eyebrows are all weird now. This girl that did my eyebrows, did them way too fast. & didn’t do a good job. My eyebrows are now misshaped. Don’t think I’d recommend this place to any of my friends anymore. I can’t remember the girl’s name, but she worked Wednesday night. It was only her there that day. Think I’ll find somewhere else to go for now on.

Not the best service and it’s not that cheap. I wish I had had enough time to go to Seema to get my eyebrows done as usual.

I have been coming here for a while now, I have tried all the girls, but today NEELAM did my full face and did a very good job, VERY THOROUGH!! The next time I come in I am buying the membership, I highly recommend going to this new girl.

Employee named Anu did my eyebrows.She was gentle and efficient in her job. My session was painless and easy going and she did good job with my eyebrows as well. Looking forward to go back in future as well.

Let me start off by saying, I go to brow arc locations in the Seattle area all the time. I highly respected the company as some of the employees have done an amazing job. HOWEVER Today, I asked her to make my brows full, they are the thinnest they have ever been! I have super thick brows as I’m middle eastern, and now they are gone :( She did not do my left side brow as my right side brow. The left side brow is MUCH thinner. I showed my friends and they could tell that one side was off. And I’m being competely honest, both my best friends were honest and said they look too thin and not the same to each other at ALL. To even the front to the middle of my right brow, it’s much thicker. On my left brow it looks like I have completely less hair on the whole brow in total. The left side just looks completely horrible toward the end of my brow as well. She give me such a weird ARCH too, never had this type of arch. Now I have to wait for them to GROW. She was rushing on my brows because a customer came that she knew and messed up. She knew she messed up because after she was done, she looked at my left brow again to try to fix it. I’m not coming back to this brow arch location as I’m very disappointed. She should not be a “professional”. A real professional wouldn’t rush to get her job done and continue to work on something messed up. The cutting is even bad! It looks like I have parts of my left brow weirdly missing. She said next time I come, I’ll get “ten percent off” more like give me a refund pls :) she should not work there. Complete joke

My sister and I both recommend Brow Arc to anyone who prefers threading. They do just enough refining and offer a discount for membership.

Iqbal Sarn did my full face in about 15 minutes and got everything off and I love how my eyebrows turned out. I purchased the membership and ended up saving over $100.

I have gone here many times and absolutely love it! Anu Bhardwaj is AMAZING! She really knows what she’s doing and is fast at it! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

DO NOT GO HERE The woman did nothing but tell me how ugly my eyebrows are the whole time (They grow in weird) Didnt listen to me when i told her what i wanted done. Insisted on filling them in, i told her no, but she wouldnt take that. The way she filled them in made them look awkward. I still have random hairs around my brows. Even after all that i still tipped well. Never going back.

I just got my eyebrows threaded here and the lady spent 3 minutes threading my eyebrows and upper lip, charged a ton and was beyond rude to me, never prepared my skin and never listened to my request for the shape I wanted. She applied a lotion to my face afterwards that has left my skin chaffed and raw like a mild burn. My eyebrows have whole missing sections now. Very disappointed. 1ST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE!

Anu did my brows and the past two times I have been there and they look amazing, it sure is a confidence booster when your brows look amazing. Anu also did my mothers brows and she loved them so a big thanks to Anu.

I come up to Bellingham just to have Anu do my eyebrows. She does a fantastic job every time!!
