I dropped my laptop down the stairs and Compuman got it fixed well and quickly! I needed a new hard drive and more RAM for my All-in-One PC. It was great that I was able to purchase my own hard drive and have Angelo install it. The service was very swift. Angelo came through big time after a disastrous and poorly timed dump of Earl Grey all over my computer. He told me exactly what he was going to do, what the likely outcome was going to be, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I had an SSD drive that failed on my MacBook Pro. Angelo was not able to repair it due to it being too damaged but he found a great deal on a brand new one with double the storage than my previous. Angelo did an awesome job upgrading RAM and replacing the hard drive on my 2013 iMac. I first approached Apple to do the work at their Bellevue service center, but was told they would not do it. It was too complex and labor intensive to open up my aging machine. Angelo didn’t hesitate, he said no problem and he did a great job at a fair price. He provided updates throughout the process and let me participate in some of the decisions. When I got the machine back its performance was significantly improved, and the reimage and restore was flawless. I will be back to see Angelo again when needed, and I highly recommend his services. Angelo was kind and helpful. He worked to find the lowest cost solution to my MacBook Pros problem, winding up at about half the cost of the same repair at the local Mac store. He was also willing to order the new keyboard and schedule time to do the repair the same day, so he only had my computer for a few hours. Drop off & pickup was safely distanced for C-19. He also talked me patiently through a problem with my fan (stuck on) in such a way that if that ever happens again, I expect Ill be able to deal with it myself.

We were at a complete loss of what to do when our computer wouldnt boot. Twenty two years of photos and some important data was in danger of being lost. O f course our backup hard drive was broken too. Much appreciate Angelos computer expertise and professionalism. I have taken my Apple Mac computers many times when i have problems with them, he repairs them and he is upfront about cost! Unlike Apple Mac stores wasnt to happy with them and cost was and is a bit more then CompuMan Mac and even if the cost from CompuMan Mac was equal to Apple Mac i would still take my computer to CompuMan Mac! Angelo’s workmanship is unmatched! I was convinced my 8 year old Dell was done but brought it in to compuman just in case, and he got it running like new again. Quick turn around, trustworthy service, and all work and problems on computer were explained. I was even given pointers on how to keep my laptop running for longer. Angelo is super friendly and willing to work with what you want, rather than try to push something more expensive on you (I could have stayed with my old hard drive on my 2011 iMac, but really wanted a solid state drive - he didnt push it on me). In my case, replacing the hard drive and cleaning the mac was done in a day. Its a bit of a drive out to his place, and his yard may be funky, but his work is excellent. I will definitely go to him for any help in the future.
