I have worked with them twice on issues with my vehicle. Their work is stellar, and they TRULY follow through on their warranty. And they are FAST; calling in a part as I work to get my vehicle to them, they had a starter replacement done same day!If you are looking for traditional hard and honest work done right, look no further. They are the best!

Shane and his crew are amazing. You will NOT find a more honest and talented group of mechanics. They can do anything from basic maintenance to really custom work!! They all love what they do and it shows!

Took our car in for an estimate and its been about six months of trying to call and get that estimate and we still dont have it! they were supposed to email it to us and we waited and waited in the email never came. We called to find out why. Some excuse about email system not working right and they would call us with it, and that call never came. and after several months of calling there and getting excuses on the office managers at lunch or hes out sick today were just going to go somewhere else. its been ridiculous!

I give this 2 stars, only because some of the staff had great attitudes and tried to give us good service. Otherwise..... Dont go here unless you want to spend a ton of money ($3,000+), not call you for months and claim they had the wrong number. Gave the correct number three times. They said the engine needed to be replaced and (of course) this and that... So a few months go by and being a mechanics daughter (hes no longer does mechanics...age) I know it doesnt take 6-7 months to replace an engine. Ive helped replace a couple engines (the owner of the vehicle and his son dont know much about cars at all and they thought this was a normal routine). Its not.Once the vehicle was fix they took it home, but didnt drive it due to lack of insurance, then the owner had 2 stokes. They drove it from their shop to home, several months ago and now it wont start (yes we tried a few things and even had my elderly father look at it in this weather).I call them explaining the matter and this guy says to bring it to the shop. I think after everything theyve been through the lest the owner could do is to send someone (HIMSELF) over to at least do diagnostics. Theyd have to come here to tow it anyways. This is a hometown Auto shop after all and I dont live but 10 minutes away. In a small town/area you think they could do that. This shop is on the owners residential property too...truly hometown. Not that kind of shop. Now lets talk about my vehicle. I bought an older vehicle so I took mine in for an oil change and to be looked over. They told me I bought a wonderful car, found nothing wrong with it, all diagnostics were good blah blah blah. Ever since they did an oil change I cant read anything on the dip stick. Its like its clogged. It smokes so bad I can see the smoke 2 blocks behind me while im driving.... Even after other oil changes. I took it back to the shop to tell them what happened, now they say its my engine. Im sorry I dont have that kind of money to throw down the drain (story above). I could understand fluke things but both times now... Dont do it. Remember THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to have a vehicle not work is total BS.

They are miracle workers. Brought in a half torn apart car and got it up and running. They kept me updated on the process and recommended better parts. I cant say any negative things about them. For all the work they did I was expecting to pay more than what they charged me.

These are the fairest, promptest, politest mechanics you will meet in your life. I was in and out of here so quickly my head spun, there were zero theatrics about pricing and what could be wrong with my car, and they updated me without my even having asked.10/10 will always recommend.

Ive lived in this area since 1983 and have tried out many repair shops in the area. These young men are heads & heels above the rest of the local shops for competence and fair prices. I always use them and rely on their sound mechanical judgements.

Mechanics inexperienced in volvo repair. I had a volvo that woudnt start. My car sat in their shop for about 6 months. Owner never returned calls. Charged me for inaccurate diagnostics. They insisted I needed a wiring harness. I towed my car to Rainbow. They immediately found what was wrong. Wires were crossed on starter. No mechanic should charge a customer for guessing. I would not recommend this shop.

Technician John DeBrock seems to think all VW owners are stupid and gullible, according to his posts on social media. I had considered bringing my vehicle here until I saw him spewing hate. Absolutely wont go anywhere that employs someone like that.
