AAA works.

Member of AAA for 20 plus years. Got sent a letter in the mail stating there were going to terminate my membership due to me using it too much. In 2 years I only towed 3 of my Subarus. I guess they don’t take into consideration that some people own more than 8 vehicles. They canceled my membership without notice and did not refund me my yearly dues that I had paid a month prior. Nice being robbed $170 for something I could no longer use! Will never recommend this company to anyone. Contacted the company via phone and they wouldn’t help at all with the situation, all they said was my account was flagged due to over usage. Didn’t know 3 tows in 2 years wasn’t allowed! I though I was allowed 4 tows a year just under my name. Guess I was mistaken!

I’ve had to tow my car twice using AAA. Both times it took them 5+hrs just to get to me even through I was told it would only take up to 2hrs. Each time I checked in they told me it would be another 30min. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting quick assistance. Not happy with my experience:/

Triple A is a very good on getting to you on time and helping you out the best they can and so far they havent let me down

Would not recommend, terrible service. Took my money before sending help then when tow truck got there he was just as confused as the operator who sent him. Will never use again.

We frequently contact AAA in Bellingham when making travel plans and always find the staff welcoming and helpful. We have also called when on trips and have always gotten assistance. On one trip we were in New England where it was 7 p.m. We could not find accommodations and called the number on our card. In Bellingham it was still 4 p.m. and the customer service person who took our call found us an outstanding place to stay just 30 minutes from where we were. Recently we needed a rental car and AAA immediately got us a better rate on a better car than any of the supposed special rates found online. Although we have rarely needed it, we have always had a good response when requesting emergency road service. We will always maintain our AAA membership. It gives us a wonderful sense of safety when traveling away from home.

Never underestimate the value of the little AAA key fob for your key ring which has your member number on it. After a recent theft AAA was contacted by the police department who found my set of keys, and immediately coordinated a three-way call with me so they could be returned. In sum, AAA has always come through for me when I needed it most.

Oh my! Got my auto insurance through AAA now. Got a discount for being a member. My agent was nice and the process was SUPER quick! Highly recommend!

AAA WA will gladly sell you a membership and then refuse to hold up their end of the contract. They didnt say its take a while, they just said we cant help you. I wonder if Im getting a refund?

I really enjoyed working with Vicki for an upcoming trip to South America. Vicki went out of her way to get to know what I was looking to do while gone and never tried to sell me anything I did not want or need. Along with that, she was warm, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I suspect Ill go back to AAA Washington to let her know how the trip went long before its time to book another trip. Great team!!

My wife and I have been with AAA Insurance fro the last 10 years and have been very happy with their service. Whats nice is that they can pull from many different insurance carriers to find the best policy that fits you needs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Bought the AAA RV premium membership. Make sure to buy it at least 5 days before your trip or they will not cover towing up to $1500 per the plan. Five day waiting period.

Good very helpful people, they do their job

AAA people on the phone were very nice to talk to, but after 2 hrs of waiting in 97 degree heat, the help still didnt show up. But thankfully a nice police woman stopped and helped me change my tire, so, I canceled the call for help from AAA.

Mamie helped us with flight plans that were complicated.We appreciate all that she did for us. She was patientand put us at ease with all the details that needed to beworked out to make the trip work.

Its an old concept, but the people are so nice. How does AAA stay in business? Customer Service. Free maps, info, discounts. This office has all that. We just got our international drivers licenses, but it felt like we were part of a family.

As always AAA Bellingham was extremely helpful. Sorry to find out AAA no longer publishes camp books, but the Woodall books are quite helpful.

The people in the store were nice enough. I went in to buy a new U.S. atlas. So I get it home and notice its large print and its missing two thirds of the city listings and its so large it has no detail in it. Very disappointed in the Atlas itself. So Im back to using my old one. This one was a waste of $4.87 unless you want a large view of only the major routes throughout the states.
