After being with Geico for several years. went with Allstate insurance. Which I have twice as much coverage and better price.

Changed insurance companies because I didnt think the value was there. Was informed that I had an outstanding balance and assured I would tend to it. After several snide remarks by Dennis, the call was completed. Couple weeks went by and it slipped my mind. No email or bill in the mail, sent directly to collections. Would not recommend at all.

I needed a will notorized. Dennis went out of his way to take care of it for me immediately with no charge. Great service.

After several rounds of emails and phone calls over at 4 weeks with Dennis and his assistant, he went on vacation and stopped responding. When I finally spoke with another agent I was told that my structure is not covered because it is an older home that had been remodeled already when I purchased it, and that they do not cover Airbnb which I explicitly explained the first day I spoke with the office. Not sure if Dennis is incompetent or just doesn’t value the time or needs of potential clients, but I do not recommend working with him. His assistant Gabby is very kind and Paityn was helpful and quick to respond.
