Website says they closed at 7pm, open sign on but at 3:50pm doors locked and no one inside. Had arrived this was my 3rd visit for them to fix my account.

I stopped one night and the sign said open. I went inside and the girl working refused to help me. She had closed out the register already is what she told me. Turn the open sign off before closing the register! Common sense.

They dont even warrant one star but thats the lowest they can get. Stopped there to pay a bill Sunday because their website says they are open. Sign on the door says closed Sundays. Would have stopped at a number of other stores on the way across town if I had known they were closed. If a retain store cannot be responsible enough to keep their hours current, how can I trust them with anything else? On top of that, no place to tell Boost about this failure of retail-101. Changing carriers next week.

When i went out of state i had no service. I also could not use the internet at all when traveling to use Google Maps, or to look up sights to see along the way. It needs a better coverage plan. It also said i used all my data when i didnt. Love the people at the company, but boost just needs a better coverage plan.

Went in the store at 11 am on Dec 1, and the door was locked, there wasnt an employee inside. Yet, there was an Open sign lit up, and the hours of operation posted on here and on their door said open at 10 am.

RIP off con artists. I did business with them for over two years and had to call every month about my service or my bill.took a trip and when I left the state my service dropped thats ridiculous. They claim great coverage. The only thing they cover is your money. I paid for insurance on my phone and was told my deductible would be $50 and when my phone(which was obsolete) would cost $175 to replace with a refurbished(obsolete) phone just like it. I dont think so. I changed services and called boost to get my account # so I could take my phone# with me and had to talk to 4 people who all asked why I wanted it before I was finally given it. Of course I was offered a credit on my account to stay. Thats why I stayed so long in the first place.

Dillon was very friendly and helpful. The first phone I bought had problems and he took care of it the same day and got me with a working device. Was the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a phone. Would definitely recommend this location over any other cell phone store. Never has someone been so kind and friendly when purchasing a cellphone. He even threw in accessories for the trouble. Very satisfied and will definitely do my business there again in the future!

This is the worst boost mobile Ive ever been to. And Ive had boost mobile for 4 years. They are supposed to be open until 5 on Sundays just like all the other ones, i went there at 12pm and they were CLOSED. IT STINKS HORRIBLY INSIDE THERE. and they are so slow! Last time i was there it took 25 minutes just to pay my phone bill. I will never go there again. Id rather drive out of my way to go to the one on 48th and L street.

Just went to boost mobile to handle phone things, there was a very rude worker there name Leslie. The other worker was being very helpful her name is Alexi and she was helping me. Anyway the other lady was watching something on the computer, so every time i would be talking she act like i was bothering her. So i said to her if I’m bothering you cause i keep talking you need to put on headphones are something so you can hear. I asked her name and she told me she didn’t have to tell me, so i ask who her boss was and the other lady told me. Then she gone tell me that I’m on break and can do whatever on my break. Yes i got pissed off and wanted to beat her ass, that store has went down and a lot of them don’t even no what they are doing. Only no how to take payments, they suck she didn’t need to be on break at the counter watching YouTube are on her facebook are something when the other girl was working. Hate that Bellevue Boost mobile sad i have to take my business somewhere else. When i live in bellevue and that’s the only boost mobile, but I’m willing to drive for better customer service any day. It gets negative stars cant even put it on the rate scale. Had to hit one star only way i could post it you guys SUCK.

I would go negative stars but 5 wouldnt be enough. Let me start by saying the employee of the month was working this morning. My wife and i just moved to bellevue and wanted to swap our numbers from texas to nebraska, so we went to this dump. The girl behind the desk jazmyn had absolutely no interest in helping us but we continued to talk to what seemed like a wall about changing our numbers. Jazmyn finally finished her video and then gave us 5 good guesses at what we had said. Anyway after that she charged us 15 dollars for each phone when customer service told us later that jazmyn was supposed to tell us we could go online for free and change it. Jazmyn then reset our numbers back to our old area code, when she could not figure out what happened she refused to call customer service but instead called what sounded like jazmyns mom. She finally after 50 min got my wifes phone number changed. But had mine set to some crazy number, that i would have to update in my works logs which takes 30 to 40 minutes for it to update. Now not only myself but my work are majorly inconvenienced all because she couldnt figure out how to handle the situation and just call customer service. Than she tells my wife that ill JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT TILL TOMORROW AND ITS NOT HER PROBLEM. And refused to give us the customer service number. Well we got it handled in no time over the phone with customers service. I will be at the store tomorrow demanding a refund since we had to handle it. It cost me time and aggravation that was completely unnecessary.

The people who restarted my boost plan after 6 months without being able to have a phone were extremely friendly and excelling at the job they were doing. Last month I decided to go look at different phones, a special screen protector the employees this time were ride they seemed uninterested Im thinking its because the phone I am going to get is a few more dollars per month on my phone bill for a year. There was a person in front of me and her yapping causes me to have to wait about fifty minutes. I decided not to buy anything now because I was really upset by now and wanted to pay my phone bill and leave. Now this is what pisses me of the most she says (WHY dont you pay your bill online. I am really glad I have taught myself how to bite my tongue because I would probably acted like a out of control teenager and caused a huge seen and just acted an idiot but lucky for me even though I was born with a behavior disorder that I have taught myself self not to do what my brain is telling me I should do. I am am about to go there now I really hope that my experience is different this time. Oh they dont have an air conditioner or are to cheap to use it.

This place sucks. Seems a little shady...always out of phones you canupgrade to, so instead of one stated price you have to pay for higher price phone. Not very friendly either, I hate walking in someplace and the employee makes you feel like youre intruding on her personal time.

Quick easy fast, payments, getting a new phone. And one thing i like about boost unlimited data, which cricket dont have. 1tb there no way you can through that much data in one month.

Every time I come to this location, Leslie or Alexis have no idea what they’re doing so I end up spending over 30 mins in there. I ask them both questions and they avoid my question. Just terrible service and it always stinks in there. I live in Bellevue but I’m gonna start going to other boost mobiles

This is not a knock on the girl that helped us , she was great, but I have had nothing but problems with boosts service. I pay 7 dollars a month for phone protection. Received my replacement phone, after having to pay 50$ on top of the 7 monthly, phone does not work when I leave my house. I have taken my phone to 3 different boost locations and they cannot figure it out. The company that does their phone protection will not respond to my emails. Boost needs to either find a different phone protection company, or be willing to help more when their protection provider just screws customers over and wont respond
