Dude every time I come to this store the associates are insanely nice. Today the young man (Trelley or Trey (Im so sorry!) -- I didnt get a good look as we were running out quickly) regardless, he was genuinely above and beyond customer service. Store is also one of the most organized Dollar trees Ive seen. But just saying. The employees alone make it a positive experience.

Friggin amazing they have everything and the staff is super kind and I can always fine everything super easily.

NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WEAR MASKS! I don’t even think the manager carries one around with her! Completely unsafe and against cooperate ruling. Customers were not made to wear masks either. Employees are on their phone (mostly calls) constantly and gossip to each other about inappropriate topics shamelessly (gossip about how horrible this job is, the other employees, cussing and much more). There are tons of sticky, large stains on the carpets. Boxes everywhere and shelves are filled with boxed poorly unpacked as well. Organization on said shelves are poor as well. This place needs a corporate visit and some serious reprimanding.

I love shopping for certain items at this Dollar Tree. It helps cut my monthly grocery budget considerably. The employees and especially cashiers are courteous and friendly every time I have been there.

Associates there are typically really nice and helpful. I also live the variety they have for assets and crafts stuff!

This store is a mess now days. Hours constantly changing with hand written signs taped to the window. Employees are rude and never paying attention to their registers. Things are just on the shelves in boxes not unpacked. Needless to say google listed hours are not correct. This once was my favorite dollar tree. What happened?

Clean store a bit on the small side but with a variety of different things available

I love this store! I get all my fall/Halloween decorations from them. The staff is always friendly. The only down side is how messy the place can look. The biggest issue is the boxes of inventory just left on the ground in the isles.

I go in here often. Its kept pretty clean, even with the fast moving products. The staff are pretty friendly, the one who are not dont seem to stay long. The manager seems to keep everything running pretty smooth. There are never big empty sections like you find in other dollar trees.

Really dark and dingy, depressing atmosphere

Your know, I can pretty much get the basics here that brand name doesnt matter, although they do have some. Tons of holiday decorations which Im big on. And when you see your total its like thats it??? If you dont care about atmosphere and want to seriously save money, go for it. I used to think I was too good to go to a dollar store. Well I was an idiot, its totally worth it and the people are actually genuinely nice.

Things were on the floor, and the carpet was dirty!

Its kinda messy, but I think that is because they are low staffed. I go here all the time with my friends after school or with my family. I really only recommend snacks from the dollar store, because tbh the toys are kinda just junk. But yeah 3/5 stars

This is one of my favorite stores. Is open and spacious and yet packed with incredible deals. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a little picked over. A lot of empty spots and not just Easter things. We still spent more than I wanted but didnt get the one thing my daughter wanted to go for.

I called dollar tree and the lady on the phone was very rude and I politely asked if the store had any reef rings and she immediately hung up I rather drive 30min to a different store then go here

Clean store and very friendly staff

The dollar tree close to Galvin and Harvell seems to be having problems. The store was very low in stock. Lots of bare shelves and a very messy floor. Stacks of merchandice all over the place. Obviously no one to stock the shelves. I live close by so go there pretty often. Never seen it as messy as today. I wanted to walk out.

A lot of great bargains can be found here and you know that the price of everything in the store is a dollar.

Have gone numerous times over the last month and the store is a mess. Empty shelves, open boxes piled everywhere, water stains on the carpets by the freezer area, only one or two new seasonal products are available or displayed. I am so disappointed. Have heard customers complaining while in the store. Not good, Dollar Tree. Your Bellevue shoppers count, too!

Packed!!! Both with customers and boxed sttock waiting to be put onto shelves. The manager was working as fast ans hard as anyone could, but was over whelmed and looked stressed to the max. I shop here often normaly its clean and he is working hard. It is apparent he needs more staff.

Its always a great experience to go to the Dollar Tree but a lot of the times there are boxes in each aisle that nobodys putting out makes it kind of crowded

Love this place

Stephanie, the manager, was extremely rude. She treated us poorly and did not apologize for doing so when I called and complained. She also bent a party bag we were purchasing. It was on the conveyor belt and the persons products behind us were smashing the bag and she did nothing to prevent that. She also started ringing up things that were not ours because she was not paying attention. Not a great experience and not a good attitude towards paying customers.

Love the value for small items needed and save a lot on items bought elsewhere.
