Came to get my daughters nails (full set) done for the first time. Loved every moment in this shop. Everyone was welcoming and having a good time. This made for a very relaxing and fun first experience. Nails came out so beautiful! Best in Bellevue in my opinion. Very happy customer!

Very quiet and relaxing. Clean and organized.They do not except credit cards. With one phone call Got in with in 20 minutes and was out in 30 minutes.

I would give 5 because they were nice and friendly but they only accept cash

Hands down best experience I have had at a nail salon. Sandy is just a sweetheart and engaged in conversation. I was understood in exactly what I wanted. They were a bit busy and I was a walk in so I did some grocery shopping and came right back. In and out! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL . I will be a regular and will definitely reccomend to all that I can❤️❤️

I have been to a ton of nail salons in Nebraska and Sandys is by far the worst one Ive been to. When I think of getting a pedicure at a nail salon I think of being pampered. A 2 minute massage is not pampering. Getting in and out within 20 minutes is not pampering. You get what you pay for I guess. Will not be coming back.

Nails look good. Im giving 4 stars cuz the lady who did my nails was SO ROUGH with my hands. Was pretty uncomfortable while getting them done. But the ombre looks so good!

This place is AMAZING! Loi did my manicure and pedicure and it was the best I have ever had!! Sandy and Loi are great people with a wonderful little gem in Bellevue! So happy I went there! Will definitely be back!!!!

My nails are wonderful! Wanted a nail place closer to home they were able to get me right in and do the difficult nail designs that I wanted. My pedicure was amazing as well.I will be back !Thank you

Just awful. My mom and I got a mani-pedi and it felt rushed. We were done in 30 mins. I noticed on a few of my nails the paint didnt all the way cover to the sides. By the end of the next day three of my nails paint was partially gone. On the second day most of my nails paint were gone. It peeled off like little kid fake nail polish. My moms did as well. The photos are my nails immediately after I got them done. And I know what youre asking. Why didnt you have them fix them? But honestly I did that horrible the first time around I dont want to wait around to do it again

Great experience! Kind and caring. They know their regular customers by name. The facility is very clean. Took my 6 yr old granddaughter and we really enjoyed ourselves!

I always get compliments on my nails after having them done here. The prices are super reasonable. The staff is very courteous and professional. The shop is very clean and comfortable. Just remember to bring cash as they dont accept credit cards.

I went to get full set white tips, the lady that did it got glitter in the gel first, then when I told her she kept pulling my hand hard like she was mad. She put pink gel over the white tips so my French manicure is discolored, I wantedSquare shape and they are wide disspointed they dont look good at all. And the hand massage is a good part but she didnt do that either

I love this place. I get acrylics with the dip powder. They turn out really pretty every time and last at least 3 weeks. I think the price is fair too. And the employees have always been very polite to my friend and I who go together.

Went due to reviews but when walked in was like a tomb - quiet, no happy chatter - was really surprised. Everyone was polite, shop was clean, TVs were on at perfect volume & chair was super comfy .... Just seemed a bit sad. Older lady was polite and did good job though she didnt trim toes so had to do that 2 days later. She did design on big toes but it seemed dark/sad so she took it off & didnt charge for it. Asked for happy flower or daisy but she didnt understand. She was very nice and tried hard to please, but I almost felt guilty as she seemed to just take customer after customer with no break. If you are used to happy, louder place, this may not feel right - but they list their prices, work hard, and are very polite.

Sandy and Loi are amazing! Their entire staff is close knit, polite and professional. The work the do is exemplary. It stands head and shoulders above any salon in the area and the prices are more than reasonable.

Sandy and Loi do great work, they take care of their customers and go the extra step to make sure the customer has gotten what they want. Recommend to everyone I know!

Love these guys. Brought girlie in for a pedi for her 10th birthday.

The lady was so rude to me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Pink nails, nude accent with little hearts. The hearts looked like my 3 year old sister painted them. And I still had to pay. She didnt fix them. I just removed them when I got home.

The young lady that started to work on my nails Constantly reminding me how much things were and kept asking me if I can afford it when all I wanted was a color change. She constantly did it so much that the two other ladies sitting to my right kept looking at her. The gentleman that runs it kept looking at her every time she did it but never said anything finally I had enough I got a told her I’ll pay for whatever work that she did because I did not need to be constantly reminded how much effort and time it took to do my nails. I’ve had my nails done now for many years And I can afford it. They really need to work on customer service.

Have been a client for years. I have also from time to time visited other facilities for services with friends. There is no place close to the skill and cleanliness of Sandys. $30.00 for a spa pedi is a normal and average fee for the service provided…you get what you pay for. I personally see Lloyd or Sandy, but have had services from other member of the staff as well. I have never been treated badly. I have also never been disappointed with my service. I am finicky about my nails and feet. I have specific things that I like done and Im adamant that my nails are thin. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon I will not be back .... the ladies have no customer skills. The male working is the only employee that spoke the entire visit. The ladies are aggressive when filing and her nails were digging into my fingers. It was wayyy too cold inside for it to be a rainy day, it took two ladies to shape my nails & I’m still leaving dreading paying for the service I received because I hate my nails. They have no card reader so on top of the $7 extra dollars I’m paying for “length” I now have to walk next door and pay $3 atm fee to get cash for today’s visit smh. Almost $40 I will not be returning!

Its OK. My nails turned out nice, but the set up was dirty. The counter I laid my hands on was rather rough I doubt the counters get cleaned much... I most likely wont come back Ill look elsewhere to have my nails done 😒

Best nails I have ever had.

I moved to Bellevue in May. Sandys was the first place I went to get my nails done and I have been going ever since, every two weeks like clockwork to get Shellac manicures. Last time I went, I was given to someone who started soaking and scraping the shellac off of my nails. She was very cranky. Then she was told she had an appointment and she started muttering under her breath and talking to another lady. After a bit she tells me that someone else will be taking over. This was an older lady and she filed my nails so hard it was painful. They ended up so thin that I had one break THAT NIGHT, and I had to trim all of my nails to match. I was very displeased about how my entire experience turned out, especially since I always have had a nice time.

I got my nails done. She did an ok job on the acrylic nail part. Than I picked out my nail polish. She half assed the polish and It was streaky plus she messed up on one nail when it wasnt fully dry and she didnt fix any of the mistakes.
