Don’t bother coming here. I came here with another person to get pedicures and manicures, simple gel and shellac nails. As we were getting our pedicures, my friend experienced some uncomfortable and rude behavior from one of the employees when she asked for her nails to be more filed or trim the skin around the nails. The employee simply started to raise her voice at my friend and claimed that if she continued to ask it would make her nails bleed.. Our pedicures were good, my friends’ manicure was very clean and pretty but mine was crusty and rushed, there is glue leftover and bumps on my nails. We ended up paying $160 dollars, 80 dollars for each person.

Avoid this rude and overpriced place. Nail tech was rough and caused my nail bed to bleed. Extremely rude and discourteous.Check your receipt before you leave

I went here on 5/17/17 to get a full set and a pedicure and it was absolutely perfect!!! Mrs. Rose did my pedicure and so was such a nice and friendly woman. And she did a great job with my toes!! Lisa did my nails and she did a great job as well. They use quality products which is very important to me. I have found the perfect place for my nails and toes! The place is also very clean.

Nice and clean inside, and on a Sat afternoon it wasnt that busy so they were able to accommodate me as a walk in. Got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Pedicure was fine; did a decent job. The manicure, on the other hand, was just rushed and sloppy. First off, Michelle was very rough and cut into my cuticles to the point of pain a few times. Didnt even clean them up that much. When she started the color application, she was struggling with an old crusty UV light. The paint job was messy and she actually had to redo one hand because the machine didnt set it properly and it completely smudged. After it was all done, my nails just looked kinda meh. For seventy bucks (which is literally 2x what I usually pay), it was pathetic. Never coming back.

The signature pedicure is luxurious and very relaxing. They offer you delicious teas to sip on while they transform your feet and nails.

The people there are so nice and did great work. The place was clean, smelled good, and looked fancy.

Good service prices are high

One of the better salons Ive found. Even the 4+ star salons between Seattle and Redmond dont hold a candle to what Im used to in Nashville, but for the year of searching, this one has come closer than the majority.Atmosphere is classier and cleaner, and the artists are nice enough. I would expect a truly good salon to be well staffed and busy on a Saturday, but Ive only seen that in one salon here, so I guess this is normal.Went in for a polish change. Kelly did my nails. She was pleasant without haranguing me with inane questions. She missed a little bit of the old polish, but when she put on the new, she was actually quite meticulous-which is what matters. Did a nice job with the file, too.I still noticed some grime, but I am starting to think Im just used to different standards, as literally every salon here has it. For a $10 polish change, I am content. Will definitely be returning.

Showed up as a walk in. They were so nice. The place smelled so good. Not like a typical nail salon. Michelle did such a beautiful job!!

Horrible service! Made appointment and once you get in there they start talking in their language ( very rude and disrespectful). If you ask for anything, such as nails to be cut shorter, they start talking in their language, basically talking about you. They never ask you if you want the nails shorter or if you like the shape, they just start cutting the nails without ever asking if that’s ok. They rush the service, even though, they are not busy at all. When I got in, two of the ladies were sitting doing nothing. It’s too bad because the place is nice and clean and very convenient for me. Will never use their services again.

Beautiful nails salon

Got a pedicure here and it was pretty bad. The mail polish is all over my toes and the massage part was lame. Families are nice though. Also very expensive.

I have heard from my many friends that another friend of mine that she was turned away because she has BUMPS on her.. We these bumps are TUMORS which they knew and they say its because its a NEW State Law.. Well thats not true. She has a very devastating disorder called Neurofibromatisis.. Its rare and its who she is and cant help it.. That is discrimination. We they better start turning a lot of people away then cause do they turn people with Cancer away? They have tumors...Very bad customer service..
