I received a massage from Diane and had the best experience! She is so knowledgable and really took the time to listen and care for the problem areas I had. She also went the extra step to explain to me what she thought was going on and even provided me exercises to relieve tensions at home. I left feeling rejuvenated and will definitely go back! Also, the entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Would highly recommend.

I went today and received a pedicure. It was so nice and amazing. Nicki is the one who did my feet, she was so nice and did a great job! It was a very relaxing experience and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

AMAZING! I went in with severely damaged hair. I had gone to another hairstylist at a different salon and she ruined my hair. I am so glad I went to John Edwards Salon! Dani fixed my hair and made it look so good! She reassured me the whole time, gave great suggestions and is super sweet. Very friendly and courteous staff. I will always go back here to get my hair done from now on. Great prices too!

Fen did an awesome job. He shampooed and conditioned my hair without being asked, paid close attention to what I really wanted my hair to look like, and took his time doing a great job on cutting my new bangs. Very reasonable price.

Fen did a fantastic job!! I brought my three boys for their haircuts. All 3 love them and want to go back because they enjoyed talking with Fen.

Went and had a massage and it was the absolute worst massage in history.. When I was checking out, the therapist stood there at the counter and stared at the receipt waiting for a tip.. I felt guilty like I had to tip something but didn’t want to cause it was pure torture. When she asked how it was and I told her that my neck hurt and was very tight she said “you’re just sore - I’ll wait while you get dressed” .. the pressure was not the problem at all, she was simply rough.. like a 5 year old trying to give a massage.. it was anything but relaxing. My best way to explain how bad it hurt is like when your dog gets a new toy, and they shake it back and fourth repeatedly... that’s what it felt like but to my joints.. I was in so much pain that I finally went to my doctor and had to have X rays done.. She said that something was torn.. that was most definitely not there prior to this massage. After that I was to just be gentle on it and let it heal - I was given some meds to help with the pain and sent on my way.. this place was purely awful. When I spoke with the owner she said “odd, I never feel like that after massages” and brushed me off like it meant absolutely nothing.. I told her I would go see a doctor and she said she would call me back - yah, I never heard back.. I don’t ever recommend them.. this place is a complete joke..

Whenever I went to John Edwards Salon it was always a good experience. I had a great individual (Fen) who did a great job, he was well spoken, knowledgeable about several topics, and treated you with respect while cutting your hair. Recently though the atmosphere has changed, this change is evident and rests solely in the lap of Management. It is to bad that the owner would allow this to take place. I will take my business elsewhere and I will send out an email to all the people that I have recommended use this facility to go elsewhere. I cannot understand why quality and integrity are discouraged in the workplace while mediocrity is accepted. It has become obvious that management at this facility is unable or incapable of seeing the forest for the trees.Fen management made a mistake with you.

Rachel is awesome! I had her wax my eyebrows twice now and she is very kind and makes you feel welcome! I will be back for many appointments with her!

Abby is just amazing. She does great work and always offers advice and suggestions on what to do with my hair and so far she has never been wrong!!! My husband also get his hair cut by Abby. We would not go to anyone else!!!!!!!!

The lady did not give me what I wanted whatsoever!!! She completely ruined my hair I wanted to cry on the spot. I had brownish/red hair which I wanted to just go all brown w light caramel highlights (I even showed her a picture of how I wanted it). The lady was in a rush because she had another appointment right after me and gave me a BLONDE peek a boo underneath! And to make it worse she didn’t even try to tone it ! My hair looked like mustard and ketchup! Terrible! She completely rushed through my hair and damaged it by bleaching it to blonde!!! I never asked for blonde! I seriously went home and cried all day. Luckily I got my hair fixed at a different salon but the damage was already done.

On the times that i have been in your Salon, i have had my hair cut and colored by Lisa. Lisa is always very kind and soft spoken, she does a wonderful job. I will always have my services done by Lisa.

I have gone to this place a few times now. I enjoy the atmosphere and kind faces. But the hair care I get is supper inconsistent. Granted I have gotten a different stylist everytime, but when I fine one I like they have left the company...Some things I would like to see is that the hair stylist be fully engaged in following the client full disirses. Asking questions even it is repeative will make sure the client is receiveing the service they wish. Like I said not every experience was bad but it is definitely inconsistent with the service given

Made an appointment with Fen for early today and the only bad thing was the weather. Fen is a true professional who listened to what I wanted done and not only did he do a great job, he exceeded my expectations greatly! Can not recommend Fen enough! Please do yourself a favor and book an appointment here and with Fen.

Kasie gave me a massage, and I was SO impressed!I will def go again, she was affordable and worth every penny. She didnt talk the while time, only asked me harder our softer and asked me to turn over etc. she spoiled me and I lived it, will absolutely be going back.Nicole have me a shellac manicure and it was very nicely done and she was a very professional, sweet girl. I wish I had gotten a pedicure too :(

This was the worst hair expierence I have ever had!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I asked for ombré/bayalage I had dark red hair at the time and I told the lady that I want to have dark brown hair with a light brown ombré, I even showed her many pictures and this lady was rushing because she had another client coming she gave me a mustard peek a boo!! I wanted to break down in tears!!! She charged me 90 bucks for it. It was horrible I had to go to a different salon right away. I was recommended by a friend because she got her hair down there and it looked gorgeous but this lady bleached my hair a crusty yellow blonde and gave me nothing that I asked for I didnt even want blonde hair. Worst expierence ever dont go there. The lady fried my hair.
