One of the worst nail jobs Ive ever received. Asked for dip in clear. My nails were already shaped and clean. Should have been a simple dip. She used clear dip powder and applied like acrylic using the acrylic liquid and one massive glob of dip powder. Each nail is a different thickness, all uneven shapes, and poor clean up around nail bed and cuticle. She left the sides of one nail completely bare. When I asked her to fix and fill in she examined and acted like it was an inconvenience. These will be soaked off asap and I will never return. Total waste of money.

I went August 15th 2021 for a simple French tip acrylic nail set. There was a man who had a blue flannel and a blue ball cap on with a long jagged sharp nail on his right hand.He continuously kept poking me with it to the point where I kept pulling away and telling him it hurt and to stop but he continued anyway. He did not listen to what I requested, he made my nails too short and the opposite shape I wanted. He didnt let me wash my hands after sawing the acrylic down and went right ahead into the CLEAR nail polish. There was acrylic powder dust painted into the acrylic nail so when I went outside or in light you could see all the dust inside of the nail. He was very rude when I went to go wash my hands after the fact without his permission, and he stood by the sink with me and watched. I will never go here again, I used to go here every month and it just got worse and worse. There was dust everywhere, polish peeling, and my nails looking horrible.

The first time i came here i asked for a black set with one flame nail. the outcome was every black nail was matte and i could see brush strokes. the whole nail wasn’t even fully painted. and the right hand flame was not dry for multiple days and would peel off. i got them fixed and thought it would be fine. now as you can see in the picture, the paint is peeling off and bleeding on my hand.

I have gone here to get my nails done once a month for a very long time.Today I took my daughter to get her nails done for her engagement photo shoot. A man named Kevin did a dip nail manicure on her. He charged $5 extra to file the tips. When he was done, four of her nails were bleeding. He dipped her bloody nails in the dip polish. When we complained about the bleeding, he refused to refund her money - unless he took off all the polish and tips.I called the owner John later and explained the situation, he stood behind Kevin by saying accidents happen. One finger bleeding is an accident. Four fingers is an unqualified manicurist. All it would have taken to resolve the situation was to refund her money. I will find a new place to get my nails done.

When my friends and I first arrived it was nice until we got our nails done & it was definitely rushed.. you know at ANY other nail salon in Bellevue they take the time & measure each of your nails, use multiple different drills, and try their best to give you what you want & payed for in high quality, right? This salon didn’t even care! Two people did my nails, the manger and some rude (older) man, the manger was on the phone making a personal call; it wasn’t a big deal until I wanted something changed & didn’t want to interrupt the call and by that time it was to late and the nail fell off while the second guy “fixed” it. I even had to guide them and tell them what to do!! It’s more but I’m sure you get what I mean. I’m so upset because I had service that had me IN LOVE!! Not worth the money I payed $40 at a Better location and it was SOO much better.. really wish I can say the name

I called and made an appointment and was given 12:45. On hour later I was going to leave and they were ready. I mentioned it several time but was told sorry. Several people came in and they would say come back in a hour or 30 minutes. No consistency. Took people before others that had been waiting. All I wanted was a manicure and gel polish. Manicure was nothing like I’ve had before. She just clipped nails and small bit of filing and clipped cuticle. Then polish and done. It took her 15 minutes to do this. Then charged to much for not a real manicure. Will never go back.

Paid for the luxury pedicure and honestly was just the basic paid 55$ for nothing.. would not recommend this place for a pedicure, I will not return.. did not message my legs or feet at all maybe 10 minutes total the lady was super rude and in a rush

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a hit or miss. When I haven’t been completely satisfied it’s usually because the person doing my nails is talking to another worker the entire time so at times I feel there’s distraction or in a rush to finish. They are all very nice, but I’d like to feel comfortable each time I stop in.

Dont waste your time and money at this nail salon went in for a regular manicure. Waited 5 minutes (I was fine with that) then to my manicure. I said I would like a shape and no polish. I was asked three times if I wanted polish after I told them no. I stated to the lady I want my cuticles cut and nails shaped I was in the chair for approximately 10 minutes. Mind you as this is happening more people are coming in needless to say I paid 17 dollars for her to file my nails( not even a shape) use a buff block and paint one coat of clear coat on. Never will I recommend this company for and salon needs.

I had an appointment scheduled and waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time for a pedicure. After waiting, the pedicure was not at all what I paid for. The lady did not shape my nails and didn’t even cover the entire nails with the polish. The pedicure was supposed to include a massage, which never happened. It seriously looks like the pedicure is two weeks old and it’s less than two hours old. Will not go back and would not recommend.

I have given this place chance after chance and went today and had to wait about 45 mins just to have a pedicure! They put 3 other people in front of me because they got nails done too. The pedicure was good but this place is very disappointing! I won’t be returning!!

I went today and requested the Deluxe pedicure and there was no foot massage at all. I had to ask for a 2nd coat as well which should have been included. Unfriendly. Will not be back.

Went in and spent 185$ For a spa day for me and my little sister. 2 days later one of my nails broke off, they refused to redo them and only did one. Next day, another two fell off so I went back in and asked for a refill for all of them. They refused to do them so I got one fixed again. Then the third day me and my mom went in and she also spent 85$ but had no issues. They wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we tried to explain we wanted all of them redone. They are very rude and disrespectful. The nails are really poor value and the manager didn’t care to fix the issue either.

Everyone is so friendly and conscientious. They regularly check with you to make sure everything works for you! Even children are welcome!

Service was not great, cold water for the pedicure. Never again

I have been here twice and really wanted to like it as theyre so nice and also have a great variety of colors and treatments for nails. The first time I went I showed a picture of what I wanted (pic below) and ended up with something quite different. He kept reassuring me that the red base (which was supposed to be gold) would look different with the glitter. It did NOT. Ended up going in and having the ring finger color removed and replaced with the pink to at least look cohesive. They also peeled within a week.Second time I went, (I always give more than one chance) I asked for a pink ombre look and received it and aesthetically the nail color looked good. However, the thickness of the acrylic varies from nail to nail (some much thicker than others), the tip nail shape is uneven and inconsistent, she didnt push back my cuticles or really treat at all before applying the acrylic and here I am 5 days later with 5 nails that are already lifting to the point I could probably pop them off. $60 later, Im going today to have them fix the issues and I will not go back again!Im super disappointed. I had two different people and both are the worst applications Ive ever had and Ive been getting my nails done for almost 20 years.

Very disappointed I took my 2 girls for pedicures and nail painting they soaked yhere feet didnt actually do a pedicure 😒. I also scheduled to come back for a full set because Daniel is really good showed up for appointment a few min early to be told 45 min wait said i had an appointment...I literally just spent 150 bucks with 30 of it being a tip you would think they would remember your appt or at least be available

Me and my mom usually go to Blue Sky but they were all booked today so we made an appointment for 1:00 to get pedicures here, and didnt get any service until 1:50. The girl next to me has been here long before us and she hasn’t been helped either so when a lady came to work on me first she told them she was next which i would’ve done as well. So many other people have been in here since we got here and they’re not even done yet, wonder how long they had to wait. Other than all that, the actual pedicure was fine and the staff was nice.

I had started off with a lady who was carelessly shaping the acrylic then got passed onto a different employee I had asked for a coffin shape and I got a totally different shape seems like ballerina. When he was shaping my nails it hurt. My friend was getting her nails done too her lady had told her to wash her hands and when she came back her lady was working on a different client. Customer service could be better I paid 30 dollars for a full set and regular polish.

They did a great job on my nails. They did exactly what I asked.

The stylist did not give me what I wanted. I asked for a short nail and they were long as can be. I didn’t get my choice to chose my own color. When we left it was $40. I’ve never paid that much for an acrylic set before. My cuticles look horrible and there is paint on my fingers. Not worth the time or money.

Followed my nail tech from another location last year. I call in for an appointment when I need to have nails or a pedi done. Always gets me, on time, always a good job and pricing is reasonable. The shop is clean, which is very important to me, well stocked with colors, and very organized. All staff is very friendly and professional. Great place!!!!

I went to get 2 nails repaired, ( i had my nails done here 1 1/2 weeks ago) they could not find the polish to match what i already had. I ended up getting another manicure. They passed me off to 3 different people, while working on my new manicure someone came in to get their eyebrows waxed, instead telling them they would have to wait. The technician went and waxed this persons eyebrows left me sit there for 20 minutes. I will never go back to this nail salon. The entire manicure took me 1hr and 45 minutes.

The old man i had as a technician was very rough on my hands, to the point that when he gave me my ‘massage’ he scratched me. 10/10 will not go again

I came in with my husband to get a pedicure and they were so sweet and answered all the questions my husband had and talked with us the whole time. They were so gentle and made sure everything was perfect and took great care of everything! Definitely would recommend for everyone, first time here and will definitely come back!! I’ve never been to a nail salon twice because something is always wrong or they’re too rough but I will definitely come back here!

I got the dip manicure and they did not really clean up my nails or shape them very well. I probably wont go back here for this.

I usually like going to this salon it was only a couple of weeks ago that I had a bad experience. I got in right away and told them I just wanted a manicure. A guy started taking my dip off right away. All of a sudden more people came in so he left me and went to another station to help someone else and he never came back. One girl sat down and was going to do the rest I thought, but that didn’t happen. The lady I was sitting next to said that she hoped they had not forgot about me. Eventually I just got up and said I would pay for them taking my dip off but would not pay for a full manicure. They tried to convince me to stay but I had sat there long enough. My advice would to be to finish the client you start with verse go to someone else.

Absolutely horrible service. I got my nails filled and the next day polish was chipping and peeling, so I ended up going back to get them all fixed, but they would only fix one nail so I let it go, then a few days later I went back again for the same issue and asked if they’d fix them all the said no and would only do one again and then the color was completely wrong so at this point I was upset and left. I called to talk to a manager to ask for a refund then he stated to me it’s not his problem and it is mine and he refused to refund my money and then hung up on me.

I showed a picture of the design and the guy I had doing my nails did not even do the design at first and I had to ask him if he was going to do it. After he was done I told him I didnt really like the way it looked, he then said i cant take it off but i dont have time to do another design because i have other appointments coming in so decide if you want me to take it off or not. He rushed through the whole service and was very rude. I will never go back again. Im not very picky but do not be rude to me!

Kelly is the best for finger nails hands down, and she’s super sweet and friendly. I’ve never been happier with my nails. And I keep hearing that Jimmy gives the best pedicures and has strong hands to massage your toes and that he really takes his time.

Update: 1/9/20. Place is back on the rise once again.. Service and friendliness has improved once again to where it was once before.. Great job by management..My girlfriend told me that she has noticed a change for the better which is wonderful because the nail artists there are talented folks!

People we unfriendly, pedicure was painful. She ground my skin when she was sanding the gel polish of my toe and now I am fighting an infection. Do not recommend!!!!

All Im going to say is that I went in sad and worried my nails were in so poor shape after having them done a week ago. MS. Molly fixed them for me beautifully!

I got acrylics and she shaped them horribly even after me asking her politely to fix it. The acrylics aren’t smooth, they’re lumpy and they all dent in on my nail bed and curve up. She painted them in such a rush that it’s streaky, she missed parts of my nail, and there was excess on the sides of my nail making the acrylics appear chunky. Honestly, the worst place I’ve ever been to, to get my nails done.

I went to this place and the service is really bad do not go here. The quality of the the nail te hs is less than adverage. They service white people before black patrons.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star. THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I went in to get a full set. When they removed my old nail polish but they did not get it all off . So when applying the acrylics you could see the pink under the nail. I mentioned thAt I could see it. They kept saying it would be covered with the blue nail polish. When I could see the pink under my new nails and the different layers of nAil polish of the blue I went to speak to the manager. I told her my concerns and so they took off nail polish and re did the color. I could then still see the old pink color. I had already paid at this time. So after two and a half hours in the salon I just finally said I wanted a refund. They refused the give me a refund or someone higher up to talk to. They kept saying they would just fix it. Worst place I have ever been to!!!

Father of two girls new to the world of nails. We had an appointment and were early but were not greeted, instead we had terms we were not familiar with blurted at us from across the room. Why do these other clients need to know why we are here? The clientel offered explanations for the terms but this only made things worse. The place looked clean but the people were not personal. Super awkward and annoying... We walked out....

This place seemed to be nice but the technician I got was rough and rude. He started off roughly filing my nails. He kept on telling me to relax. How can one relax when you start of like that. Then he got frustrated and told me to just watch tv and not look at what he is doing. Horrible experience and will never go back again. Wont even try giving the other technicians a try cause the other technician beside us gave me a look like I was giving his co-worker a hard time. Then they start talking in their languange. Very rude in my opinion.

The owner, John, was very rude. Made me feel like a burden! He preached the entire time that they would take responsibility but yet gave me attitude when I asked him to fix my uneven nails. It was also a painful experience.

Royalty treatment. My mother and I both got mani pedis and there were 4 people working on us at the same time! I got the luxury pedicure by Hollis with hot stones and paraffin and really enjoyed it. She did a great job and she was funny. I liked this place if - highly recommend

Do not go here they use dirty instruments and hand pieces... I went there on the Fourth of July to get my nails done because blue sky nail was closed. A month and a half later I lose three toenails. Prior to that I took my daughter there one time to get her toes done and they cut her skin and she had a really bad infection..

I had an appointment for 1pm for 2. An hour and half later they had completed 1. I was not happy

They are fully staffed. Always have openings and never have to wait to get a service.

Not good. My acrylics were painful, not bc of the nails but the staff was rough. Then, they were vaping, not even kidding, all the male staff whipped out vapes and vaped in my face while they were doing my acrylics. They do not know English and when my friend was getting them done, she would ask for something and they would refuse or convince her to get something else. She asked for matte and the guy said No, no glossy is better, its not what she asked for and she would ask multiple times and he would act like he didnt hear her. Pretty rude. It was over priced and I didnt get what I asked for or get quality service. I dont recommend.

I go every two weeks for a fill. Jimmy is extremely friendly and very professional. In my experience every nail salon or technician will occasionally have minor flaws. ANYTIME I’ve ever had issues with shape, broken nails, or shallac flaws they fix it immediately. I’ve also gotten a hand full of pedicures and they were all excellent. This is definitely my top choice of salon in the Bellevue area.

Not a place that I would recommend. We had 4 of us in our group for Mother’s Day. One of the techs was very rude and did a horrible job on my daughters nail and had the audacity to tell my daughter she had ugly nails. The other tech was removing my other daughters nails with a fake nail instead of having them soak. We spoke with a manager and she said when you come back I will pay for them. Very bad experience. This place was not even worth a 1 star review. One tech offered my daughter a soda and she said she would take a coke he said no I get you water.😡👎🏻

I wouldnt have much bad to say about the set of nails that I got done but I also had my eyebrows waxed paying with two different transactions they overcharged my card took it upon themselves to include a tip it was not authorized I even drew a circle with a line through it meaning zero because I use the cash for a tip unbelievable

This place is awful. Would not recommend at all. I got a pedicure here and the staff was very rude and did a terrible job. My nails weren’t even completely covered in paint. I came here another time with my fiancé before our trip to the beach (huge mistake) the stylist actually complained about having to do a mans feet. She rushed through the whole thing and it was just an awful experience. Don’t go here- their work is bad and the customer service is even worse.

Love the atmosphere and the gentleman that did my pedicure was very gentle and I walked out like a million bucks! Will come back again!

Very rude, and completely messed up my nails. Was there for almost two hours and left with no nails because he threw a bowl and acetone at me when I said I didn’t like them.

Great place for a pedi

I took my my mom there for mani pedis and it was fine service, but after we got home i saw were I was knicked or cut in 7 different places, they scabbed over and ruined a perfectly good mani. My mom was complaining about her toe hurting and it was a little red. 3 days later found out it was infected and oozing pus. She had to go to the doctors for it.

The guy who did my feet cut the nails all wonky, and cut my big toe nails wrong so now theyre ingrown. I also recieved a nail fungus, I went once and will never again. Not happy.

Very unprofessional and most do not speak or understand English.

Worst experience. Will not go there again. I would rather drive 25 minutes than five minutes again. This was my third chance & it gotten worse every time.

Friendly staff

The lady gave me gel nail polish instead of shellac and made me pay for the shellac price. My nails are unevenly painted, crooked, and I got gel nail polish on my actual hand. Overall my experience was ruahedand not great. Dont spend your money here.
