Went there close to 5pm on a Wednesday. Easy to park. No wait in line. Very efficient and friendly.

Unfriendly staff, John Conley the guy who is working here is rude and unhelpful. Wrong information was given and they mess up so much that I lost 2 packages here. Very disappointing experience with the service here. However, I recommend using the self service that they provide here, it is more efficient and helpful than the staff. Otherwise, avoid this place at all cost.

This lady stole my package and al my Pokémon. Cards that I was sending. She asked me what cards are worth and she seemed really fishy about everything. Nice job stealing bruh

I had used this post office in the past and was satisfied with the service. But this time there was a male clerk, when he saw my box without shipping documents attached to it, he immediately questioned me by saying “how do I know where to send this? Tell me what you want to do first”. Man, you are the person who works here, so it is YOUR responsibility to tell customers what to do when they don’t know the process! Also, after he realized I am not a native English speaker, he still kept speaking as fast as he can without considering if I am able to catch or not. Later when I read the street number 250 and showed the address to him, he criticized me”you said 215”... well, the customer before me was a lady who had a great conversation with him and was treated nicely. So I consider this is discrimination.

They are so nice here!!!! Even the customers were soooo nice here!! We did physical distancing and everything was so efficient too!! I had to fill out forms for a certified mail. Everyone was so helpful and patient!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

This USPS has great employees working their desks. I recently lost my husband and have an elder father so I’ve been mailing things all over. They ask how they can help and give superb service. Today a friend on Facebook said for lent we should be kind. I responded that I’m using these USPS employees as my coaches and mentors about how to be kind. I think I love them ❤️. I know I admire them. I leave feeling better than when I arrived. It doesn’t get better than that.

I have only been to this location 2 times and will never go back after today. Both experiences were terrible. The first time I walked in and immediately got greeted by a screaming clerk telling me I needed to have a mask on. Not a problem, but you don’t yell at your customers. On top of this, there was a woman directly in front of me being helped with no mask. Second experience the clerk had a terrible attitude again, told me they didn’t have any flat rate padded boxes, so I paid for a new label, then they all of the sudden had flat rates for me. I would not recommend visiting this post office if you like being yelled at, lied to and wasting money. I would give a 0 star if I could. Note to management, train your employees on how to interact with customers.

I am so glad of this little postal nook where one can stop in USPS needs. The day I was there, workers were helpful and smiling. I bought some fun stamps and was back on my errands in a jiffy.

The staff at this location are awesome. They are friendly and offer suggestions as to the best, fastest and economical way to send a postage or letter. Top notch professionals who should be a model for other postal employees.

Ive used this post office services some times, and they were always welcoming, efficient, fast and friendly. Long lines depend a lot of the time you go there, but even so they put a lot of effort to make it quick! Best USPS post office Ive ever visited.

In the last year four of my packages have been lost, despite having a return address, tracking information and insurance. I have suffered significant monetary loss, including a lost computer. Meticulous and extensive follow up for weeks on the whereabouts of the packages failed every time. No one knew where they were nor where the mystery “lost package office” is located or how to contact them in their out-of- state location. The last package was lost because the metered postage strip USPS affixed to the package came off. Instead of returning it to sender, like the other packages it was nowhere to be found. Which begs the question are these items being stolen? Why aren’t they returned to sender? Verification that the metered postal strip came off the package while in the possession of USPS was confirmed in a picture of the package taken by USPS. Amazon has never lost one of my packages and delivered in a fraction of the time and cost.

The staff made renting a PO box too complicated and bad experience. She refused to look at my online application and asked me to filled out an application form for a PO box, which I have already paid for and applied for! I do not recommend this office. Eventually I decided to cancel and she wont help to cancel. Bad experience and discriminations.

For past year 3 of my packages was lost and only one they founded, starting this 2018 year already missing one package. This never happen to me in previous locations.

The staff is always very courteous and helpful, which is refreshing since it seems like whenever I visit a different location the employees are frazzled and impatient. Would definitely recommend this location!

This office has the most incompetent group of liars I have had the misfortune to have to deal with. I had a package with a change of address attached. I was scanned Seattle then Bellevue then Seattle then Bellevue then Seattle then Bellevue and back to Seattle. When I asked why in Gods name would it be sent back 4 times I got we are just doing our job. Now because its be sent back and forth so many times Im being told it will take up to 3 or 5 days to process it this time. The clerk lied and said it was scanned once but when I spoke to another branch she confirmed the multiple scans. Not one person thought to question the item going round and round in the USPS offices. No one person can be that ignorant. You are a group of morons and should be fired for your rude attitudes and incompetence. Hanging up on someone because you were caught in a lie and so lazy that fixing the error was to much work.Thanks for the experience.

Asked a simple question and Crystal was very rude to me. Theres a reason why people hate going to the Post Office and she made my experience worse than it needed to be.

I live right across the street from these guys and ship with them all the time. They smile, they joke, they know their jobs, and theyre quick - I really couldnt be happier with the service they provide.
