Impossible to find the location. Roamed around the whole location for 30 min to find the place and then was denied service because it was 30 min to closing time (was only looking for eyebrow threading which would have taken max 10min). I would have been there half an hour earlier had the location was easily accessible. Really disappointed that service was denied when a customer made the attempt to come all the way here.Editing review to respond to Owners response: As mentioned in my review, I arrived at the salon half hour before 6pm and was still denied service despite there being no other clients waiting, the technician was NOT serving clients until 6pm.

I went there today and I love the way Upasana did my threading.

My schedule was kind of tight so I made sure to check the time the salon open before going there, both Google and Brow Arc’s website said 10am.I got to the parking lot 10:20, checked in online (if you can check in online, it means it’s operating hours for the location), it said I was the next in line so I went inside straight to the salon. It was closed/lights off/no one inside. So I went to the groceries store next door and came back 20min later (10:40). The salon was still closed/lights off, but there was a person inside. I knocked, she came to the door and told me to come back 20min later because they only open at 11am. I told I was able to check in online and the website said it opens at 10am, but she insisted she would only be able to make my appointment at 11am. So, the person opened the salon late (at least 20 minutes) and refuse to do my service when I got there.EDIT: funny thing is if you look at Google now, it says they updated the operating hours YESTERDAY. When I checked 2 days ago, it said the last update was last week. Apparently the operating hours change accordingly to the time the professional gets there.

I just moved to the area and I can honestly say, this was the best eyebrow threading experience I ever had. Ive been getting my eyebrows done since I was really little, and I can tell you that Gurpreet knows exactly how to shape your eyebrows to fit your face frame. I have thick eyebrows, and usually when I get them threaded, they get thinned out. Gurpreet shaped them and kept them thick and beautiful. I highly recommend her!

I have been to Brow Arc a number of times now and have been really impressed (all but one time) with the friendliness of the staff. Today I saw Gurpreet who was exceptionally friendly and professional. I plan to return again!

I have a 50 min drive from my home to the Brow arc location at Crossroads. But I usually get my eyebrows done here! All the girls here treat me well and I have always had a good experience. Special thanks to Apeksha for doing a good work shaping my eyebrows the past 2 times!

Good alternative to waxing. They have a good threading service. You can buy individual service or get a recurring pass as per your need. Overall good set of hands.

So basically I went in for a henna on Thursday. The lady at the desk said “come back Saturday at 10. She’s not in today. No appointment needed.” So I came back Saturday at 10 (today). A lady opens the shop and I go in with my father. She said “do you have an appointment??” We told her no, a lady on thrusday said we did not need one. She said if I could come in a different day. However I had to leave back to my hometown today so I say no. and she says, “uhm... well I’ll come get you. Go sit down”. We do and she comes back around 10:20 and says “I can do at 11.” So we wait and then some other girl shows up and then the first one told us she’s ready. We asked earlier if she had a book of designs to look at and she said no, and that I had to find one online, even though I went here two years ago and they did. So I did. Immediately when I entered the store the second girl pulls out a book of designs and how much it’ll cost. The first girl said “33 dollars” and my father said that it was fine. So she starts and at the end it looks nothing like my design and it’s horrible!!! I went back to my fathers house and washed it off immediately. It’s already stained of course, but it should only last a little. The henna I wanted should have been at least 45 minutes and she did it in 15! So stupid and outrageous. I will NEVER go back. Don’t EVER go.

They do a great job, but be aware the posted hours are not accurate. Twice I’ve been in at 8:30 and they say they are “closed.” (Despite the door being wide open and lights on.) When I asked, “Aren’t you open until 9?” they said, “Yes, but we need to do paperwork.” This is just a bad business practice. It’s hard for me to get there much earlier, and I’m really regretting $100 I spent on a package.

I really liked my brows, it’s very hard to get the satisfaction and the perfection you want. Simran did a great job, i would really recommend this place.Thankyou simran.!

Back in September I stopped into Crossroads because a close friend told me about where she gets her eyebrows done. I had the pleasure of meeting KK and she was just amazing with her work. She took her time and was diligently thorough about making them look the way I wanted. KK has great customer service, is very professional and holds a good conversation. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and anyone looking to get their eyebrows done.

I was able to get in quickly. The woman who helped me was kind, efficient, and quick. The up-sell wasnt strong enough to frustrate me, and I wish I had the time for more work to be done the day I came in. I will definitely be back.My only possible complaint is that it seems quite a few of the hairs around my eyebrows were broken off instead of extracted, as I have had over a dozen ingrown hairs after my threading here. I have had threadings several other places over the years and this has never happened before. I cant say it was the threading for sure, but nothing else in my routine changed, so I am suspicious. The service was so stellar though, I am more than willing to chance it a second time to find out.

I wish I could post pictures of how my eye looks like now. Its all red . Everytime Im coming in and theres a new worker- there messing up. She did more than I wanted her to do, she messed up the left one and then the other one was bleeding. She didnt even have a name on her uniform. And plus, tell her to brush her teeth or dont even open her mouth -it smells bad.The other girl which works there for a long time- I have no complaints .

I wish there was a 0 star. The girls there know nothing about eyebrow shapes. Theyll basically just take some hair out and do a shabby job. I told one of the girls how I wanted it, instead she ended up doing what she wanted and threaded a lot of hair at the end of one eyebrow. So I am stuck with this weird eyebrow one shorter than the other. Worst place in the area.

They just dont listen to you how you want your eyebrows!! When you say you want it shape, you sure dont get it. And theyre being so mean.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new eyebrow place. I have been growing out my brows for months. Unfortunately I decided to go here for threading. My eyebrows are now uneven and a horrible “shape” that I have never seen for brows. Beware of this place.
