Taylor is the sweetest! She’s always so professional and personable. I really recommend her. She will get EVERY SINGLE HAIR honey!! I get my Brazilian and stomach strip done by her and I never leave disappointed. Always smooth when I leave.

Excellent waxing place. Very professional, as soon as I entered till I exited I found it professional.They use wax beads that are melted , put on skin with wooden sticks& peeled off. It was almost painless. The pre& post creams that were used were very beautifully fragrant & skin friendly. I liked the fact that they used individual sticks everytime they dipped in wax . The only thing I didnt like is that they didnt have a disposable coverup to put on while you are naked getting your wax done. I would wear my own robe or something. I also didnt like the uncalled for prompt by the front desk lady to ask me if I tipped my waxing person or not .I will return here to get my waxing done as my hair growth has become less , been a week & still dont see my hair growth . Skin is soft & smooth.

I normally hate leaving reviews but i wanted to help out any ladies like me trying to find a good place for their first time! these ladies were awesome! it was my first time getting waxed and they gave me a ton of great information and made all the discomfort super fast and kept me distracted through the mild pain. in and out in under 15 minutes, i would highly recommend!

Had my first appointment today for an eyebrow wax with Cassie and she was amazing! She took her time looking at my eyebrows and made sure she knew what I wanted beforehand. I recommend her 100%. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming!

I’ve gone to a few locations and this one is my favorite. They have the most experienced waxers. I recently saw Cat, I loved her service and attentive to details. She’s super friendly and I was happy to have gone there than my usual closer location in Bothell.

Scheduled an appointment on the phone to redeem my free 1st time offer for eyebrow wax and underarm wax and was able to get in the same day. Yayy! It was my first time coming here and Im so excited that there is finally a wax place open near my house. When I arrived I was greeted right away by the store manager Micah who is absolutely amazing and the definition of amazing customer service! He gave me an overview of the membership offerings and each of the products available for purchase on their wall but was never pushy. He also asked me if I use any special dermatologist creams on my skin which I happen to for my acne and the side affects of getting my eyebrows waxed with the reaction from the creams. I took the chance and was glad to be informed since most places just start waxing and dont really mention what could happen. When it was time for my appointment my wax specialist Cynthia came to get me from the waiting area and took me back and explained the benefits of the beeswax they use and how long it lasts. She also asked me about waxing my eyebrows since the cream on my skin combined with waxing could have a reaction. I decided to still go for it since Ive had waxing done before and nothing has happened. Cynthia was gentle throughout the process and explained each of the steps and even used a tweezer to get some of the smaller hairs out from my underarms and eyebrows but for some reason the smaller hairs would just not budge with the wax on both places. The hard wax they use is a lot lot LESS painless then other places and they dont use strips and the wax just peels right off leaving a nice clean finish. I only wish the wax was able to get all of the smaller hairs from my eyebrows which left them looking a little incomplete. I ended up going home and fixing these with my tweezers so no biggie but I feel like I get a better shape with threading.Overall, wonderful waxing experience and will be back to get my legs waxed. Micah was generous and gave me a pass to come back to buy a package and still get the 1st time offers on the wax pass offers for buy 6 get 2 free options. He also gave me a sampler of the eyebrow serum to try at home. They also have a referral program for every friend you refer that comes and tries out their service you get $10 which is a pretty sweet deal!

Cassie is the best; super trustworthy and genuinely cares how you feel throughout the session. She gives great skincare advice for before AND after any type of waxing appointment. I HIGHLY recommend this salon and Cassie!

I had a year’s worth of service paid for in a package. Because I travel, I have used locations in MA, NJ, FL, and WA. This was the best location by far! Beginning with the desk, Micah was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. My technician was super helpful and hot a lot of ingrown hairs out she did a great job and it was not super painful. Sadly, I don’t recall her name, but if I find it, I will add it.

I first used European Wax Center in Palm Desert. I was thrilled to see that we finally have them in the greater Seattle area. I like them so much I drive from Kenmore (the north end of Lake Washington) to Federal Way now, I am really looking forward to opening in Bothell.European waxing I think hurts less and the best part is the wax is always fresh and so much cleaner, nothing has ever come close to any one else, like most of the nail shops do.

Super glad they are open again after COVID! Very clean practices and extra precautions taking place beyond their regular sanitizing. Been visiting EWC for almost 15 years, they have the best wax and cleanliness standards of any wax service available...and Mitra was great 👍

This is the first time I’ve been waxed and every since they’ve opened, I’ve been coming back. There have been some mild mishaps that have occurred in my visits but they are responsible about them and provide good customer service. The esthetician that I’ve worked with is great and very informative.

Always the friendliest staff and every tiny hair you could possibly want gone gets waxed away or tweezed if its too short for the wax. Always an amazing experience
