I had put my client in contact with Element Smart Roofing, for an additional roof inspection for his home he was purchasing, but we only had a few days. They got back to him ASAP and scheduled an appointment right away! Damon was extremely thorough, courteous and professional! To top it off we had the estimate back that night! Thanks to David and his great crew!! First, when we called with concern about a roof leak,the response was prompt. David examined and reported back to us in detail, explainingwhere the leaks were and the general health of our aging roof and skylights which had lasted ten yearsbeyond its expiration date. David was helpful, informative and low key/no pressure. He brought shingle samples and discussed pros and cons of a the different options. He provided a prompt itemized estimate, and there have been no hidden costs or surprises. We decided to go ahead, a time was scheduled, and we were kept informed about weather contingencies. The crew was excellent. (Our neighbors commented on the work ethic they observed thru the days.) Clean up was thorough. And we are really pleased with how the roof and gutters look. Great website and very professional

I used Element Smart Roofing to repair my leaking roof. They were prompt, affordable and knowledgeable. They saved me time and money and were thorough and professional. Ill definitely use them again for repairs, cleaning, or when the time comes for a new roof.

We have used this company to install the roof for our rental property. After a year or so, our tenants have noticed that there are leaking in multiple places, which is due to inappropriate installation of drainage system for the roof. When initially contacting the company, we got a quick response that the company sent a worker to examine and partially fix leaking issues. Unfortunately, the initial fix does not address the root cause. From that point onward, the company becomes quite slow to respond to our request, despite their agreement to do so. In fact, the excessive delays cause enormous amount of headache for our tenants. We are also worried because the leaking damages the building and more importantly creates liability for landlord. We probably have to get a legal help, before this company is willing to fulfill its obligation.

Element staff did a nice job. We are pleased with their workmanship. They also did a great job cleaning up the property during and after the project.

We found ESR through a Google search to have someone local install a live roof on a new addition to our house in Redmond, rather than having the roofing shipped to us and install it ourselves. Were so glad we did! The ESR staff (especially Damon and Jensen) were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They responded quickly by phone and email, were able to adapt plans when needed, and went beyond our expectations. The live roof looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted. The installation was done without fuss, and they fully cleaned the worksite afterwards. I cant recommend them enough, and well be engaging them for more roofing and guttering work in 2017. Thanks!
