We’ve been using ProCare for many years for our roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss treatment, for my 2-story-house. They’re very professional with reasonable prices. Scheduling was always easy, quick responses with a lot of questions answered. They help to schedule as soon as they could. The technicians were always on time, and professional. They give you a heads up when they arrive and give you a summary upon they leave, with all the details covered. They also value their returning customers, and now and then give some professional suggestions. I would definitely recommend their service!

Windows look great. Ben the window washer was very congenial, and neat and didnt leave a mess inside or out. One thing though, the tracks and screens werent cleaned. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star job.

I hired Pro Care on very short notice to go out to a condo I was listing for sale and power wash a deck and clean the sliding glass door windows after. They responded right away and went out same day which saved our bacon since my photographer was coming the next day! I didnt have time to see the work until after the photographer had already come, and was relieved to see they did a flawless job! The deck looked like new, tracks of the sliding door were clean, and the windows were sparkling. Will definitely call them again!

We used Pro Care to install holiday lights along the roofline of our house and they did a great job! The house looked wonderfully festive and we didnt have to worry about which lights to get, making sure we had enough lights to cover the area we wanted, or safety around getting on our roof. They installed it with a timer so that it would turn on/off when we wanted it to, and came back in January to take the lights down. We will definitely be using them again for other home services (they clean our windows at least once a year) and are looking forward to adding a few more lights next holiday season.

This is the second time i called procare for help. first time they came they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves and when i asked if they willput the filter grates on the gutters they did so right away.the snow storm caused another gutter to twist sideways and they came in 3days. it was not an emergency so there were people who needed help more. again they did a real good and efficient job and checked that the other gutters had no blockages. i definitely would call them again and would recommend them to friends who needed help.

Pro Care has been excellent to work with. I reached out for an estimate on gutter cleaning and Christmas light installation. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. I booked the gutter cleaning right away and due to a cancellation, they were able to accommodate me almost immediately. They showed up on time and were very fast and efficient and thorough. They want to charge $1375 for installing Christmas lights on the front (only) of the house! I have never seen such a rip-off and to top it off, they have the nerve to say that there are peaks on the house and thats why it costs this much. Do not fall for this scam, find an honest contractor that will charge you an honest price.

Pro Care set up out outdoor Christmas decorations and came back and took them down and placed them in storage bins. We are very happy with the work they did. They were professional and responsive and very easy to work with.

The crew was on time, explained the process and carried out the work on a steep roof that had moss to treat as well, and installed gutter guards. They completed the job in a few hours, cleaned up and pointed out some rot in the roof we need to repair. Well have regular roof cleaning from Pro Care in the future.

We hired Pro Care to pressure wash our driveway, rock wall and backyard patio. They arrived on time and were able to adjust the amount of work based on the technicians recommendations and knowledge of successful results. It was also reasonably priced. We had a previous quote for about 10 percent more. I recommend hiring them!

Cant recommend Pro Care enough. Came in cleaned gutters, put up Christmas lights (and took them down) and cleaned solar panels. My roof has a high pitch which is too much for me but these guys came in and just handled it. No need to look anywhere else. My go to for all roof, gutter, panel, Christmas lights and window cleaning needs.

Choose this company over 2 other companies mainly because of the amount of reviews and the quality of reviews. Also like that they did commercial and residential which made me trust them more. Paid about $50 more than the other quotes received and am so glad I went with Procare Inc. These guys did an amazing job. Had my roof/gutters cleaned, moss removed and roof treated. I asked for an estimate and received a quote same day and they were able to come out the next day to complete the job. Was not expecting it to be that quick so very impressed. Didnt need to be home which was a plus. Will definitely be using them from now on.

We have used Andys services for about 5 years now, where we have our windows cleaned (they do an outstanding job with this!). We recently had our driveway power washed which, I assumed was done with a power nozzle - nope! Pro Care used a large rotating brush to scrub our driveway clean. Their precision cleaning enabled a repair man to fill in the deep cracks on our steep driveway. According to the repair man, Pro Care did such a great job of cleaning so that his products would adhere correctly to our concrete. Highly recommend Andy and his team who are ALWAYS Polite, Friendly and Professional.

We have used Pro Care before. I called about a plugged downspout and damaged gutter. Other companies didnt want to look at the downspout because it was connected to a drain. These guys are great! I had some weird permanent Christmas lights that came with the house. We took those down and fixed a few other issues. Hire them!

I only use contractors that I find on Angies List with consistently high customer ratings (I then cross-check the reviews with other review sites like Yelp). Once again, ProCare did an amazing job on the outside of my windows and gutters. Once King County moves into the next stage of reopening, they are going to come back and do the inside. I cant wait - its like night and day in terms of before and after their cleanings. I highly recommend Pro Care.

Cheerful, courteous and helpful worker came to my house and did a great job! I only wished he had been willing to clean the inside of skylights, which was the primary side I wanted cleaned. I would not have had him clean the outside at all without doing the inside as well, but he said you all dont clean the inside surface of skylights.
