We used Vintage Ambiance to spruce up the venue for our wedding. The photos were incredible, largely due to the beautiful furniture. Beautiful, dramatic couches and chairs really enchant a place. The staff was also lovely.

As a local wedding planning company, we LOVE working with Beckie and her team for their one of a kind vintage rentals. Theres something so fun about going to see her treasures (as I call them) and see what might work for each event. I love how she actually knows the history of her items, and really takes care in finding a great selection for people to choose from.Ive actually known Beckie and worked with VA for years now, and am in awe of how hard they work to make the client happy, and the event beautiful with their pieces. The pricing is very reasonable considering how much they do per event. I know my clients are in good hands, and that VA will always deliver great pieces on time and in great condition.Highly recommend them for anyone looking for fun, unique vintage pieces for their event!

Beckie is fantastic! She is a great communicator, has a rich and elegant collection of vintage rentals, and is very supportive of her customers and fellow vendors. I am a wedding planner and have worked with her on shoots and events and the process has always been smooth. Beckie even donated hundreds of dollars of rentals for a charitable event we threw! The inventory at Vintage Ambiance really speaks for itself. Their showroom warehouse is my happy place.

Nothing but a wonderful experience with this Company. For how many times I changed my mind, and being in a different State, they never once didnt exceed my expectations. Their inventory is massive and everything is treated with so much care, nothing looked like it had been used! They were timely and courteous. I highly recommend using their services to add the perfect touches to your event.

I loved the idea of this business and their rates are great. I was really looking forward to using the items I had booked. Unfortunately I never actually got to benefit from their services and still lost $297 to them.They have a fairly limited delivery range, which limits the range of customers that can enjoy this service. Due to work conflicts my spouse was out of town at the time of my event and I had no additional help to drive the hour up to Bellevue to pick up up my rental furniture. I was returning from Oregon the day before my event. I even attempted to hire a service which also did not work out. I contacted the company and communicated my inability to pick up the reservation.They were unfortunately, unable to help.I called asking if any refund was possible. I was told no, that refunds were only issued 4 weeks out. My reservation was made within the 4 week window. Typically I understand a policy such as this. But realistically its arbitrary. At the end of the day I had circumstances that didnt allow me to pick up the reservation. Vintage Ambiance provided me no service but still profits $297 dollars. This is just bad business and not a good look. I will not seek to use them again as much as I originally liked the idea of them.

Had an appointment to view the warehouse and was stood up by the employee. If you cant keep an appointment how am I to rely on you for my event? Would give zero stars if I could.Very unprofessional, no confirmation of appointment. Hard to get ahold of.
