Got my xbox x from here awhile back ago cant wait to get the series x. Great service and very friendly. At this location They are always willing to help and work with the customers if there are ever problems. They are also great at remembering people which i found out a few weeks ago or so when i called. Cant wait cant wait cant wait!!! #Xbox series x ... Ps this is william!

My family only goes here because of his wonderful help. Personality if he doesnt have it in stock he get it and get it out to you quickly! Ive been a client with ace for many years now at the Bellevue store. Ive been treated nicely by everyone Ive came across in the company. But I just wanted to personally recognize Marlena as a golden star. She is full of sympathy and kind words all the time weather it be in person or over the phone. If anyone needs to rent or lease anything please go see her first! She will get you what you need and get it to you fast!

Not exactly a critique of the service itself, but I was driving today and saw one of their trucks, license plate TIY631 who was driving incredibly recklessly. Going 70+ down I-75S and tailgating every person, mere inches from their bumpers. I get that this is par for the course in NE (after living here a couple years, I still hate the drivers here) but still, a commercial vehicle should not be so careless.Since the truck did not have a How is my driving? sticker, this is the next best thing.

I was in there a couple of weeks ago to look at TVs, and was helped by a very kind young lady by the name of Marlana. Got me all set up with no issues, definitely will be going back for future purchases!

All ways there to help. Dont try to lock you in with something you cant afford for profit. The staff is there to help you with what you need at a reasonable price.

Theyre very nice and friendly. They worked super quick, I have been going to them for a few years now and have enjoyed going to Ace Rent to Own.

I have been a customer for over seven years, and they are constantly changing their management. I believe that this is due to poor customer service. I have at times paid for items they told me to that I didnt even own, they have lost payments from me and one time my payment was pocketed by an employee. As a loyal customer for years if I am one day late they call my references. After I pay my stuff off I will never do business with ace again. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

Professional experience with people that know their jobs. Greeted right when you enter the door by a polite employees that know their job and willing to work with you.

For those of us who dont have great credit but need things its an option. When I need things I make a list by priority and then start by getting number one and if you pay it off in 3or 4 months you dont pay all the extra interest. Little known secret. So do it one at a time. You work with them and they will work with you. If you get something pre-rented its cheaper. You can check it over before getting it. And anything you are making payments on is covered if it needs repaired. If you need something you dont see ask they can probably get it for you. I love them. I use the one in Bellevue. They love me.

Even the same as cash is way more expensive then anywhere else. The 70in LG tv was 400 more than what Best Buy want. Price check before spending a Fortune. A couch set was 300 more than Nebraska Furniture Mart. So dont let go pass same as cash date. Then youre paying 3× the actual cost. Ps stop sending me things in the mail. Im not buying from you.
