These guys are amazing! Very professional with experience and knowledge. I had an issue with my iPad pro screen and battery. Apple was going to charge an arm and a leg for a replacement when I found JCD repairs who was able to fix it for half the price. You cant tell the quality difference between Apple and them! They did a fantastic job and followed up every step of the way!

Great customer service. I was able to walk-in and the technical assisted me with a cell phone battery repair. The staff are friendly and provide tips to ensure the longevity of the battery. Jet City has repaired more phones for me than I can recall. They are my go-to forever. I’ve been using them since they had only one store. Now they have many locations. Their staff are quick and excellent at what they do. I’ve brought in some very damaged phones. They never fail to revive them! Most recently they replaced a malfunctioning camera in my phone. Price was good, and camera is like new again.Also their screen protector deal is the best around!

My iPad dropped to ground and the display stop functioning properly. Tristan quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a new lcd screen should fix the problem. He suggested to test a new screen and if other issues are detected after replacing new screen he will refund the cost. I felt assured that the cost will be worth it. He quickly got it fixed and now it worked fine again. I am very happy with the result. Tristan also committed if other defects are discovered when I left, just bring it back and he will either fix it or cancel previous replacement. I am very satisfied with the quality of service and strongly recommend this business.

Jet City took my last-minute iPhone repair same-day. They had it fixed within 45 minutes for a lower cost than other repair shops in Bellevue. They were friendly, clear, and helpful in all interactions, taking a lot of the stress out of the stressful situation when you run over your phone with the car (don’t ask…). I can’t work without my iPad. While on a stand my loving kitty grazed my iPad and it fell on a pencil. When I picked it up it looked like a couple gorillas had a dance party. I was able to get a same day appointment, take my kiddo to the park, and pick up in one hour. You guys are great!

Ive come to Jet City on many occasions over the years as problems come up with my iPhone. They have always been responsive, professional and prompt. I think the prices they charge are also reasonable. Most recently, my phone wouldnt charge because water had seeped through the case. I tried a remedy recommended to place in a bag of rice. Result: a very small grain of rice blocked the charging port! I took it into Jet City, went to a nice local coffee shop to wait. Although estimated time to repair was 2 hrs or so, they had it fixed in less than an hour. dont know what I would have done without them!

Josh helped us immediately as a walk in for my old Apple iPad Air 2 which had a cracked screen. Not only was he able to fix the screen but he also fixed the power button which got banged up earlier. He also offered to add a screen protector and cover so I can keep it nice. I was blown away by their speed, responsiveness and quality. Highly recommended!

I called them up when my phone was stuck in a boot loop and 20 minutes later I was at the shop with no appointment needed. He called me about an hour later to say what the issue was and 20 minutes later I had my phone back like normal. It cost about $90 with tax which seemed a little steep but is nothing compared to what Apple would charge you. Will come here again (hopefully won’t have to) for sure if needed. Quick, friendly, quality, and upfront.

I made an appointment online so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line, I have a two year old so timing is important! I got there right on time and was greeted immediately. Josh was the one that fixed the phone and he was friendly, professional, and finished the work faster than I expected. He even found another minor issue that I already knew about, but informed me about in case I didn’t know. My son’s phone now looks great and works just as it should...no issues. Jet City Repair replaced the cracked rear screen of my iPhone XS. Scheduling and service was excellent, they did a great job. I had a issue afterwards, which was unrelated, and Jet City Repairs helped me solve that too.Overall excellent service. I don’t plan on seeing these folks often (as I would have trashed some other iPhone/iPad!) but if I need repairs in the future I’m going back to Jet City Repair.

Was able to set up an appointment the day of, dropped my phone off to repair cracked glass on the screen, left to go get lunch, and when i got back it was done and done well at that.Plus theyre super competitive with pricing. I price checked at 5 other stores for repair cost, and even after adding on sales tax, it was still 20 bucks cheaper than the next cheapest option wouldve been before tax.

I quickly was searching around for the best deals, so I can make sure that the phone was not only fixed, but prevent any potential new damages.When I reached out to Jet City over Yelp for a quote, I was informed of what they charged and guided to their website to confirm the price. Of the handful of other repair places I contacted in King county, they were the quickest to respond and honest about their prices from what they quoted on their website and what I was quoted on Yelp.I make an appointment with was super simple on their website and took it in. Not paying attention, I scheduled an appointment for 4pm, when they closed at 5pm. They had a handful of phones , what looked to be waiting for repair but they told me it will be done within 30 minutes, but I told them Ill come back before 5pm.When I went to go pick it up, the phone was good as new, and I was still amazed how quick they were able to do it, since they had many other devices to fix. DO NOT take your device there for any repair. They will steal your original parts and replace with cheap third party parts. I took my iphone there to replace back screen a couple months ago. After I got my phone back, I noticed the front screen was really slow and then it completely stopped working the next day. I started to doubt if they replaced my original apple front screen during the back screen repair process. I took it back and after some diagnosis they claimed that its some prior repair I did to my phone that messed up some wires and caused this problem. The fact is I never took my phone to anywhere for repair before I took it to them.They fixed it for free. As I have this doubt in my heart, I specifically asked them when I picked up my phone if they did anything to my original apple front screen and they said no. Until yesterday I took the phone to apple store to repair phone camera, Apple told me they cannot repair it since the front screen is not an apple original screen. I was shocked to know this and called them immediately. They denied everything and said they did tell us they replaced front screen the second time. I have no idea why they told us it was some wire issue but ended up replacing our front screen. Most important when asked, they didnt tell us the truth. Extremely disappointed!!!

My kid cracked our iPad screen. Apple would have charged $250 to fix it but instead Jet city did the job for less than half that, plus added a tempered glass screen. I highly recommend these guys, it was super fast and well done.

This was our second time coming in, my son knows just how to break an iPad screen. Pricing is the best in the area. The pricing was explained to me before I even left from dropping it off. The time estimates we received were spot on. Communication was on point, I got a text telling it me was done both times and reminding me of their hours. (It was less than an hour wait each time.) We used the Bellevue location which has free parking. They do sell a few items in store, Im assuming they are top quality but I have not needed anything else, they also dont try to sell you anything.All around a great experience and we will use them EVERY time we need them.Our second visit was during covid times so I do feel it is worth noting that they are following protocols.

My phone screen was shattered due to impractical but very cute phone case I got from Amazon. *eye rolls*They were able to get me in right away and the whole service took only 30 mins! Their prices is beyond reasonable for the service and quality they provide. I was quoted elsewhere for $200. I also had a tempered glass screen protector installed which was $20 that has an awesome warranty plan. They also sell extremely cute phone cases and was so nice and understanding with helping me pick out due to my indecisiveness.I would say I’d definitely be back again but *fingers crossed* I don’t shatter anymore phone screens LOL.

I had a Surface Pro 4 that wouldnt turn on at all so I went to Jet City Repair for data recovery.Not only did they get all of the data on my portable hard drive.They were professional and get keep updated on the process of the data recovery even they were honest with us about the Surface Pro 4 as well.Even offered to buy the broken Surface Pro 4 for parts and cut the cost of data recovery.I would highly recommend them for anyone regardless of what laptop brand you use!

I went to a place in issaquah out of convenience of location to my house. I Immediately regretted it and turned around to leave when the guy at the store told me to stand outside in a not very friendly tone, maybe he was having a bad day? Either way, me and bf didn’t want to give them our business any longer, so we left. It was a blessing in disguise because then we found JET CITY! The two guys working at the front had great customer service. Super friendly and efficient. They were done in 45 minutes and my screen looks brand new again! The shop was well designed, clean and smelled wonderful. If I ever crack my screen again, I’ll gladly take the 25 min drive to Bellevue and give these guys my money (worth it). It should be noted that I never leave reviews, but I had to for them because my experience was so great. Thanks for saving the day jet city!

They were extremely professional about the repairs. First they did a free diagnostic to determine why my phone was boot looping and quickly found a issue in the speaker component. I’ve taken this to the Apple store and they said it’s the logic board and it would be $500 to fix it. The folks at JCD replaced the speaker component for a fraction of that. The part I’m most impressed is that they could’ve easily told me that it was a faulty logic board and charge a few hundred for it like the Apple store. but they didn’t, these guys are honest, professional and affordable as well. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
