Worst experience ever… Got our car 3 years and been through tons of auto car wash, but did not got any obvious scratches on our car. We just traveled to Seattle, so need a car wash quickly, and chose this one is the biggest mistake! After the car wash there are scratches - everywhere!! They are dense, Some are deep enough that you can feel the edge by your finger. We are so sad because we made so much effort to keep the coat in good shape, but I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone that wants to take good care of their car.

My favorite place in Bellevue to get a car wash! But sometimes the line can be a minute...probably for good reason I guess. It is nice how they have cheap vacuums to clean out your car and they give you a towel to wipe down the inside while you are going through the car wash. My recommendation is to vacuum out your car first, and while your car is going through the tunnel, wipe down the insides and your car will feel amazing when the experience is over with.

Used to be my favorite since it was a good location for me. But recently they installed new screens on the pumps that blare advertisements at you while you fill up and it just drives me nuts. As if I need more sports and ads shoved down my throat. Now I go out of my way to get gas elsewhere. Sad.

The man who works inside of the Food Mart could not have been more rude to my boyfriend. He accused him of being rude and racist for not saying thank you as he left the store. When my boyfriend tried to explain that hes neither of those things and just says thank you when he means it and that the guy wasnt even in the shop until he was leaving the guy started egging him on like he wanted a fight. My boyfriend just left because he isnt an idiot but still. Who does that!? I do not recommend this place. Avoid the Food Mart.

Friendly service, they go the extra mile even on the basic automatic wash, with a hand brush wash before and spot dry after, will return again!
