My rental was covered by an insurance company but I could rent from anywhere. I liked Enterprise in Bellevue as I called the night before and was promised a Nissan Maxima like car within my insurance allowance. When I showed up in the morning there was no decent car I liked. Had to get what they had and hated it every day I drove.Besides, I waited 40 minutes for pick up even I was less than 5 minutes away, and was promised to be picked up within 15 minutes.The worst Enterprise location I know. Shame, really.

Professional and efficient service, great prices, and always brand new or highly maintained vehicles. Worry free for any possibility to have the vehicle stuck in the road, you immediately get their assistance, in repair or replace the vehicle, whereas, imagine if that occurs with your personal vehicle! Enterprise has branches everywhere!

Very poor customer service. I walked in there asking if I could return a car I picked up from SeaTac and their manager Daniel said he would email the SeaTac location manager the next day and let me know what the $ charge would be. He asked me to call this location the next day to follow up with him. I called the next day and asked for Daniel but was told by him that he sent an email to their general inbox and got nothing back so he does not know the answer to the question and has no way of helping me or directing me to anyone. He actually told me I can drive out to SeaTac and ask myself. I mentioned to him that this was why I asked to drop off at his location, so that I do not have to drive out to SeaTac airport.

Extremely rude customer representative at desk. Completely unprofessional. I was late for my reservation and they gave away my reserved car without calling or confirming with me. When I reached I was told either I have to wait for an hour or rent a car that is 6x the price of car I reserved. So I come back after an hour and I am told that again that they gave my car away to someone else and I have to rent the costly car. I think its some kind of scam they are running where they lure you with cheap online offers and then try to give you costly cars. How come when I can book a $30/day car online they only have one $180/day car available when I reach.Edit 1 : They reply promptly to drop an email to them as they will look into the matter but no one replies on the email.

The process was alright. My experience with Hertz was better and smooth. I knew what to expect from the beginning to end. I was charged an additional day when I returned the car as instructed. I have pictures. I wasnt provided a receipt until I requested one. I wasnt informed that I would be charged, perhaps thats why I didnt get a receipt. I was told I would get reimbursed.

Very unprofessional. I would never rely on this location and would take my business else where.Booked a minivan 2 weeks earlier and called the location to confirm the availability 15 hrs before the pick up time. They said they are relying on return and asked me to call back early in the morning, so did I and they conformed the availability. Went to shop on pick up time but had expired license so requested them to hold it. One person did assure me that he changed the pick up time to 12 and it will be available.Turned up by 12 for picking it up and car was not available so they said they are upgrading it to another car and showed me the vehicle and said yes though I had to pay extra. (While this was happening I noticed another customer who came after me enquirers for a full size suv and the car they showed me was the only one left) I saw the other rep talking to the one helping me, with out thinking twice they told me they cannot give me the car.WASTED 3 HOURS OF MY TIME AND HAD TO USE TAXI IN PANDEMIC BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED TO MAKE FEW BUCKS EXTRA.

Overall, great service, including handling of a minor hiccup. Showed up to pick up a vehicle, and was able to choose between two similar models, which was a nice option to have. When there was some confusion in pricing (reserved via credit card program), Cheyenne was kind enough to stand outside while I called into a support line, and ultimately talked to support to resolve the issue. While the pricing dilemma took at least 30 minutes to sort out, I appreciated Cheyennes willingness to work with me in ensuring everything was sorted out before I left. Returning the car was a quick key drop, and I got an email confirmation the next morning.

Outstanding Customer Service and support. Had a problem with a door not locking. Called to report the problem. Upon my arrival another vehicle was waiting with a quick transfer of keys, sign a few documents and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

Worst customer experience. I guess the manager is Machael, he’s NOT a worthy manager to be. The car I took had a mechanical issue and when I went to switch out the car, I was told that the car is rented at a different location, which is couple miles away and they are closed on Sunday - I told him the same, but he kept on arguing that the car cannot be switched here as it is a drawback for the dealership and I was like kind of surprised hearing to that. They have quite a few cars sitting in the lot, he confirmed me that they are available and he doesn’t want to switch for me as they’ll lose the car from their list as I rented at a different location which is couple miles. This is something new to me, and if the car has mechanical issues, what should I do?? I didn’t like the way he spoke and I left the enterprise location without arguing...I’m a loyal enterprise customer for years and I do have a corporate account and today, I decided not to rent or do business with this enterprise location because of this experience and I’m not recommending to others as well

They pulled a bait and switch on us when we arrived! I reserved a small car for my wife while I was there on business. Upon arrival (I was 10 min early) there was another customer picking up a small car as well and apparently it was the only one they had. The were going to put me into a small SUV and when we went out to look over the car I was told by a extremely rude employee that I needed to pay a extra 20 dollars a day for the car because they were out of the car I had reserved and the SUV was a upgrade. It is not my fault they cant supply the car I reserved and the upgrade should have been free. I travel for a living and I rent cars weekly and I always get upgrades for free if the car I reserved is out. I will not rent from Enterprise anymore after the smart remarks made by the employees when left the office. I will also make sure Enterprise is removed from my companys preferred rental company list.

If I could give less than 1 star I would due to the discrimination that I experienced at this location from the heavy set Caucasian women. I went to rent a car for my father that was in town for a few days and she all but harassed me for evidence of my credit card terms which I did not want to share and refused to provide me service unless I gave her what she wanted. I have rented cars for personal and business needs for more than 20 years and have never been treated this way. I have to believe its because I am a black man because other ethnicities that were getting service at the same time that day seemed to have no issue at all. I am a Saint Louisan and usually only rent from Enterprise because of its ties to my hometown but not any longer. Im sorry but this place has lost my business and I would not recommend this location to any others.

Terrible service! Overcharged! 2299 Bellevue location tried to rent me a $150/day vehicle that had a service light on and no working heat. After I took the $35/day vehicle they still charged me for the broken down vehicle. Took hours of my time to get it corrected and still no valid explanation. Review your contracts!

First got screwed at the NE 8th St, then I made another reservation at this location of 140th and when arrived was told that vehicle was not available, offered a different vehicle that was not what I needed for. Thankfully after waiting 20 talking to customer service and no resolution I decided to take my business to SIXT Car rental. They even brought the vehicle from another area just to help me not ruined my family vacation. Please stay away from this place. They lost my business and other people need to know this.

I was charged twice for my rental, tried to contact them again through Submit a Question to our Support Team, if thats not working, will come back and really give a one star. I booked a reservation through Chase portal and paid there, however, the work staff made a mistake and booked another one directly in the Enterprise system when I picked up the car and charged my credit card again. This made me charged twice for one same rental.Update: they didn’t resolve any issue, and just kept telling me to turn to Chase, clearly Chase only knew I had one reservation but enterprise should have known I had two. Did not give one star at last, considering the staff’s effort, however, it’s still their system issue. So, please be careful with them

Had a reservation through insurance because some Yahoo totalled my truck. Apparently, having a reservation doesnt mean that they even have anything available. I called 4 different locations before finding this one that had one vehicle for me. After driving the hour to even get here, I was then told that the $200 deposit was going to be out of pocket and since I didnt have a major credit card, they couldnt help me. Wouldnt even take any of my 7 different debit cards.This whole company is a joke.

Arrived couple minutes later than their closing time on Saturday. Tried to call their cell posted on the window but was re directed to some robot. There was somebody inside but he just sat there watching us without answering any of our questions and he even shushed at us. Vacation RUINED.

So It was closing at 2 pm and I got there at 2:02 pm. I know, I was late and it was my problem. But the lady closed the door in front of me when I reached there. I literally had to knock on the door because she was trying to ignore me by not looking at me.She was faking pretty good trying to pretend she has a lot of work, while she was just moving around.Then somehow I got her attention and she came at the door just to say she can’t help me anymore. Because I am 2 minutes late after closing.I love enterprise but this kind of service makes me sick. She didn’t even have that helpful attitude. It was just straight no. I guess she doesn’t like her job that’s why we have to suffer.

Got a clean and almost a new car.Elizabeth gave me a good deal and also explained why it is always better to spend extra to buy insurance from Enterprise instead of waiving it and trusting credit card insurance or personal auto insurance.Would recommend renting from here and would definitely rent again if need be.

Staff are fantastic. Friendly, positive, professional. Unfortunately, the staff are not supported with adequate staffing or any kind of technology that helps to make their job easier. This results in long waits for customers (25 minutes from the time I got into the line until I was helped) and frustratingly long paper forms that staff has to use to process the rental.

Rented several cars from here and for the most part have had decent experiences, however, the last time I rented a car it was AWFUL!! HORRIBLE communication. Employees didnt understand their own credit card policy and I was told 2 different things from 2 different people. I rented the car in September. I dont remember the employees names. I hate posting not so good reviews but also think it is important for people to know these things.

I went to Enterprise for the first time over the weekend without any reservation and got Nissan Rogue on discounted rate. The executives were very friendly and provided car without taking much time on the paper work. The car looked new and well maintained with full gas. I have also applied for their weekend reservation with coupons which is very economical. I would recommend their service for any new customer looking for rental car.

The people are awesome here. And the rental experience was great. Just was not happy with the rental car I drove. To be fair the car itself was comfortable and fast. But when you pay for a luxury car, it should be luxurious. The car was an Audi Q3 it it was like driving a Jetta. Enterprise as a corporation need to re-evaluate how they categorize their cars and and not base luxury simply on the manufacturer.

First of all, the car smelled like cigarettes and nasty chemicals used to try to remove the smell of cigarettes. Second of all, the company that supposedly Picks you up, doesnt actually pick you up half of the time. They only do it when it is convenient for them. Not weekends. Not holidays. Not anytime they are short staffed. So, their tag line is BS. The fact that they pick you up is the only benefit they offer over their competitors. Without that, you might as well shop elsewhere. I suggest that you do.

Only con is the wait times on weekends, but expected in a busy neighbourhood and the staff try to help through as much as possible.Couple of times they couldnt provide the pick up service and promptly compensated by cutting down the fare or giving free fuel. The worst customer service. I had a reservation for an insurance rental through Enterprise, and heres basically how the process went for me:-Insurance reserved car at this location, due to convenience for me-Never received a callback as promised, so I called around 4PM on 12/20 to verify they had my reservation to get a car. Was informed that they had tried to call me several times yet my phone had no missed calls from them. Asked when they tried to call, was refused an answer.Additionally, was told that the only thing they had at the location was a truck and to come back the next day.-Called today, was told by a very flustered employee (iirc Kathrine) that they didnt have anything again on the lot and that I should speak to the 800-line reservation agents to actually reserve a car.-Was transferred to the 800 line, who was surprised to hear what had happened in my situation. The agent (whos name I forget) was kind and helpful, and worked to find me a car at another Enterprise location that I can pick up this afternoon.So really you had one job - get me into a car. Take my reservation and put a set of keys on it, then inform me that it was ready for me to come pick up. Somehow this Enterprise location seems completely incapable of doing just that basic thing.I was reminded over and over with their hold music how much of a difference being family owned makes. In this case, family owned clearly means poor training and badly established procedures. Perhaps a corporate overlord would help matters in establishing baselines for expectations.

As Enterprises flagship branch in the area, they really do deliver. Friendly and professional customer service and the fact they remember my name (Im a regular) is a very pleasant touch. Usually will accommodate with upgrade or vehicle swap-outs if they have availability, which they usually do considering the large size of their fleet. Pick ups and drop offs are also usually provided depending on how busy they are, aka if the Microsoft crowd is lined up.

I went there because it was recommended by my insurance company (I have car rental provision in my auto insurance). Due to some communication error ( I guess), My insurance company told me that they would pay only $20 per day for the rental car (while my actual car is in body shop ). I have specifically asked enterprise sales person that I dont want to pay even one $1 more than what was covered by insurance and I can take any kind of car they have for that price. They cheated me outright ( I admit that I am blissfully ignorant about how they do this business). Initially they gave me a car I pay $20 out of my pocket, they lied they dont have any other car. When I decided to walk out, they abruptly found another car(some one just returned a car) which is within my price. But the daily rate on this car is $29. I still insisted on walking out, then they scribbled a number $13 on the same piece of paper and told me that it would be $13 + taxes per day. I thought it would be less than $20 per day and left with the car. When I came back to return the car they told me It meant that $13 is out of pocket expenses. Also they cheated me on toll charges by telling there wont be any extra charges for using toll services (I couldnt add the car to my account)I had a wonderful experience with Hertz Car Rental (near 132 nd street)I strongly recommend not to use enterprise rent-a-car. I would certainly avoid them like a plague.Thanks

I cant say its different from any other Enterprise. It does the trick. The parking lot is a little messy because you pick up your rental in the same area customers park (its a strip mall), but Ive never had a long wait, and the quality of car you get is pretty good.

Hassle free booking, clean and well maintained vehicle and easy returns. Looking forward for more rentals with Enterprise. They accidentally added Road Side Assistance charges which I didnt ask for but it just took a 2 minute call to get that reverted. Got the amount credited in 2 days. Superb service. I have been an Enterprise customer for almost 4 years now and I rent on monthly basis most of the time.My association with them started in 2011 when I was on east coast and I had rented their cars for almost 15 straight months. So affordable and classy. Didnt need to buy my own car. They treated me like a family members.Later when I moved to West Coast to Bellevue, WA Area; I needed to rent a car for a month as I was moving back to my country. Thats where Enterprise came back in to help me.They not only gave a wonderful booking experience, but the best price.Their specialist John actually gave me advice on how I can save money by taking my own insurance then renting the car. I am a frequent renter from this enterprise location and mostly endup every week there.1. Very bad experience with Assistant Manager Sean Gallacher and I feel he needs some training about the customer service skills from newley hired guys.2. Every time I pickup the car early hours of day from this location, I end up working with him which makes me more upset.3. This guy always gives me a dirty car that is full of dust smells bad or make me wait for 30 to 60 minutes to get a car.

Enterprise is super nice! There were these extra taxes not covered by my insurance policy nobody explained to me, so theyre refunding me like 30 bucks, completely taking care of it so I inevitably pay nothing. Also, theyre hooking me up with a free upgrade the next time I come in.Go to the Bellevue location off of 140th, theyre really going out of their way to keep me happy.
