Five Star Service! Debbie and Vicky went above and beyond helping me rent a storage spot for a travel trailer. I needed to find a secure lot with easy in and out access that was closer to home. Safegard Self Storage is the perfect fit, and working with Debbie and Vicky was pleasant and easy. Their rates are very reasonable. Entry to the lot is password protected, cameras in use and there was a security patrol on site. It’s worth checking out if you need in town storage.

Debbie has been extremely accommodating. Even going so far as to reach out personally to let us know we hadnt properly locked our unit. I highly reccomend this place

They were nice enough when we moved in. However when we moved out we called to let them know, and were assured we were checked out and would not be charged the following month, but we continued to be charged! When I called to ask for a refund, I was told I had to provide move-out notice in writing and there would be no refund. I have no problem providing notice in writing, but if employees mislead me over the phone and promise me I wont be charged any more, they should honor this, even if their employee made an error. This is sad because we had hoped to use them again.

Debbie and her team are awesome and professional plus theyre friendly!She manages the facility and man shes great!Service from the personnel is cant be beat!Price/Rates are competitively affordable if not lower vs the surrounding public storage facilities in 20mi radius of DTB.Theyve been serving since the 70s!Wow ;)

Be very cautious when renting here. I notified them I wanted to terminate my lease and they voided my gate code and rerented my boat storage space to someone else even though I had paid for the entire month already. When I asked to use my space for the remainder of the month the management staff was very rude and simply said sorry, to bad instead of trying to fix the issue.

I have been with there storage for 9yrs,there very much like family,the work with you and treat not as just a coustmer,I do know when I stop using the storage,Ill miss the personal that works there.

Friendly and affordable

Moved our vehicle out and did not get an opportunity to speak to someone about canceling our space until the first of the month and got charged for the entire month. There was no give or take. I wouldnt recommend using this facility.
