We’ve been renting at this location since 2018 and have no complaints.I did just get an email yesterday saying they are renovating at this location and I have to move my stuff out by close of business 2/28. It also says they may have other similar units I can move into at nearby locations. Did anyone else get a similar email or have any information on these renovations?

Was a great place until they decided to give everyone 3 weeks notice that they were closing for renovation. What a terrible business decision. Now its a complete nightmare trying to get in to move my stuff. Cars and people waiting everywhere and all the roads are blocked by people with u-haul trucks. Hopefully the owners go out of business when their renovation is complete.

Dennis was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Helped my family determine which size worked best from the photos of what we were having shipped in, suggestions on how best to store efficiently, safely and securely. Confirmed I had the best lock and how to operate entry and exit etc...Patiently assisted with all my questions and toured various spaces to find the perfect find. Thank you.

I also just got an email about moving out by 2/28 because of renovations. This is really very surprising and unacceptable.

I highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs. The customer service is exceptional. They worked with me to find the right size unit at the best price in a very short amount of time. I am very pleased!

I wouldn’t not recommend any other storage unit. Harim has been more than accommodating in going the extra mile for his clients.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. We rent a 7 x 10 space first then just before move in we realized we need more space. Harim changed it into a 10 x 10 for us quickly and solved our problem in 5 min.

They gave customers 3 weeks notice that they are tearing down the building. There arent enough spaces for them to move to other storage facilities!

This location is very convenient, with easy access and large storage units. The wonderful lady at the front desk helped me out with great customer service and got me exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this location.

He even was so helpful to genuinely offer to stay after hours which helped make my cross country move a lot less stressful. If only every employee took pride in their job the way Gary does. This place has a large selection of moving supplies. The manager at this location was very helpful and professional. He took ask me a few questions and in a few minutes got with everything I needed for my big project at home. Thanks

With so many local Public Storage Facilities in the area, its easy to find one in a perfect location. This facility is exactly what I needed. Lots of options for unit size with clean, dry units. There have been several different property staffers on duty during my frequent visits and all have been courteous and helpful. Harim has been there more than most and was particularly helpful as I switched units.

Dennis was very helpful and did excellent job explaining the options.

Harim provided me with an excellent customer service and help me find the exact size of locker. I do feel this place can help you when it comes to safe keeping your things.

Great service, from the start of the sale to the end. The woman was very respectful and always had an answer to my question. The units are respectfully priced as well as clean. The property is properly secured and I believe someone is on the grounds 24/7. I was recommended this place by a friend as they had the same experience I am having.On a side note, the location is top notch. It is right off 405, you can ask for a better place. When I first rented this storage unit, I was greatly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the manager, Augusto. Now, as I no longer need this storage space and have checked out, I am happy to report that not only was the storage unit clean and easy to use, but my first impressions of Augusto proved correct. Nice in this day and age to work with someone efficient and honest and it truly makes all the difference in a business relationship. I highly recommend this location and its manager.

From our first call until our final day with this location, we were very pleased. The gentleman who we worked with at each step along the way was professional, kind, accommodating and always available by phone or in person. We were given a tour of the units and were able to pick the one we wanted. When I struggled with my personal padlock, he was happy to walk down to my unit and open it for me. Overall, a fantastic experience for someone looking to store their belongings short-term or long-term.

I rented a storage space at the Public Storage facility on 118th Ave SE in Bellevue, WA and had a great experience! Both individuals I worked with, Harim and Joe, were professional, efficient, and honestly seemed to care about my storage needs. Harim walked me around to show options and followed up when they at first didn’t have what I needed. He contacted me to let me know something had come available. When I arrived, he wasn’t there, but Joe immediately helped me get set up and followed up with me to make sure it was working for me. I was very impressed with their positive, can-do attitudes!

I received a phone call from Ashley within seconds of reserving my unit online. She was friendly and accommodating. She was hugely helpful and made it super quick and easy to finalize the payments and reservation of my storage unit as well. I was in and out of the office with 20 minutes and we went and checked out my unit, too. I move in soon and I have no doubt that if I need anything she will be right there to help. I would definitely recommend Public Storage, especially this location, to any of my friends/family.

Kennedy is the man, super helpful, super enjoyable to talk to. Almost used a bad word here because if he read this he might think it was funny if I did. But I wont roll like that. Either way, he seemed to care more than just about my storage unit being adequate.

The unit I rented was clean and in reasonable shape; there was no evidence of leakage or any pest infestations. I have begun to move my items into my rented unit, and everything has worked as promised thus far.

We used this storage facility while getting ready to sell our home and then during the moving process. Well maintained, easy to access, and Ashley was a great help to us during our stay. Friendly and very helpful. Made the moving process much easier for us. Id recommend this facility.

Friendly staff, horrible units. Be prepared for rats, mold, and flooding!! :(My 10x30 unit floods every time it rains. I was advised to make an insurance claim on the items I could see were damaged. They issued a small check for some pictures, but now that I can see the rest, they said I can no longer make a claim. Ive lost some irreplaceable items, damage costing in the thousands. The money I received doesnt even come close to the cost to move to another unit or have it hauled of as garbage. Youre better off throwing your items away than storing them here.Dont get an outside unit. If you do, view it after its been raining for days. Prepare everything for mold (which comes up like 2 white hair from the ground), rats/mice, and waterproof everything!

I stopped by the property to find out the prices for storing my items and spoke with Raffiel. He was professional, nice, and very cute. He explained to me all the prices that he had to offer and in detail, explained to me my options and showed me a lot of units. I will for sure come back once Im ready to store my stuff to go to college.

The company I work for has a storage unit here and today was my first time visiting. Augusto was very helpful in not only coming with me to show me where the unit is but also opened the door for me because I couldnt figure out how. He made this trip very easy for me!

When I started using a storage there my price was about $100, after 6 months of usage it became $125. At that same time (now) on their website this price for similar storage is about $70. They are trying to make money on you. They know its not always easy to move your stuff. Besides services everything what they sell is extremely expensive. They guy who worked there sold me moisture absorber (which basically was a money waste), for about $9-$10 . Same thing at Walmart costs about $3.

Harim is a wonderful guy. He helps me a lot to understand about the storage system.👍👍 Good for everyone who want to rent a storage.

Few Hidden charges you should be aware of:1- you need to buy lock from them because regular lock wont work. I bought a disk lock which is useless for me now.2- I spoke to sales person on phone he said I dont need insurance but at property I was told its mandatory.

Beware of the shifty sales tactics! The facility is good but look out for the forced up-sale of rental insurance as if it were some sort of requirement. The rep at the counter had me go through calling my insurance company to confirm coverage. Afterwards I learned that rental insurance was not a requirement to rent a space there. Also, when I was checking out my space I was handed a lock for the unit. At the last place I rented the lock was free. Not so here and there was not disclosure until he went to ring up the total charges!

The manager harim is professional and helpful. Place is clean, affordable and accessible.

The Manager Harim is professional and nice.Public Storage is so over priced that I dont remain a customer very much time. Usually, P.S. will jack up the rate after the promo period. I normally vacate the premises and find another storage competitor for a time. Then wait for PS promo rates to move back into Public Storage.A 10 X 30 space is not worth $500 - $600 / month.Finally, I was told by a creditable source that this Public Storage property will be torn down to make way for new development such as lite rail or high rise apartment dewellings. So keep that in mind regarding your rental storage experience.

This is my go-to place for boxes and supplies. Augusto is very knowledgeable and always has good tips. Plus he always carries my purchases out to my car.

It was around 6am and I had forgotten the key to my unit. I had a left a key at the office but I was hesitant to knock on the apartment door to the on-site property manager.It was so early and the office didnt open for a couple of hours. But I did knock and Augusto came out and opened up the office so that he could get me my key. I was able to get my equipment from my unit and make my appointment on time. Im really thankful that Augusto was here to help me out, I know I can always count on him.
