Stephanie (the receptionist) and Krista (the manager) are very rude and have zero customer service skills. Stephanie booked me with the wrong massage therapist. When I told her that, she denied it. Krista jumped in and stated that it was an accident. After I asked Stephanie why didnt she admit that, she threw a temper tantrum and ran out the room. After I told Stephanie she needs better customer service skills, Krista BANNED me from the store. This is outrageous!

Krista the general manager of this store is rude and unprofessional. She threatened me to deny service because I asked about covid rules to match their questionnaire form. Without my consent she cancelled my future appointment presumably that I was unwell to receive service. She hung up her phone. It beats me to understand how she has the audacity to treat an 8 year long regular customer! I filed a complain with their headquarters. I will never go to this location!

Always clean and I come out feeling great. Its just to bad you have to wait almost a month for appointments thats how long it can take.

Katie at the front desk was delightful. The facility is nice and calming, with a quiet waiting area appointed with water and tea in the back. Dena gave me one of the BEST deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and very good at her job. The value was amazing for an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Im VERY impressed and incredibly happy with the overall experience at this location. It is a bit of a drive for me, but so worth it. Thank you, Dena and the rest of the staff at this location.

Since nothing came out of my email. My friends got me a gift card for a massage. I work in a physically demanding job but didn’t feel super hurting for a massage.Long story short, the masseuse used too much pressure after I requested for him to go a little hard, then it was too hard, I asked him to lighten up he did for about 5 minutes and the proceeded to impale my body with his elbow, putting his entire body weight into scrapping his elbow across my back and body. I left in more pain that when i arrive. Plus the room was freezing cold, despite the lukewarm table.I took pictures of my face afterwards, I had lines on my face because of how hard he was pushing my body into the table.

Just like any Massage Envy, there are a variety of massage therapists here. Ive tried a handful of them with very different experiences. My favorite so far is Deb, I like a deep sport massage, but not one that leaves me wincing and unable to relax. She is so intuitive! Unfortunately she recently cut her hours...my back is sad.I always have a very comfortable experience here, clean, warm, relaxing and inviting. The front desk is very nice and helpful. I always fall a little into the post-massage euphoria and end up signing up for another 6 months (yep, you can do that! just have to ask) and put an automatic end at that point. You can freeze anytime. Im not sure Ill sign up again now that Deb is unavailable, I havent found anyone as good!My advice is to always try different therapists, be honest if their pressure is too much or too little, they dont care, they just want you to enjoy it! That helps everyone have a better experience.Oh, and foot scrubs are always a good idea.

Ive been to many Massage Envy locations and this is my favorite. Not only is the therapist I have amazing, but the front staff goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy and taken care of. I wanted to schedule a bunch of appointments and staff let calls go to voicemail to make sure I got the attention, even though I said she could take the call. Very happy with this location!

Long time member of this location. Good therapists and very nice setting. Super professional. Would be 5 stars but it’s difficult to make appointments sometimes as therapists get booked up well in advance. I have a hard time scheduling time during my week, and having to figure it out a week in advance makes it harder... hard enough that many months would go by without me using my accruing credits.

Left in tears. The guy massaging me before even touching me asked if the eczema on my back was “contagious”. I have always had eczema and have always been insecure and self conscious about it. I grew up getting bullied because of it as well. I always wore clothing that would cover it up for me because I didn’t want anyone seeing it. I thought going to a professional place they wouldn’t mind cause it’s none of their business but I was wrong. I’ll never be back.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Bellevue (off 20th) for ten years. Ive only had one massage I didnt like (out of over 100). All the others have been great. Every massage therapist Ive seen there has been extremely professional. I love it there. I purposely arrive early so I can sit in their quiet room and relax in the comfy chairs, with a warm neck-wrap. I think their membership plan is very fair and well-priced. If I ever plan to cancel, Ill just follow whatever their policy is.

How can you not like a place that makes you feel better?I went in about a month ago with a tweaked nerve. I told my masage therapist exactly where it was and what I needed and she worked it out for most of the 1 hour session. We set up a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later, but honestly... the next day the pain had stopped. It was amazing. I had been basically limping for a week before that!I still went to the follow up because... lets face it, massages are awesome! She was just as helpful and I plan on going back again soon.Thank you Megumi! ♡♡♡

Some really great therapists. Turn over seems to be high, but maybe thats my imagination. Easy to book appointments, not so easy to place a membership on hold.

They give a good massage, but want to sell you a subscription package. I guess if you dont have trouble with commitment its not a bad idea. I am not the type to get a massage every month, so its not for me.

Do your research. These guys are facing down a class action lawsuit. I tried to cancel my membership. They told me I had to cancel in person. I drove down to Massage Envy only to be told I had joined in Colorado so I needed to quit there. They refused to give me a cancelation notice or a copy of my contract. Then the Manager refused to even come to the desk. They then informed me that it would take 30 days to cancel the membership so I would have to pay for another month that I could not use. Beware.

I had a 90 minute massage and sugar foot scrub with SARA.... Amazing! Absolutely the best massage Ive ever had. I left there feeling a full foot taller. Returning in 2 Weeks... Cant wait.

This company has stolen hundreds of dollars form my credit car AND sent me to collections. I have been trying to work with them for over a month and they are still charging my card. I now have to sue them, report them to the DA, and file a dispute with Visa. Im not even sure how to deal with the collection agency issue yet, but I would never do business with this Massage Envy

Been going there for over 2 years now. I could go closer to home, but Id rather drive a little further to make sure I get the same consistent service Im used to. I also really like how theyve done a good job at retaining their people. Ive had the same therapist for over 1 1/2 years. Thanks.

I worked a long week... well a long few weeks. I got a massage from Jordan at the Bellevue location, that two hour massage took all of my body aches away. I still feel amazing 2 days later. I am a massage therapist myself and have been practicing for 15 years, he has skill I have not experienced in a long time. He did some stretches and trigger point that most therapists dont have the skill to do. Great Job!!! highly recomend this.

Where do I start?I am a member that was mislead about the terms and conditions of the membership.My first impression was that this location is dirty. They also do not have heated blankets for the massage tables (or I was never offered any). The room has a damp feeling and is quite cold. Even the massage oil they use isnt warm. However, the membership fee is not cheap so I cant say that they were going for the no frills massage treatment. After shivering through my first 1st paid session (my free session was great), I wanted to cancel right away, but then I thought maybe I would give it another chance. Nothing changed. My second session even ended 7 minutes early. Ive had better luck with massages at airports/malls.Secondly and most important, when I first signed up, the supervisor of the center told me nothing about having to sign up for a yearly contract. I clearly let her know that I would like to be able to cancel and at any time as I am expecting a baby but at no point did she bother to explain to me that unless I develop a lifetime disability, there was no way for me to cancel the contract. Instead she led me to believe that freezing your membership was the same as canceling and that I was signing up for a month-to-month contract.Its really bad service when such obvious points of interest are obfuscated from the user. They have a 2 page contract to sign with microscopic writing that the supervisor glossed over and pushed to get over with. Multiple times I tried to clarify when I was going to be charged if the first session was free, but even that was explained in a wish-washy way. That should have been a red flag for me right then. I will definitely be taking this to the BBB and making sure everyone I know hears about their terrible service and predatory tactics.

I am a massage envy member but this location seems to be very poorly run. I have multiple times tried to set up an appointment by the website but have never gotten a call back.The massage envy in redmond is great, they will call back within 30 minutes even if its to tell me they have no slot for me.Its too bad since this one is actually closer to me.

So far Ive only had excellent massage therapists at this location.

I enjoy being a massage envy member and the staff are the Bellevue location are great.
