Got phone fixed here a little bit ago. The new screen was discolored and randomly stopped working. Called them and took the phone back in. They said the screen was bad and fixed it again free of cost. Also got a discount for any future repairs. Good job at fixing their mistakes and screen works well now.

I bought my Galaxy S7 a little over a year ago primarily because of the camera. Ive been very happy with it, so I was not pleased yesterday when I found that the lens cover was shattered. It took it by Phone Pandora at Wade Square and Zach had it back to good-as-new in less than 15 minutes. The cost was reasonable and his service was friendly and quick.It was nice to have a good experience with a local vendor. Much appreciated!

I have known Brad-the repair technician at this location-for the better part of ten years. He is literally the only person I would trust to fix any gadgets that either I or any of my family members have broken. There are not enough superlatives in any known language to describe the quality of his work. Not to mention that the prices he charges for work of said quality are more than fair.My only prayer is that he uses his expertise only for the forces of good, as he would no doubt rule this world with an iron fist should he decide to use his knowledge against us all.

Usually not too bad...today a nightmare!!! Its 11am...sign in door says open at 9am ? I called several times before leaving house...only to get a message saying mailbox full...REALLY??? A phone store that doesnt answer their phone and doesnt allow you to leave a message ? REALLY...Oh and isnt even close to open when they are supposed to be...just saying...bad day😠

Went in with really bad cracked screen on iphone se. Zach instantly was able to diagnose and repaired the cracked screen in 10 minutes while we waited. Friendly and courteous staff. def recommend this store. special pricing if you book online appointment as well. cost was 40 flat for the repair

Replaced the screen on my note9. Knowledgable, trustworthy and friendly.

Needed a iphone battery replacement. The first time he repaired it, he didnt plug in the headphone jack. Went back in and he fixed that. Then the vibrator function didnt get hooked up. Went back. Third time the screen was not pushed in completely. Fourth time, he replaced the touch screen because he couldnt get the screen pushed in and now my phone is so glitchy that I can barely swipe the applications shut. Update: I had to take it to the Apple store, $140 later (plus the $45 battery at Pandora) to replace a screen that wasnt broken in the first place. This guy does not know what he is doing AT ALL.
