Kevin took care of me in the Belleville store. He was able to accommodate every need I had with my cellular service and product I purchased. His customer service was A1.

Worked with Shay and Dre today this store is amazing. Shay always helps me when I come into this store and every time she delivers!!!!! she goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting the best price and she goes over every promotion to ensure Im not missing out on sales. Ive been going to her for 2 years now and I refuse to deal with anyone else she understands me so well. Great job AT&T companies need more people like her.

The staff were lovely to work without we are problem solving an issue and they are very patient and kind. The issue is not with them but transferring to them our other carrier is being difficult. AT&T have been delightful.

Rodney was a great customer service rep. He helped us out when our mom couldn’t help us. He kept us laughing and fixed all our issues. Will definitely be coming back!

Rodney is an excellent worker. He answered all the questions about my bill that I brought with me. He offered new options and found a way for us to have a cheaper, newer bill.

The people that work there are like shysters always trying to squeeze you for a nickel as theyre telling youre getting a good deal that night dont even know what theyre doing then they get difficult when you bring in a phone you want to transfer your data and turn it on its a long run out process Ive gotten rid of most of my AT&t services the phone is next its like you have to take a blood pressure pill to go in there unless you want to get ripped off

Stopped in the store last night to quickly buy some earbuds for an IPhone that I have only had a short time. Picked up some that I thought would work, did not have my cheater glasses on and asked the rep if they were the correct ones, showed him my phone and what I was buying, he quickly glanced and said yes those will work. Unfortunately, they do not work with my IPhone, very disappointed as I needed them this morning early, so no time to exchange them! Yes, I know I should have checked them myself but with no glasses I couldn’t read the box. I trusted that I was given good information. I know it was the end of a Friday night shift and I would have never popped in that late if I had a phone issue that would take a lot of their time, I get it, it’s Friday, but it was just earbuds!

Rodney was definitely a great customer service rep. He was very patient when my mother was angry and he took the time to help with every issue. We definitely appreciate it!

Alex and Josh assisted us with a phone upgrade and were fantastic. Not only did Alex help us with the upgrade but ensured we were not overpaying by researching our current plan and comparing against available offers. I HIGHLY recommend AT&T based on the helpfulness and kindness displayed by both.

Very happy with Kevin at the Belleville Crossing store. Anticipated a long wait and was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I stepped in the door. Felt a little anxious prior to arriving but instantly felt at ease. His knowledge of the product and the way he explained the phone to me was top notch! Worked with Shay she paired me with Rachael. They both were so friendly. Shay helped me save so much money where I was paying 188 with Charter/Spectrum she was able to give me their AT&T tv for half of that price. I’m so happy I came in and talked with her.

I have been a long time Sprint customer, but just made the switch to AT&T. I visited the Belleville location and was helped by Bing, one of the sales associates in the store. Bing was great to work with and made the process of switching cell phones and internet incredibly easy. He answered any and all of the questions I had.Bings manager Shay was present and attentive to all customers that came through. She was patient and went out of her way to assist customers with even the smallest of things like removing a phone case and cleaning their phone. I was impressed with the level of customer care they took.I highly recommend going to the Belleville location over any others!

I normally dont post reviews but the assistant manager at this local was so helpful and ensured that we were well taken care of. Her name was Shay, she told us. Worked with Rachael and she had her assistant manager help named Shay, they were amazing. So nice so friendly. Didn’t try to force me to buy products Shay wrote down all the numbers & amounts my new plan would change to and that made my experience so much easier to understand! If you are at this store ask for these 2.

Always seems like the store is understaffed even though I had scheduled 3 days prior. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get to be seen by a tech. Alex did an amazing job of getting our issues resolved, and with enthusiasm.

The assistant manager Shay was amazing! I came in she got me in gave me a quote on a new phone got someone to help me quickly and I walked out with new phone, new plan, better discounts and a lower bill. She really took her time with me.

This store has changed managers a few times but today I came into the store and saw that Shay was their new assistant manager, definitely the best decision for this store she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch world class customer service !I walked in completely clueless as to what to do since Asurion still had not mailed my phone after a whole week. I spoke with Bing and we made a call to figure out what was going on. Then, just about everyone in the whole store helped me get set-up with a new iPhone! Josh, Kevin, Bing, and the pretty lady with the gorgeous braids gave me lots of useful information and treated me as if I were family and I can’t say thank you all enough.

Alex was fantastic after having a terrible experience on the phone I came in store and she went above and beyond to help if you ever need help I recommend her. And she also showed me how to use the apps I’m so impressed with her.

Great service without any wait

Ive been with them for years. I always receive food customer service but feel held hostage. Sometimes we receive no explanation on why our bill has so many hidden up charges. Cell phone companies......

Kevin and Shay were very friendly and informative about all of the different phones and what would fit our needs best. They also explained what charges we would see and the importance of certain accessories. It was one of the best phone experiences that we have had so far!

Shay and Bing offered excellent and timely service. Both patiently explained various promotions (so that I could receive the best deal possible) AND expertly transferred my information from my old phone to my new one. I suggest both this specific store (and Shay and Bing’s expertise) to anyone needing a phone or television service.

Came in to switch things out on my plan and get a new watch.I was dreading this, knowing that usually a trip to the phone store means 4 hrs of waiting annnnd I had my 7 and 5 year old with me. not only did I get excellent service from Bing, the rep that helped me but it was super fast and they let my kids walk around and touch all the phones😂. Associate Bing and his mgr definitely made my trip to the store so much easier and my kids act enjoyed it ! i will only go to the Belleville location from now on ! Avoid the Belleville store. After 3 visits to the Belleville store and numerous visits to the Fairview store, it is clear where the better customer service reps are. When I go into the Belleville store, nobody approaches me upon walking in and if I talk to a rep, it feels like Im bothering them. I will always drive the extra 20 minutes for Fairview.The two stars is just for the good location in case I need to go in there close to closing time and cant make it to Fairview.

ALEX WAS TOTALLY AWESOME! She made my year!!! Due to some bad information from a different att rep online i cancled my service. This rep advised me that tgere was no plan for Mexico and it would cost. 30cents per minute and that was ridiculous and Alex advjsed me that with tge correct plan it would not cost me a penny extra. Att lost a good customer, bjt thanks to Alex, they got me back! ALEX WENT ABOVR AND BEYOND FOR ME ITS BECAUSE OF ALEX I AM BACK AT AT&T AND AM VERY HAPPY!!!!!
