Gateway Rental provided a tent for an event at my work. We compared prices for multiple local businesses before choosing Gateway Rental. Their staff communicated in a succinct and timely manner and were flexible and accommodating when we asked to upgrade the size of our tent on short notice. Although we only paid for one day, Gateway Rental delivered and set-up the tent the day before our event to ensure everything was ready to go. They worked independently to set up and break down the tent, requiring very little from our onsite staff. We have no complaints and would absolutely recommend Gateway Rental to friends/ colleagues!

Gateway was the perfect choice for our rental. We rented the volcano water slide for our sons 4th birthday party. Very professional, friendly staff. Set up and break down was fast and efficient. We will call them again for our next party. Excellent service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I waited last minute to order tables and chairs. Gateway Rental came through for me. The Best part of my experience with Gateway Rental is they are open on Saturdays and have long hours, and they delivered on Sunday and picked up on Memorial day. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Absolutely the worst experience Ive had EVER, with a company. Most of the workers were fine, but the so called owner or whatever was rude, disrespectful and didnt even show up on time. The worst part was for my son, who was saying that guy is looking at me weird and trying to put his arm around me. I talked to the owner, named Brian@717 annex street belleville,il who then argued it didnt happen and to file a police report if I was so upset. If you value your children STAY AWAY!

This company is top of my list for birthday parties family gatherings holidays or just for fun!! They are cheap friendly experianced and all around great! I will always call Gateway when my kids want to have fun. No need to have fun in big crowded facilitys when you can have fun even at your own home!

We booked a bouncy castle for my daughter’s graduation party. It was a huge hit! All the kids enjoyed it and it was very affordable!

Gateway Rental was very reasonable in price. They came on the day of my daughter’s birthday party. Had the bounce obstacle course and slide set up in less than a hour. They sent me text messages to remind me how to unplug the bounce house. The kids got to play on it again today before they took it down. Again it took less than a hour to take down. Highly recommend them!!!

Couldnt be happier. Decided very last minute to try to get a bounce house for a combined 4 and 11 year old birthday party. Called morning of party and thankfully they had one in. They came delivered, set up, and cleaned everything for me. Kept me updated with texts on delivery and pick up. They packed everything up and took care of anything. If anyone has put one up and taken down , this service alone was worth cost. I also appreciated the fact that they were available on Sunday. This saved another day of rental. Very friendly and professional. We will be using again.

We rented from Gateway in a rush because covid canceled our wedding. We were in a rush to find alot of things and they were able to accommodate them all. The person that helped us set up the order would always return my calls the day of no matter what day it was and they didnt care that we had to change the order 8 times in order to fit our wedding. The tent was beautiful and fit everyone we had well with plenty of room for social distancing and the chairs and tables were in good condition with no issue to functionality. We can not recommend them enough for anyone trying to set up an event. Thanks again Gateway Rental!

I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!!! They were very courteous and they set up the tables that I ordered from them which by the way I ordered 48 hours out from my event and they were able to fill my request they also delivered and picked up the tables before and after the event so if you are looking for a company for parties of any kind corporate company venues or in your own home they have everything you need to accommodate from generators to bouncy houses to tents concession stands I even seen a new tiki bar they have for rental!!!!!!
