I went to Jeff with wedding colors and no idea what I wanted. I let him do his thing and it was absolutely stunning. I still cant believe that was our wedding! My husband surprised me with a wedding inspired arrangement for our anniversary and Grimm & Gorly delivered another beautiful arrangement!

Grimm and Gorly is the BEST florist around. They exceeded all expectations. Jeff was with us throughout every step of wedding planning. It was clear that he truly cared about our vision, and treated our event as if it was his own. We gave Jeff and his team some inspiration pictures of what we had envisioned for our venue, and they went above and beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. Grimm and Gorly is creative, unique, and purposeful with their work. On top of everything, Jeff and his team made the process so stress-free and enjoyable. Hiring Grimm and Gorly was the best decision we made!

I cannot say enough positive things about Zach from Grimm and Gorly. He is absolutely amazing! For my wedding, I gave him a vision about what I wanted my flowers to be. Nothing was specific, I just told him I wanted unique, lots of greenery, and white flowers and told him to just work his magic and surprise me. Well, he went above and beyond what I could have imagined. My flowers were my favorite part of my wedding especially since I did not have to do anything! Very reasonable in price as well for as high of quality the flowers were. Best florist ever!

I would give lower stars but I needed something. I called Saturday for a Mothers Day delivery to my mom. The were filled up and arent open on Sundays so I said Monday was just fine. Monday came and went and my mom never called. Tuesday came and went. So I figured I would call them on Thursday and guess what? Something happened and the ticket got stuck to another ticket. They never called me to apologize and get something done about it. They said they were sorry after I called them...didnt sound it at all...and said they would deliver it today...4 DAYS LATER FOR MOTHERS DAY! Needless to say I would not recommend this place even if it is local...go somewhere where they value you as a customer...because its not here.

Called in the day before my Aunts funeral and ordered a $100 floral arrangement. I told them use your best judgement and they then stated the order would be a designers special. It sounded good. But it was a poor quality craft-like cloth lantern with a corsage mounted on top. It was embarrassing, lazy, unacceptable and I feel more than cheated by it all. DO NOT, I repeat, do not order the Designers Choice. They may not even take the time to create a floral arrangement!EDIT ADD July 06, 2020Zach from G & G called with a very heartfelt, sincere apology. There was in fact an honest mix-up (I was sent the wrong order) -- and I was fully refunded. Mistakes happen, I accept this as a fact of life. But what I found refreshing was the way Zach handled the situation. I could tell Zach was truly disturbed by it all. His sincerity was true. AND I am more than happy to use G & G in the future, and you should too. Scott Clark

What could have been a disappointing/frustrating moment was turned around when I walked into Grimm and Gorly on the morning of my daughters wedding day. Thank you so much for the short notice delivery to our church in time with 2 absolutely beautiful floral sprays that looked amazing with the rest of the wedding flowers. Heres a picture of one of the sprays that I took home after the wedding, and honestly this picture doesnt capture how pretty the flowers looked that day at church. Thanks again, you have my business in the future and I will keep singing your praises.

Grimm & Gorly does phenomenal work! We had to order a birthday bouquet from Florida off a photo online and they called to see if we were ok with some minor changes. I don’t know of too many florists that would even call to check; fabulous customer service. When my sister received the bouquet it was beautiful, simply stunning and made her day. Thank you so much!

Earlier this year Grimm & Gorly provided the flowers for my fathers funeral. We found a standard casket blanket and when we talked to the designer about making a few changes, she made detailed notes and didnt forget one thing. She executed our rather vague vision better than we knew what to ask for. They were perfect, the delivery flawless and we just couldnt have asked for anything more. Fast forward 6 months ... my moms birthday. I ordered a designers choice arrangement online and said I wanted something special, she likes pinks, purples, delicate and feminine. I asked them to take her breath away. WOW! They created and delivered one of the most beautiful arrangements Ive ever seen. It was more than I could have hoped for and Im so very, very pleased and grateful to have the opportunity to give a gift that made my mom smile the way she did. Shes been enjoying them immensely and moves them from room to room with her. Ill be using Grimm & Gorly for all of my future needs. They do exceptional work and use only the most fresh and perfect flowers!

Grimm and Gorly provided flowers for my wedding (9/21/19) and reception (10/5/19). Everything was done beautifully, on time, and they were very easy to work with. I got so many compliments on my arrangements and how they matched my girls dresses perfectly. I had dog flower collars made for 2 of my 3 Huskies that were in our Colorado wedding on top of a mountain. It was picture perfect. I cant thank you enough for everything you guys have done! We chose Grimm and Gorly for our wedding last September because we had seen great work from the shop before. We unfortunately did not have the same experience. We met with Jeff months before the wedding and discussed the bouquets and boutonnieres. He sent me an email to confirm all the details that I wanted AND didnt want which was all correct in the email (I asked for NO roses and specified colors). When the floral pieces were delivered to the church, they were full of regular and cabbage roses that were half dead (and also the wrong colors) and filler that were either dying or broken. Two of the groomsmens boutonnieres fell apart by the time we had photos done. I emailed Jeff to discuss this after we returned from our honeymoon. My mother in law an I met with him a few weeks later to discuss our problems and to request a partial refund. He was very defensive and told us that the issues were all due to the hurricanes last year (which I totally understand) but I dont understand why we werent informed of the issue when he knew weeks before that he wasnt going to be able to get the flowers he needed. He also made sure to let us know that he lost money on our wedding because of the hurricane (very unprofessional). At the end of the meeting he offered no money back, but instead offered to make a new bouquet, the way it was supposed to look, and have it professionally preserved for me. I was told he would contact me within a week or so about it... I never heard from him again. I unfortunately would not recommend this business.

Excellent service and flower quality for an affordable price. I had 3 beautiful arrangements delivered the same day; they listened to what I thought I wanted and then surpassed expectations. Delightful to work with by phone since I live in St. Louis. My daughter has received and bought many flowers in her life and she texted that these were absolutely positively the most beautiful flower arrangements she had ever seen. She even sent a video so we could get a good look at the flowers and beautiful vases since we cannot see them in person. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

I ordered a funeral arrangement and they adamantly REFUSED to send a picture to me tonight of what ultimately would have been delivered. HORRIBLE customer service experience. I did not mind that they needed to do substitutions due to a delivery issue, (they suggested Christmasey for a funeral ??) but to refuse to send a pic after the fact is completely unbelievable.

The flowers showed up just as they looked in the picture! They also came on time. And the customer service was great! They even called to double check the address for the correct city.

Oh My Word how to describe the wonderful people who work here and are more then willing to bend over backwards for you. I have never been so happy in my life with the friendliness of the staff and the owner. The cupcakes from cupcakes too are to die for! I love this place! I just went in to pick up a last minute flower arrangement for a friend and the customer service was awesome! I had no idea what I wanted, but the gentleman there was so great and helpful. I left with a beautiful bouquet that was exactly what I wanted for a great price. I was so glad I didnt have to buy some over priced stock bouquet from a grocery store. Also, apparently they have their own small bakery and had some really yummy looking cupcakes and other desserts. I will definitely be going back there the next time I need flowers! I definitely recommend it :)

Very disappointed with flower delivery. This florist sent pink/peach roses with browned edges and floppy rose heads. When I called the owner to notify him of the condition of the delivery he stated you waited too long to say anything, there is nothing I can do. I stated that the flowers were delivered a day before a planned trip and that I had intended to call when I returned. He was extremely unpleasant and did nothing to help the situation. I would NEVER recommend this florist to anyone!
