We came to get our oil changed, and we are very impressed and happy with their work. We asked to get the same oil we previous put in the car (from a different shop). They then showed us that oil was not the correct oil for our car, they showed us the cap that said the correct oil to put in it. So then we had them put the correct oil in. We told them we needed windshield washer fluid, and they said they would fill it for free. They checked our tires, and they were good. They notice the coolant was low, and filled it for us. They communicated with us well and their co-workers. They let us know what was going on with our car and what they were doing to it. They also offer military discount! We will definitely be coming back for future oil changes.

I had a know issue with my oil pan, which is why I use Jiffylube for oil changes. (They siphon the oil from the top vs. messing with the oil pan.) However, the technician still removed and stripped the plug to the oil pan. The technician informed me I would need to go elsewhere to get it fixed. When I contacted an outside mechanic I was told it was beyond repair and must be replaced. The cost to replace it would be $450. On top of this previously non-needed repair, my van now was leaking oil and leaving large puddles in my driveway. I called Jiffylube to see if there would be any help to correct this problem. So far none has been offered other than free oil top offs until I get it replaced. The technicians were kind and respectful, but I would not recommend Jiffylube.

I went here for an oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was fine...but the full synthetic oil was severely over-priced. I’m used to paying $65ish for an oil change, and this oil cost $92! The worker also told me I should be getting an oil change every 3,000, but I know from my owner’s manual that my oil should be changed every 7,500 miles when using full synthetic oil. The guy also tried to tell me I would need a new air filter soon because you should change air filters every 35,000 miles (my car has about 30,000 miles on it) and that this air filter was the one that came with the original car...but the air filter had a label on it from 2017 so it was really only used for about 10,000 miles and was 3 years old. They’ll try to sell you stuff you don’t need, and will lie to you about how often you need to come see them. I was also very upset with how the guy talked down to me as if I were completely ignorant about cars.

Absolutely amazing service. They addressed me by name and when checking out my car, they recommended other things I should change (air filter) and explained the recommended time to change it and why it was important to replace it. This made me confident in their skill and abilities as mechanics. They were incredibly polite and conducted them self’s professionally and I will continue to give them my service. To say that they earn 5/5 stars is an understatement.

My car was in need of an oil change. With the COVID-19 pandemic still going strong, my options were limited as to where I could go. My usual place is still closed. I looked to friends for recommendations. I was given a few, but after reading the reviews I opted not to move forward with their recommendations. I looked at the reviews for this particular establishment. The reviews were really good. Almost...unbelievable. lol...I felt I should try their service out. I am happy I did. I was greeted by David, a respectful, well-spoken, and mannered young man. He performed a quality check inspection on my car. He and the professionals working with him were very attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. All of the young men were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate being informed of how much my oil change would be upfront....prior to any work being done on my car. I really appreciate the fact, there were NO hidden fees. Excellent Customer Service. Great Staff. Top-notch Service. I was in and out in 15 minutes tops. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this establishment. 5 stars 👍

Joey, the store manger, was so nice at explaining everything going on with my vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure to buy any products or services, unlike other locations I have been to (out of state). He also supports other local businesses, when you take your Jiffy Lube receipt to a car wash that is just 1 mile down the road (Sorry, I can’t remember the name of the car wash right now), they will give you 15% off and you don’t have to do it that day, it never expires! I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to anyone who asks.

I asked if they offered free AC checks and they laughed and said no. Towards the end of my visit I heard one of them on the phone offer to check someone’s AC if they came in. When I asked why they said no to me they said they “typically don’t offer that”. Customer service was mediocre; only one guy in there was actually friendly to me. I felt like I was a bother the whole time. The only positive thing I have to say is I had a coupon so luckily I got $15 off, but I think Valvoline still would’ve been cheaper. Won’t be going back.

This is a great place to get your car needs taken care of! Family and I are traveling and needed to get an oil change, they didn’t try to up sale, were honest on what my car needed, and even offered to vacuum out the car! Plus just a little icing on top, A/C waiting room on a hot day! Highly recommend coming here.

I have no problem with taking my car to be serviced at Jiffy Lube. The oil technicians are very professional and courteous. Often give me my discount without having the coupon. Im never in there longer than I should unless there is a problem with someones car that is ahead of mine. I certainly recommend the one on North Belt West in Belleville, Il.

Awesome experience! Joey the manager was honest and explained things to me. I went in wanting a serpentine belt change (because I thought I needed it, due to the fact that my car was over 100,000 miles) and he informed me that my belt was still in great condition. Moreover, he educated me on how different types of belts typically have different lifetimes based on how they are made.Not very often you find a company that’s not trying to make an extra buck and chooses honesty. Will be coming for future services!

I was headed out of town & my A/C compressor started struggling.  I stopped into Jiffy Lube to get it checked out.  I was sure this was headed for an expensive repair. They connected their A/C evacuation & recharge machine & discovered my system was simply over charged with freon.  Those guys fixed things without me paying a hefty bill.  Thanks guys, you saved my trip.

Tuesday, 28 June 2019 Just had my oil changed and had a great experience. Manager was super helpful and an Airedale to boot! Go Navy!He went into great detail about how to extend the useful life of the oil and how often to get the oil changed.

The manager here is amazing. Energetic, upbeat and you can tell he cares about your vehicle and the maintenance of it. He could’ve completely upsold with other services but he didn’t - he explained at each mileage points that things should be done to the vehicle and was honest about not needing a tire rotation. This will be who takes care of the best Jeep ever from now on.

The service and customer service was excellent, they were very detailed about everything, wait time was great. I will definitely be back when Im due for my next oil change and I would definitely refer others to this location. Thanks again!

I relocated here in September and started using Jiffy Lube on Belt. This location is staffed with the nicest people. The work they do is quality and fast! While I was there recently there was a bad storm. The young lady working saw that I was a little nervous and said that if it got too bad shed take me downstairs where it was safe. I really appreciated that! She also offered to let me stay as long as I needed to in order to let the storm pass. The hot coffee was a bonus! I highly recommend this business.
