Many other places will knowingly use cheap bulk oil even though you asked for a specific brand and viscosity. These people are straight shooters. I only use high quality oil and they make sure to use what you ask for. They may be a little pricier, but you get what you pay for.

Great people.. Bring a decent mechanic myself, I can say these guys are knowledgeable and honest. Ive been places where they want to do more work that isnt necessarily needed to jack up the bill.. not this place.While they arent a Full Service Shop, per-se (its an old lube place with the third bay having a lift for tires and whatnot) I dont have a problem recommending them for routine and minor work.

Great service and the owner is very honest. Prices are great as well. My father owns a bus/trucking company and did repairs on his own vehicles for years. Everything East End X-press recommends is consistent with what my father recommends so I know theyre honest!!!! Theyre great!!!

I go there for all my oil changes. Bought a used car and apparently the person who had it before me had jammed some cap that was way too big into my oil reserve (not sure what its called) and ruined the treads so the right size would no longer fit. They put something else in there to prevent any future leakage and fix it without any extra charge (and explained everything to me but unfortunately I dont know much about cars and cant remember specifics). Never pushy and just phenomenal customer service every time.

Only place I go. Very honest and friendly staff. Can do more than just oil changes. I drive across town just to go there.

This place is awesome and have never let me down this is my third car that I have brought to these guys. They are always nice and helpful not to mention QUICK.... Today I went to wal mart and vavoline and was turned around because my oil line was to tight. Which means they was to lazy to put the extra work in to unscrew it. Mind you the last oil change was done at valvoline so if it is Messed it they messed it up. But anywho East End fix the problem and got my oil change done still within 15 minutes. I recommend them to EVERYONE

Might first intention was to give 1 star based on my last two visits. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and until now they have been great. The last two times the owner hasn’t been there.

Absolute waste of time/money.Non DEXOS approved oil was put in vehicle. Requested that it be redone but mechanic placed false blame on customer (my wife), claimed oil was legit and refused to fix issue. Amsoil brand oil was used and is not listed on GM DEXOS approved list.Engine is hesitating and running rough.Avoid at ALL COSTS

These guys are always friendly, professional, and fast. They let me know any problems they notice with my vehicle, but they are not pushy with trying to sell stuff I dont really need. They even offer a free oil change for repeat customers.
