Ive gone to Star Nails for many years now, and theyre still the best. Nails from them last longer than anywhere else Ive been, and when one does happen to break earlier than normal, John will make things right fast and easy. The whole staff is polite and knowledgeable, and to this day I only go to them, even now that I live 40 mins away. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was a regular customer for years going every 3 weeks mostly for eyebrows. Went there today and was told that they were too busy for eyebrows. They had 5 customers total. But since I wasnt having a big money service, done they turned me away. They just let me walk out as if my money wasnt important. Was suprising. I have never seen a business turn down an opportunity to do business. I had to go to West Belleville Nail Spa to get service.

Was a regular, until this morning I came for my appointment at 930 and they thought I should wait for someone else to get their nails done who came in after me. Now I have to run around town and try to get my nails done and find a color that matches the poor pedicure Job they did.

Gel polish should last 3 weeks. After 1 its chipping on the tips. The person waa not friendly and showed in his actions that he was annoyed by me.

Ive been going to Star Nails for over 6 years. I have always stuck with them because of their warm welcome and excellent quality in manicures and pedicures. They have grown with my personality over the years, even convincing me to try gel nails (which I love)! They always make sure I am a satisfied customer when I leave, which is why I always come back.

I’m picky and can be a tough critic but Star Nails has an awesome environment and they did a great job on my nails! An older lady did mine and she was so courteous of what I wanted. Seriously recommend

Went there about a week & a half ago to get a full set of gel nails. I told the guy that did my nails that my right thumb nail looked bigger than the left one 3 times. He nodded his head as if he was gonna fix it. I think his name is (Leo) or something like that. I told him once more, then he proceeded to tell me that my right thumbnail was wider than the left one. Ive never heard that before with all the other times that I have went there or when I have had my nails done before at other places. My nails are always even. This guy refused to fix the thumb nail to make it even. The owner has done my nails many times before over the years with no problem. But the owner was not there on this day. I was talking to my friend on the phone while I was there when I stated I wont come back here again and he said I dont care & began talking in chinese and rushing to get done with me. Ive been going there for a few years now but will never go back. This guy was disrespectful & rude. I guess my money was not good enough and I should let him do my nails anyway he wants to them. Not. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I have to tell someone that I got the worst service here. I sat in the pedicure chair for probably 45 minutes last night before someone came over. I had an older lady for both my manicure and pedicure. She was really rough and after the fact, there’s dead skin all over my toes still. My fingers are painted halfway and it looks like she closed her eyes when she put the top coat on. The place was dark and I was talking to a friend and didn’t notice how bad they were until now. My cuticles look terrible and it looks like a small child painted both my toes and my fingers. Really upset about the $35 I spent

We made an appointment for 3 of us to get pedicures & apparently only 1 woman was available to take care of all 3 of us. The woman was also very rough & about made my nail beds bleed.The salon was dirty and they were not very friendly. One woman called ahead asked when it was a good time to come in, she was quoted a time & then arrived at that time. Yet, she was turned away because of no time or staff to help. Very very disappointed!

A great place to get your nails done.

Highway robbery.... Pay close attention to what they charge you. They don’t go by their pricing that is displayed on the wall. Ask for prices before you get anything!!! The staff is not friendly, they don’t even bother to start a conversation with you.

This is my gel manicure 5 minutes after leaving the nail salon. They look grown out and he painted over the bloody cuticle. I asked him to fix it and he just shrugged his shoulders like he didnt understand what I was saying. I didnt make a scene, I just paid the $60 and told them I wouldnt return. She barely scrubbed my feet during the pedi and I had to finish plucking my eyebrows after the wax. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying someone to do it for me. I go to the nail salon religiously so they lost a customer that would be coming back every 10 days.

I use to go here all the time and today since its around the holiday they wanted to charge extra for things they never charge for! So upset. They are very money hungry.
