I was pleased at the nail tech how she took her time with my nails. She made sure everything was done right with my nails. When it was time to close she still wasnt trying rush me out the chair. She was very humorous and kept me laughing. She had great customer service. I will definitely be back. I give her 5 stars. Thank you very much Mrs Pookie.

I asked for a natural overlay of pink that would show my natural nail through. I got a clear nail. It looked fine, but had many visible air bubbles and kind of looked weird. Oddly enough I requested a picture directly from their posts on their site. Made an appointment with Mi. However upon my arrival I was greeted and sat. The individual did not tell me there name and I mentioned I had an appointment. I soon realized this was not who made an appointment with and that person I made an appointment with was working other people back to back(I did not know anyone/new salon). I found that rude. I requested her for a reason, but perhaps they could tell I was new and would not recognize the person. Would give them another shot but just myfirst experience.

I’ve done the homework, and Nail Pros is by far the best nail salon in this area. No salon can match it in O’Fallon, Fairview Heights, Collinsville, Edwardsville,etc. it’s a fun relaxing atmosphere and those who work there are very talented. Just left there with a wonderful manicure and pedicure. Been going there for several years now. If you are not going there, you should be; so try it out!

Dyanne, is great. Unfortunately, the owners/managers are not consistently friendly. They do not greet you warmly when you enter, I have been going consistently for about 6 months and their vibe is not friendly. Needed to reschedule an appt, and was told not possible after hearing alot of hmmm, whats your name, hmmm...and then I dont think we can get you in...no offer for a different day, just, Im sorry.Recommendation: owners/managers be consistently friendly to new clients AND Regulars...and your new clients might become regulars...AND have a more professional personal handle scheduling appts - customer service really makes a difference. If these areas were fixed...you would have a 5 star rating from me.

I decided to get my nails done and was right by Nail Pro and Im so happy I decided to go there! My nails look amazing! It was my first time ever doing dip nails and theyre great! Plus after nails were done they gave me a hand massage and a hot towel. I will definitely be returning! You wont be disappointed!

Absolutely the best pedicure I’ve had

They have a quick easy process for making appointments online or you can call their location. Everyone there is super nice and professional. They offer fair prices and a huge selection. The shop is quiet and really clean. I had a very relaxing time, my nails (toes and fingers) look amazing, and I highly recommend them!

I arrived at 3:40, to get a new set of nails. They close at 4:30. I was told they can’t help me bc it’s to “late” and would take “to long”....I walked right out. I’ve had a couple issues with this place, following with stupid high prices, but decided to give them another chance. This was the last.

The lady who did my nails was very kind and enjoyable! She was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Would highly recommend, I will be returning!

My family came in we spent over $300 with yall i left with my nails looking lile they had already grown out i tried explaining the to the lady she put more on the when shaping the grinded it off agan my girl was not happy either with hers said the same thing. Looks like theyve already grown out then when i was trying to explain to the other lady she snapped got loud with me. That is ridiculous. I never been so disrespected by a nail shop employee before

One tech in the pedicure section was extremely rude and after getting mad at me for how my friend set the appointment she glared at me the remainder of the time I was there. Everyone else was nice. The tech for my daughter was very considerate and friendly to her. Mine was really nice and did a great job including telling me pricing before work was done.

I had Sam as my tech today. She was pleasant and made light conversation. I did feel a little rushed with the service. I had to point out a few things to correct, so the attention to detail could be a little better. As far as precautions regarding COVID, I would just watch carefully. The website states the customer and nail tech have to wash hands prior to service being rendered. That was not the case. There was a good amount of dust at the station and one of the nail files I could tell had been used previously.

After 5 days of having a fresh full set two of my nails have snapped in half. My natural nail is halfway gone & I’m in a lot of pain. One of them broke while putting on a shoe. The other broke while grabbing a door knob. Neither of these incidents involved me doing any heavy lifting or anything that would usually break a fresh nail. I’ve been going here for years, I paid $75 for my full set and I’m very upset that I’ve lost two in 5 days.

Came in on a Sunday as a walk in for acrylic removal and dip application. They are very efficient even when super busy. While waiting for a tech to become available, reception was helping remove the acrylic and going through color options. After the dip, was given a hot cream hand massage. In and out within an hour and a half. They also have a rewards system so you earn discounts each appointment.

I came in as a walk in with a friend today! I asked for an ombre powder dip and I am so thrilled. Some of the most pleasant and professional service I’ve ever had at a salon. I really enjoy the pedicures here. They do an excellent job, with some “extras” like the paraffin wax dip and the fresh orange scrub.

I’ve been going to nail pro since 2013 and will never go anywhere but them. Absolutely love their work on everything from toes to eyebrows. They have always given me excellent service. Amazing atmosphere and staff!

Horrible. I walked in with a question. Nobody greeted me, whatsoever. I did not feel welcomed at ALL. A man approached me while shaking his head and repeatedly said that they were closed. This confused me as it was only 5 o clock and they dont close till 7:30. If you are looking for a place where you will feel welcomed and cared for. I DO NOT recommend this place. I personally, will never step foot in here again.

Very clean, very professional, decent massage. Have been getting pedis for years after my wife talked me into it. Place like this should have a special if a female brings in a man since so many men are afraid of getting a pedi. They dont know what they are missing. Cost $30 plus a tip, is worth it. Only reason not a 5 star, made reservation for 5 30 and still waited almost 1/2 hour before they started.

Full set of acrylics... not very good at all. Shaped my nails almost almond when I wanted them square, acrylic was super thick and not even across the nails. Polish was slapped on so they could get me out of the chair.

This is the only place I go to. Everyone is friendly, its clean, the massage chairs are the best, and hands down, they do the BEST nails and pedicures. My daughter lives in St. Louis, and she drives over to get her nails and pedis here.

I use to think this was the best place around.. recently they have added several new employees.. you dont get the great service you use to.. I went for a pedicure and they did a horrible job.. I had to repaint a few toes myself...

This salon came highly recommended from a friend and I’m glad I made the switch! The salon is very clean and the decor is modern. The color options are out of this world as well! They give you plenty of time to browse their color selection. The staff is very friendly as well (which is hard to come by these days) My first experience wasn’t the best but Tuan who fixed my nails after was excellent. He made sure that I was happy with the results the whole way. If you’re looking for someone who is very detailed Tuan is your guy!

I went to get my nails done for my wedding. Big mistake. They rushed it so I ended up with cut cuticles, smudged toes, and ugly nails that looked nothing like I asked for. I heard good things about this place but I definitely didn’t experience anything good here.

Worst experience of my life! The male nail tech was extremely inconsiderate about any nail ideas I had mentioned, and very pushy with the prices! Very rude, no conversation, rushing through without following proper procedures... wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!

Great Nail Techs

I did not have a good experience here. They ruined my nails. Grinded them down real thin. Polish stained them and has grind marks and scuffs in my nails.. it is aweful.my nails are paper thin and splitting up the middle.. I really get my nails done and I never will again... I can do them myself better. thanks for ruining my nails you guys arent pros at all.
