This post office is a complete joke. The employees here will cuss you out and hang up on you. You won’t get your mail for several days at a time. They claim to give the “supervisor” your name and phone number…and claim they will call you back. That never happens. When you go to the post office in person, because the employees on the phone hang up on you…you end up waiting at least 30min in line…they lie to your face and say no supervisor is available. I had to call corporate on this post office. I had to make a complaint. This place is awful. All employees are unprofessional, no one cares about customer service. What’s customer service? They just treat you like trash. I’ve been trying to speak to a supervisor for 3 days straight. I haven’t received my mail in 5 days!!!! I have lived at my address for over a year. Their excuse is… they are short on drivers. Yet, you see different mail trucks driving around every day in your neighborhood. 0 stars!!!!!!! They should be ashamed of their employees and how they treat people in the community, JUST TRYING TO LOCATE THEIR MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Based on other reviews it seems something needs to be done when it comes to this post office. Every time I order a package and USPS delivers it, it’s a 50/50 chance whether I’m going to get it or not. They are consistently not delivering my packages and leave a slip telling us that they are unable to leave the package and will try again tomorrow. So the next day we have to basically stalk the mailman when he comes and run out and get our package. I think half the time they are just too lazy to get out of their vehicle. It’s honestly just sad. I never have an issues with UPS or FedEx.

05/08/21 had mailman in drive way. I came out and he asked me if I had a package? I got mail he put in mailbox. Got on video that he put a large package on top of my mail box 20 minutes later. Luckily no one out here is a theft, because it was still there 2hrs. later. If he worked for me Id at least train him. If he was trained then Id fire him.

Waited in line for 30 minutes with only 1 person helping people while 2 other workers watched her work.Michelle was the rudest worker I have ever met. She made fun of the man in front of me because he didn’t have hair.She refused to take my package due to the type of tape that was used on it and wouldn’t remedy the situation.Worst experience I’ve ever had at USPS and I hope Michelle gets reprimanded for her treatment of customers.

Massively inconsistent information from clerk to clerk. We brought in wedding invitations to verify our postage needed. After confirming, we brought in a test batch and handed it to the clerk with no issues. Today, I brought in the bigger batch with no difference in postage and was told I would need more postage. I explained the above situation multiple times and was basically told to buy the postage or get out. The clerk decided to be a clever and say they would take the invitations and charge the receipts for the missing postage. I took a drive to a different post office and explained the situation, and they had no issues taking the invitations under the understanding that some of the invitations **MIGHT** get squished/smeared due to a stamp on the outside. They gave me the option to take the gamble OR purchase the postage as long as I understood the risk.At no point did I have an issue with paying for the postage, the issue came from the inconsistency of information and flat out rude attitude to a simple problem. I was looking for an explanation, not an argument. It felt as if they went out of their way to be rude.Customer service from some clerks at this location is awful. Not all, but some clerks make inappropriate comments and try to involve themselves instead of just accepting the mail. Not to mention the massive lines due to what seems like a constant lack of clerks at the desk.

USPS link says out for delivery Expected delivery between 3:15pm and 7:15pm but....package never comes.Next day: Expected delivery by Friday 9:00 p.m. thats 3 days later folks!Whats going on? This happen just about all the time. Ive even had packages sit in between saint Louis and my town.

Had 3 packages be rescheduled for delivery in the last month. Just deliver on time!!! I wish I could choose UPS or FedEx for my packages all the time. You better believe that USPS has no problem delivering junk mail on time though!

I lived in two separate residences that was serviced by this location and I have not figured out why the second house I lived in had so many mail issues. I did not receive my mail for 3+ weeks after moving - even though the same office was servicing my mail. Then I had several packages just get lost - no status showing up in the tracking. I went to talk to it with the manager at the location and he said he’d call me when he had more information. He never did of course. Then after several weeks the tracking updates and i see that it arrived to my area office and then for some reason it was returned to the sender. It was literally 0.3 miles away from my house and it was returned to sender without even an attempt to deliver. And to make matters worse, the claim I opened for this package is still OPEN because USPS hasn’t realized that the shipment has been sent back and delivered to the sender - it’s been a year and I still get emails telling me there hasn’t been a resolution! Ugh!

Mailed a Christmas package on Dec 12 by USPS Priority 3 Day delivery. On Dec 26, the clerk looked at my receipt and argued that I had not mailed it until Dec 15 until I pointed out the printed date. Spoke with the manager. Package, which had not moved according to tracking, suddenly arrived in Memphis on Dec 28. Package delivered to Philadelphia on Jan 3. As of Jan 3, I have not received birthday or Christmas cards mailed to me on Dec 15. Meanwhile, a package sent Dec 18 by FedEx 3rd Business Day arrived on schedule on Dec 23. Update Jan 4, received today bday card mailed Dec 15.

If there’s a zero rating, I would rate their service as 0. I have missed packages and mails numerous times - debit cards, orders online and what not! I recently have a package that has been marked as delivered but was not delivered at all. I totally don’t trust this postal service.

Havent received mail from this facility since Saturday and today is Wednesday, end of day. The whack 800-number they have wont allow anyone to contact the site to inquire why there has not been any local mail delivery. Thats why nobody cares or supports the USPS. #TrueStory👎👎👎👎👎

I came in at 6:27 and was told they were closed even though the door and the web site both said 6:30 pm. The Postal clerk was rude and kept stating that I needed to use the kiosk and had to have debit/credit. I stated I was using cash. She continued to say they were closed. How when it’s not 6:30 and you said you take you’re last customer at 6:30? Update your website and policy to state 6:15 if you need extra time. As a federal employee and ex postal employee this is unacceptable. I can’t leave work early. And then to be locked in. Her name is Ty and she has a nasty attitude. Nadine was just as professional as she could be

I havent seen mail in a week.. anything I order stops progressing once it reaches our post office.. i get things weeks late.. if I get them..Still havent seen the package I ordered 6 weeks ago.. it stopped at deliver to local post office on my tracker.. that was 3 weeks ago.Pretty sad.

A joke of a service and work ethic. Will be making sure to spend more money for other sevice just to void the problems with this places.Zero attempt and putting package in the mail box, ever time guaranteed.Address is Fairview heights but some how is in believe with no info on note where or what # to call.It is for the most part zero damns given by the workers about their job, they really can care less if you get your package and do things, that doesnt make any sense.

This branch has consistently failed to deliver my mail. I have gotten new credit cards delivered to bank branches and then had the one that had been mailed to show up a week after it should have. Now I am waiting on a debit card that shouldve gotten monday, but afraid to wait on it because it couldve been stolen. Dont want to cancel it and have it show up Monday. I absolutely hate this service at this point. Unsure what has happened, but you all are now setup to fail bc the president hates you and now the leadership is making us fail to support you against us argument. Fix it ASAP before he does away with yall and outsources it for FedEx or something.

Numerous times Ive had to run down my packages. Its become a total nightmare. Came to the post office tried to get it resolved. My landlord refuses to put a lock box on our door of our complex. Cant keep the front door unlocked because of other tenant relocking it! USPS said they wouldnt deliver to our back door. Which there is No issue with entry there. However UPS doesnt have an issue delivering to our back door. I contacted ULTA told them of my issues. Now theyre shipping all my items UPS! Problem solved!

I submitted an on-line request to have my mail forwarded for 3 months. Received my confirmation number. When I didnt receive any forwarded mail for 2 weeks, I reached out on-line again and was told my change of address was on file. I then started receiving some mail, but not the volume to which I was accustomed. On March 17, my home was broken into. When my son-in-law came to board up the door, he checked my mailbox. It was crammed so full of mail that he had to twist it to get it out. When I asked the post office, I was told that they had never received the request. I asked then how did I get any mail forwarded. They said that the main post office must have forwarded it. I was told that I should come in to let them know that I wanted to forward my mail. I had a conversation from my yard with my mail carrier prior to my leaving for Florida. It defeats the purpose of using an on-line service if you have to come into the post office to make sure they get the request.

A Christmas package I had ordered was delivered to the wrong address, I went to Dutch Hollow post office and spoke to Supervisor Annette, she took it upon herself to go to said address and retrieve my package and bring it to me at my home, (this was all done within an hour of leaving post office) Great Job and Merry Christmas Annette

My complaint is we keep getting mail that isnt ours. Ive been up there to simply ask if this could be corrected and Ive been told it has and yet a certain mail lady keeps doin it. Ive left notes sayin what mail should be left so the other people could have theirs returned to them so they get their mail as well and also I have put mail in there for being sent out and I turn my flag up and mail I need sent out sits for days and I put it back couple times to be sent out and mail lady does not take that mail. I have done what I have been instructed by USPS to put the names of mail I only would like to receive which I have done.

Coming from Chicago and waiting up to 45 minutes in line, this is the best USPS. In 8 years, Ive never had a problem. The employees are friendly and helpful. I see other reviews saying bad things. Mostly B.S.. If you have an issue, contact the postmaster at this location. Giving one star and expounding on the truth, makes you an Internet troll.

The best USPS location! This is one area businesses need to know, staying open late (6:30 p.m., weekdays, 4:00 p.m. Saturdays), and they have a package drop-off. If youre a little late, itll still get on the truck, which you can see coming and going like clockwork!

Well I dont know about others experience with this location but this is THE ONLY LOCATION I will bring my mail to. I have had experience in the past with other locations were my mail would never make it to the location I sent it to. But I HAVE NEVER had a problem with them. ALWAYS WOULD GET MY BUSINESS.

This location wont deliver my package because their carrier is a female and cant lift 35lbs. Even though they claim to deliver packages up to 75lbs. Avoid this place at all cost. I will pay extra to have my items shipped via UPS/FED EX. They lied and said they attempted to deliver but my security cameras showed that they didnt even stop at my house.

This office delivered a jersey that I had ordered over a month ago, to the wrong address. It took a formal complaint with the Postal Inspectors office to finally get a written account of the incident, even though they had no problem telling me what happened over the phone. When I finally forwarded the email to the company so they would ship another jersey, this post office denied any responsibility over the phone. I am convinced that this was intentional, and the worker stole my package.

More times than not, my female mail carrier leaves my mailbox lid open and the rain soaks our mail. I just happened to come home right after she delivered at our door and sure enough wet mail and lid up and open!

I had somebody steal my money order and they put me through hell to get my money back even though I have all the evidence it was stolen. If you have had your mail stolen or money order good luck dealing With this post office sad. THEY ACT AS IF IM LYING LIKE I WOULD LIE ABOUT SOME IDIOT STEALING 97.80 FROM ME. Terrible experience. As a business we have packages that need to be pickup up. We schedule it, yet no one gets them. They can sit for days while they deliver our mail which is next to the pickups. Call the office only for it to ring a dozen times then nothing. I have been calling today repeatedly since 3:30pm and still no answer. I even spoke with the carrier this morning who said, I will pick up those two packages as soon as I finish this block. Then she drove away.

I have a complaint about the self serve kiosk-I wanted to mail a package on Thanksgiving & went over to use it-there was no out of order sign-but the touch screen never responded & I waited several minutes-finally gave up-what good is a self serve kiosk if it doesnt work.
