I called to ask about anymore information that couldve been given other than the top 10 basic things an apartment should/would have, and in general just more information to the place I was going to move into for the first time. I asked if there was anymore information that I could get from him since he was the landlord and all I got was theres information on the website, I dont have time for this. Call me when you wanna live here. and a hang up.

I called Kevin. He and I were talking and I said from looking at the images ONLINE, that all I was going to ask was paint and new carpet before a possible move-in. That would have been good for me to move in.He said the whole place needed fully renovating.I agreed with that if its that bad and all. Cool. I was going to say though that if it came down to it, that if he went with minimum (in his best judgement) I wouldnt mind taking whatever he could do in short term, such as paint and new carpet. I was offering him a way to get me in there quicker. Thats all. I was being flexible, and accommodating.He spazzed and said It would be INAPPROPRIATE for me to tell him how to renovate when I never seen the apartment, have a blessed day buddy and hung up.The guy flipped out and hung up on a potential GOOD tenant that works for DOD.I wasnt TELLING him what renovations/updates the apartment needed (Im not even in the state), but what I was ASKING was based on HIS website images. Dude spazzed out.A nicer way to handle that:even with new paint and carpet there is much more to have done and wed love to have you as a resident, but the apartment will not be ready. Its just not going to be good enough for you to move in. I understand you need a place, but we just cant do it sir/maam.

Like the place & landlord, the office you have to deal with to get through the application process, LTServices not so much: very rude & short, dont have time for this attitude. We decided against it for this reason alone.
