Our mailman just parked at the top of our street and hand delivered the mail to the houses on our street. WOW, JUST LIKE THE OLD DAYS. Good work!

Never answer the phone. Consistently have other peoples mail delivered to my house and my mail delivered to others or not at all. The hours of operation are terrible. It was not always this bad. What happened??

Sent a letter certified, return receipt requested. Its been 8 weeks and I havent received the return receipt, even though the post office says the letter was delivered in May! When asked, they said they have no control over the return receipt. I paid extra for the rerurn receipt so I would have a record of delivery and who signed for it. Really lame. Absolutely the worst service!

They are always slow and never deliver mail to the correct address. When you file a missing mail request, they say that theyll answer you back and never do. The post office is a complete joke. If I didnt have to use the post office I wouldnt. I wouldnt recommend the postal service to anyone.

There is one man that answers the phone, WHEN it is answered. When we first moved back to Bella Vista, in October, mail delivery was great! Im not sure if they have a new delivery person or what but they cant seem to deliver my packages to my address. They are constantly being sent to the wrong post office aka misdirected! Or not delivered at all, like now. I have a small pkg that says it was delivered on Friday. Nope, no PKG. Waited, thinking it would be here on Saturday, nope, no pkg.. Once it was in the pkg box supposedly but there wasnt a key left in my mailbox for me to know this. You have one job... Delivery. Can we go back to the reliable person that you had before, please? And to the man that gave a positive, raving review about his delivery person... You have a good delivery person, not everyone does! And it doesnt mean that every one else is unhappy wherever they go. 😎 Get over yourself.

I own a business and mail over $1,000 worth of packages every month never had a problem at my post office in Pineville,Mo. Come here once to drop of boxes and get told nothing is right had to take 3 of 7 boxes back home. Will never use this post office again what a joke. This month i have mailed over $2,000 worth alone. I have defenant respect for my post office now only takes 5 minutes at most. Took over 30 min here and still had to take some back home.

Just went in to drop off 2 boxes and the weight was more than i paid for the label. So, instead of me paying extra, they helped me repack thee boxes into smaller boxes. Great people!!

Recently moved and can not get forwarded mail. Contact numbers are automated and absolutely no help. Have had to have many business items reissued because if lost mail.

I know we were home because we’ve had a new baby but an amazon package we were waiting to get was never deliveredTracking says delivered on March 8th in mail box. Haha. It won’t fit in mailbox. No note either. And your hours don’t help. And what’s with leaving our mailbox door open everyday with rain and wind??

This is one of the best and most friendly US Post Office location we have used in over 50 years of US Mail Service!Our mail delivery person is Dwayne is he is like a solid 10 gold stars! He knows all his mail route people, he goes out of his way to bring things to us and so much more!And the people that work in the Post Office at the Highlands are always trying to keep things moving and serving the needs of everyone that comes in!For someone to rate them with less than 5 stars, all I can say is they most probably are not happy anywhere they go! Horrible customer service manager doesnt answer phone calls and said hes the only one that can answer the phone. I called several times after 9 am for 15 minutes. I went there and called whole standing there and saw the manager walk right past the ringing phone. Shame that one person makes the post office look bad. Takes one to ruin it for everyone!

They have one of the worst mail carriers there and wont fire her. She leaves packages in the rain,blocks my front door so I cant get out and crams my mail so hard in my box, I had to break it to get my mail out. Ive got pictures and gone to post master 3x but she is still there.fire her!!!!!

Hello???? Pickup the PHONE. Called 5 times today. NO ANSWER and the message says The answering machine is not turned on... TURN IT ON ! ! ! ! I ended up calling the Bentonville Post Office. Geeeez.

I mean really 9-4 and no Saturdays? Am I supposed to take a day off work to pick up a package? Get real people! Dumbest thing Ive ever heard of! Guess Ill never get my mail.

Their phone number is there call center cant get ahold of no one there because the call center never answers and the place keeps take my mail to the wrong address Im sick of that your post office you should know a damn address from a different one deliver the mail to the right address

Just wish I had a local number I can call for the post office.
