This business is an independent contractor for AAA for towing. AAA contacted them to have my car towed from Bellflower to Corona. When they pulled up the technician came out to look at my car and told me my car was too low profile to be towed. All of my cars are lowered and this particular one that needing towing isnt that low or the lowest Ive ever had towed. Its even missing a front bumper and side skirts and they still wont take it? SMH ‍ I just got the car painted and they didnt want to take it because if they messed up during the tow they would be liable for a new paint job.As the technician was telling me his supervisor said he could not tow the car I told him I will contact AAA to have another company tow it. I immediately contacted AAA and the female representative who answered the phone said it will be no problem to find another tow company to pick up my car. She said shed make sure they have boards available to assist in the loading of the car. I didnt have to mention anything about boards and she was already on top of it.Thanks for nothing AM PM Towing. You dont know how to accommodate a whole demographic of car consumers who appreciate nice cars. Not everyone drives a Camry or Prius.

Absolutely the worst service. Go with a company that you can count on. They are very rude. They were late. They were lazy. The worst towing company Ive ever dealt with.

They came out & wouldnt tow the vehicle. They stated AAA doesnt tow classic cars anymore. If that was the case, why would they send someone? They have horrible service and I do not trust them.

Stay away these guys shady AF. Do not use these guys for your AAA battery service. Two years ago I bought one of their batteries. Over the last few weeks the battery has been failing. They came back out checked the battery and was told everything good. So I had to call back and have them tow it to a shop only to find it was the battery all along. I come to find out from one of the AM PM drivers and the mechanic my car was towed to that the battery guys will falsify the test because they do not want to do the warranty and replace my battery. That is straight fraud. I will be contacting AAA and the BBB and maybe take them to small claims court to recover the costs I incurred from their negligence.

Showed up to tow the car would not take the driver with the car ( my wife) left her stranded on the side of the road 5 miles away from home. This is off of an AAA tow. Call the main company they had no remorse about it whatsoever. Not use this tow company they have no customer service..UPDATE.. because I called them to question why they were leaving my wife they say I lodged a complaint took her car back which is disabled and left it in the middle of the road. Avoid these people at all cost

Our 35FT RV got stuck in a snowy/muddy situation. We were very happy with our experience with AM / PM towing and our driver Lucky. We were given a 2 hour time frame and Lucky arrived within 1 hour, was very professional, and knew what he was doing. No damage was done to our RV during the process. Not sure about pricing because we had roadside assistance with our insurance company (thank goodness).

If I could give them zero stars I would, I literally was sitting in my car waiting for the person to sign off on the tow to come out here [ she was 14 minutes away] and the tow truck knew this and he decided to just leave.I was upset with Firestone tires in Downey and I am not sure if the gentleman with the tow truck was confused and felt I was talking to him but I was not.He advised I mistreated him, I barely even exchanged the necessary words to get the car towed.I cannot believe that as a towing company contracted by AAA they would take something that wasnt even addressed to them as if I was directly speaking to him when I was never rude or gave any kind of attitude whatsoever.

Never have came across a business sooo unprofessional. What is the point of having a towing business if you dont want to tow. If Jorge Flores pulls up, turn around and run as fast as you can.

Talk about being unprofessional. AAA should definitely stop doing business with this company. Apparently they determine how far they can tow your car because that is exactly what happened to me. The tow guy gets there and I tell him where I want my car to be towed and automatically tells me he cant go that far. I was shocked of his response and I was thinking this must be a joke but in the end I realized that this towing company is the real joke. They must think they will last long by having such a terrible customer service...

The SUPERVISOR (John) the person that should be the on defusing the situation. Was the issue he is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and quite Disrespectful. The driver that was sent out was rude and uncaring today. And when called on it call his SUPERVISOR (John). Then Lied so when I call to voice my concerns the SUPERVISOR(John) did not allow me to speak goes off on this verbal tangent, and then Hangs up on me the customer. Now being that I am a customer service rep. I understand that the customer is not always right or correct but theres a way to handle it professionally. This person DID NOT. HE COMPLETELY DROPPED THE BALL.Now I have had some good experiences with this company, but the last few times it just been one thing after another and ALL OF THEM BAD. So please be advised dont understand why Triple A keeps them around.

My wifes back tire was severed by a dislodged piece of the bumper assembly. We called AAA for a tow back to Atwater. AAA miscommunicated (which happens) and mistakenly dispatched AM/PM to pop on the spare (not a tow). When AM/PMs ill-equipped agent arrived on site, he offered no context to the situation or reasonable customer service. Instead, he was quick to not only question my wifes competency, but (ultimately) make her feel unsafe insisting that he would just pop on the spare and she could drive herself. They went back and forth; my wife respectfully requesting the tow (growing more and more frustrated) and AM/PMs agent insisting he knew better. All attitude, no tact. Ultimately, AM/PMs agent retreated back to his car, explaining nothing. Instead, he sulked to his dispatch, complaining that my wife was being argumentative. It took several calls to both AAA and AM/PM to get the appropriate agent on site. So far, AM/PM has yet to apologize. It goes without saying: theres a myriad of ways AM/PM could have handled this situation better. If AM/PMs agent had simply explained that he had been mistakenly dispatched, that a new agent was on the way and that AM/PM would stay on site to ensure her safety, this would have been a non-issue.
