I am very happy and satisfied with the services Ive received. They are very friendly and helpful and provide great customer service.

The only thing going on right now is what I would refer to as confusion as to what the cost of replacement is in Northern California. The variance is as much as nearly 50%. Yes, you dont want to be under covered, . . but at the same time you dont want to pay for something, that a the time of need, is a too much coverage. The people I dealt with were friendly and easy to talk too. My 4 stars is the same as 95% of the others 5 stars.

While i havent had very much need to contact my insurance producer every time i do its always a good experience. Ive never had any problems and every time i do call with something i need im always helped. Overall good experience and helpful.

Hugo and his team are incredibly helpful! Theyve met all of our insurance needs (Home, auto, etc.) and have also gone above and beyond. I highly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Mr. Contreras was very fast and efficient. I had to do a title change , register my vehicle for the new year and add my brother to the vehicle. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely worth going here instead of spending half your day at the DMV even with an appointment!!! Plus if you are worried about the current pandemic , its definitely less crowded than a local DMV.
