The best insurance and travel agency. Got my insurance there, they gave me the most affordable quote for car insurance. The workers there are nice and friendly.

During my initial visit the young lady that assisted us with a registration and name change was wonderful she told me she would contact me in a couple a days (2) because she would go to the DMV and process my request. After not hearing from anyone (a week later) I stopped by to follow up, two ladies were present. The young one greeted me and I began to explain my concern. The other old lady in the back yells and asked what is the name, I gave her my name and she said they have been ready I said no one called me or followed up....she kept saying I called and went to the DMV with a sarcastic tone and attitude...rolling her eyes.... When she handed me the registration she said see all you had to do is pick them up and I told her all they had to do was call.... As I walked away I turned around and she was mimicking me and shaking her head and I said...are you serious? You are a grown ass woman acting like you are in high school.... She put her head down and as I walked out the young girl I n a sarcastic voice said have a good day to which I replied ...yes I will, I feel sorry for you having to work with this unprofessional old ass woman.... Never again will I or do I recommend this place....to top it off the fees were 121.00 and I paid up front 200 cash...I was not given a receipt for charges or a breakdown of cost....guess they charged me 79.00 for my tags....
