Great place and great service! My only complaint is the exterior of my truck was covered in oil hand prints, the interior had oil hand prints (door, steering wheel, ignition button, etc), and under the hood they had spilled oil on a bunch of surfaces but did not make an attempt to wipe up. I would have given a 5 star review except for the above issues.

Payton Brooks, the assistant Manager is a can-do person. We went to three lube stations who said they couldn’t handle a motorhome. We pulled into Lube Alley and Payton said: pull it outside and I will do it. Well done, great attitude!

They are always nice and friendly and tell you exactly what your car needs. I own a Porsche and called the day before so they would have the right oil and filter and air filters. They had it all ready when I got there the next day. Ive been here 3 times and will always be back

I was in the area passing through, checking reviews so I chose this place. If you have had a bad experience with a chain like Jiffy Lube, I understand your caution. This place is fast because they are efficient , organized and competent. I watched the employees and they were energetic but relaxed, joking and smiling- this is a sign of good management. Happy employees take pride in their work. Resentful employees don’t care if your oil leaks out 200 miles away Or they overfilled or underfilled. I talked to other customers and they drive a long way to this place and there are many options in the area. I noticed businesses take their fleet vehicles there as well as family cars.My vehicle had an oil change and transmission flush— it’s been running like a champ all the way to Georgia. It’s a big deal to get to a new job safely. So thank you to the guys there- your work is important because it gets us to jobs that support our families.Belgrade is a pretty town so check it out if you have time.

They got lube, pretty fast turn around time usually, they wash your windows and stuff too, pretty nice.

2.5 hours for oil change absolutely rediculous

Ive been going there and this last time I waited a hour and second on line.to long.

Friendly,went pretty fast considering how busy they were and the waiting area was clean.

I came in a couple weeks ago in my old beater car, which was acting funny. Crew at Lube Alley got it fixed super fast and for a very reasonable price! So grateful for their help. Will be going back!

I have been taking all 3 of my vehicles here for a few years. Price is right and service is ok. Although more than a few times fluids have not been topped off. :(This is the 3rd time that I have had the Air Deflector on my ford explorer start dragging within a mile of leaving the shop.The First Time they replaced it at their cost. I told them when I brought it in this time to please make sure it was secured properly of course it was not.This time I called them back and they told me they had to zip tie the front of the deflector up, which they failed to mention, however it was the rear that broke loose AGAIN.I crawled under the car and attached it myself on the side of the road, not a difficult thing to do since its a thumb screw. All 3 times it has broken loose at the back.... Not sure why it is so difficult for them to do this correctly.All of my oil changes on my explorer have been done at this shop so if the deflector is messed up its on them.I am all about supporting a local business and giving people chances. But 3 times.the same mistake... Thanks but no thanks..I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent service on my 2009 Honda Civic. I got a transmission service, oil change and some other services. Sam Q. and the other staff were extremely helpful, and I will definitely be returning!

Edit:The reason for the three star review was due to the fact that despite everyone being very helpful, I called for a quote more than one time and ultimately ended up paying double. I was quoted a few times from the $50 to $60 range and ended up paying $100. Basically everyone that knew about that suggested that I didnt even pay the bill because it shouldnt have been that high. Obviously Im not trying to create a situation though. So needless to say I paid it and carried on.

I normally don’t go to places like this. I brought my company BMW here and they where so quick it was mind blowing. Josh and his staff have fantastic customer service and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I noticed that I was dropping oil the next day and I brought it back. It sounds like they need to tethered and punch the housing so the plug with work. HOWEVER, regardless of the mistake I WILL be back. That’s what great customer service does, it keeps your customers coming back.

These guys are more than amazing. I took my truck in to get an oil change I was maybe there for under 15 min. When I had questions they had answers. Employees were very energetic and fast to get me the answers I needed and at the same time polite. Price wise very good value. If your not sure about your vehicle just ask them and they will get the answers you need. In my book best auto shop in town. 5-5

Great service, and affordable price for my oil change!

We were traveling and my husband noticed diesel fuel leaking from the filter. Lube Alley put us back on the road when others had no time.A young man was very accommodating and purchased a filter at NAPA. He brought it back and filled it with his own diesel fuel. He installed the new filter and checked for leaks. He told my husband there was no charge.He helped us to deliver our load of apples quickly on a hot day.Thank you Lube Alley and your special employee!!

Very fast, good pricing. Seem to always only sell me what I need done. Only reason for not five stars is the gal they have come out to greet you could be more welcoming and not seem to hate her job lol. Fast and friendly service when I went in for an oil change. Curious why most fluids on the checklist are marked a N/A. Especially when they mentioned a few of them as needing changed. They did offer me a discount for doing a review, in addition to a discount I was already using.

These guys are great. Took my 2006 Silverado HD2500 Duramax there because I needed to get the front end greased. They checked and topped off all my fluids and it took less than 10 min. And for FREE! Never going anywhere else again.

I stopped to get an oil change on a busy day with my 4 small children and was worried we might be stuck there for awhile, but they were extremely fast and even had a small area for the kids to play! The whole staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially when disclosed I am not well versed in the lingo of car maintenance! One gentlemen broke it down for me and told me exactly what was going on with my car, what needed immediate fixing/changing, and what could wait! Drove my Jeep into the shop for supposedly an easy transmission flush. Drove out of the shop maybe three miles down the road and BOOM my transmission goes out. They are taking ZERO responsibility, have receipts and witnesses and still no honor in this place, so I recommend going somewhere else.

Always been a good place until to day $97 to change the oil on a 4 cylinder Buick. The last oil change they did on my diesel didnt even cost that much and that takes 11 and a 1/2 quarts. I know the reason they charge as much is because these I sent my young son down to get the car oil changed and they took avantage of him Go anyplace but this place

Most days it ends up being cheaper and easier to have lube alley do the work for me. plus they always do the job right and go above and beyond to fix any mistakes. sometimes I even just call or stop by for advice and they gladly offer it.

Absolutely disgusted that i would go to a place and have my engine flooded with oil because they filled my engine with oil that measured past the high line. And when i asked about it they said no. This kind of service is ridiculous and could cost me my car but hey whatever yall wana do to people from California is how it goes i guess.
